Aanchal questions Rano, asking why she doesn’t just leave so they can finally have peace in the house. In response, Rano says she will leave—but only if they bring Lakshmi back. Aanchal comments on Rano’s demand. Meanwhile, Rishi rushes Lakshmi to the hospital, accompanied by others, pleading with the staff to treat her immediately, explaining that she was trapped in a cold storage room. The doctor examines Lakshmi and moves her to the ICU. Shalu, desperate, begs the doctor to save Lakshmi at any cost, and the doctor assures her that they will do their best.
At home, Neelam intervenes in Rano and Aanchal’s argument, urging them to act maturely instead of fighting. Aanchal and Karishma insist that Neelam doesn’t understand what Rano was saying, and Neelam comments on the situation. Harleen receives a call from Rishi, who informs her that Lakshmi has been admitted to the hospital. Worried, Harleen and the others immediately leave for the hospital.
Elsewhere, Kiran confronts Malishka, scolding her for failing in her plan to kill Lakshmi. She points out that despite Malishka’s efforts, Rishi saved Lakshmi and got her admitted. Malishka acknowledges this but assures Kiran that she’s already at the hospital, determined not to give up. Kiran mocks Malishka for being present yet failing to act and suggests backing down, admitting that Lakshmi’s luck always seems to save her. Malishka, however, refuses to retreat until Lakshmi is dead or she finds a compelling reason to step back.
Spotting Balwinder, Malishka quickly ends her call. Balwinder questions Malishka about Rishi’s presence at the hospital. Malishka lies, saying Rishi is there for her and orders Balwinder to leave. Balwinder then notices the Oberoi family arriving and wonders why they have come. The family approaches Rishi, demanding to know what happened. Rishi reveals that someone attempted to murder Lakshmi by locking her in a cold storage room, even welding the door shut from the outside to prevent her escape.
Harleen asks who could have done such a thing. Rishi admits he doesn’t know, but Ayush and Shalu insist they must uncover the truth. Determined, Rishi says he has a plan and takes Ayush and Shalu with him. The three of them approach the hospital receptionist, explaining the attack on Lakshmi and requesting access to the CCTV footage. After some persuasion, the receptionist agrees to let them check the footage.
Meanwhile, Malishka spots Kiran arriving at the hospital and warns her that Rishi is investigating who locked Lakshmi in the cold storage. She panics, realizing she will likely be caught on the CCTV footage, and urges Kiran to do something. Kiran reacts to Malishka’s concerns. Back at the hospital, Harleen expresses her confusion, unable to understand who would want to harm Lakshmi. Rano, however, is certain that Anushka is behind it and comments on her suspicion.
Elsewhere, Neel tries to calm Anushka down, offering her tea, but she refuses. When Neel asks what she truly wants, Anushka boldly states that she wants Ayush and Shalu to be separated. Meanwhile, Malishka prays to God, hoping that Lakshmi will die soon.

What an insult to women, God and societal values. How dare you have wicked people pray for horrible deeds like this.
And malishka will never get caught…this show is very frustrating every time you think she is going to get caught something always happens
