The Episode starts with Shalu hiding somewhere in the hospital and thinks why Ayush haven’t come till now. Lakshmi comes there and sits, but Shalu doesn’t see her. Ayush calls Shalu and tells her that Bhabhi locked him in the room. Shalu says how can Di do this? Ayush asks her to come and free him. He says if anyone sees Lakshmi Bhabhi then might punish her. Shalu says no. She asks where to come? Ayush tells her direction. Shalu says she will come. Lakshmi drops her Toy Rishi. Shalu turns and is about to see the toy, but Lakshmi takes it back. Doctor talks to his wife and asks her to keep the money safe. He thinks he got real Lakshmi due to Lakshmi and gets happy. He goes. Lakshmi comes to his cabin and sits beside the table. Malishka calls Doctor and asks if her work is done. He says no.

She asks if Rishi or anyone else came there. He says no and thinks two persons came, but why I shall tell her. He says he got the money. Malishka says you will get much more and asks him to do the work. Shalu comes to the room and opens the lock with her pin. She gets inside and scolds him for getting locked, and asks how we will search Di now. The ward boy hears them. Ayush catches him, pushes him on the wall and he faints. Shalu slaps him. Ayush says the ward boy is unconscious and asks her to come.

Dadi and Virender worry for Rishi and Lakshmi. Bani asks Rishi if they shall go inside. Rishi says even he thought, but they shall wait and leave just as they bring Lakshmi. Virender calls Rishi and asks about Lakshmi. Rishi says he will bring Lakshmi back in sometime. Dadi takes the call. Rishi assures Dadi that he will bring Lakshmi back home. Dadi asks if you are fine. He says yes and says he is strong like her.

Lakshmi gets up and the water falls down on the table from the glass and it goes in the switch box. Sonal asks Malishka why she is worried? Malishka asks who are you, and asks why you are asking me? Sonal says whenever you are stressed, you think wrong. Malishka says yes, she thought something. Sonal asks what? Malishka says she has to fail Rishi’s try to take Lakshmi out of mental asylum, and will make sure that she will stay there forever. Sonal stops her and says if you get caught then you will lose Rishi forever. Malishka says nothing will happen. She says if Lakshmi was fine, then she would have exposed you and you would be in jail. Malishka asks her not to become her mother. Sonal asks why you are so stubborn? Malishka says she is stubborn to get Rishi and says she is going to stop both mad. Sonal gets worried for Malishka.

Lakshmi sees the spark coming from the switch box and tells toy Rishi that cracker is bursting, but who did it. She misses Minto and tells Toy Rishi that they shall go. She goes and the short circuit happens, and the light flickers. She says how we will go out now. Ayush and Shalu search for Lakshmi. Rishi and Bani see the light flickering and think it as their sign and sit in the car.

Sonal tries to stop Malishka and says if Rishi sees you there then what will happen. She says she will ask Doctor to hide Lakshmi somewhere, so that nobody finds her. Malishka asks her not to become her mother and asks her to go inside. Sonal says I will come with you. Malishka says she don’t need anyone and goes. Sonal gets worried.

Nurse sees Lakshmi and asks her to stop else she will give injection. She walks towards her and catches her, but the girl is someone else. Nurse thinks where is Lakshmi? Lakshmi sees Shalu and Ayush and runs. They run behind her. Lakshmi thinks where to go, Minto is not here. A mad woman catches Lakshmi and calls her ghost. Lakshmi says she is not ghost. Shalu tells that Di didn’t recognize us, due to our get up. Ayush says we can’t change our get up. Malishka is on the way to come there. Doctor comes infront of Lakshmi, as she shouts for Minto. Lakshmi is shocked. Nurse asks the ward boy to check the electricity box. Shalu and Ayush tell Nurse that they have come to get their Lakshmi. The mad woman holds Lakshmi’s hand. Doctor scolds her and asks Lakshmi to come with him. He throws and kicks toy Rishi, and tells Lakshmi that if she goes then he will suffer big loss. Lakshmi bites on his hand, and takes toy Rishi and shouts Rishi. Rishi hears her sitting in the car.

Precap: Malishka tells Doctor that Lakshmi shall not go out of custody and says if she goes then it wont be good for you. Rishi hits the guard and gets inside. Shalu is running away with Lakshmi, when Doctor holds her hand and tries to suffocate Lakshmi. Rishi comes there and looks at them.
