Lakshmi suggests to Shalu that they can expose Malishka’s deception by conducting a paternity test. Shalu questions how they might involve Balwinder in this plan. At that moment, a nurse summons them to see Malishka, who is unconscious in her hospital room. Meanwhile, Balwinder’s friend advises him to bring the baby and her mother home to live together as a family, but Balwinder angrily dismisses the idea.

Recalling that Ayush had previously brought disguise props, including fake moustaches, Shalu proposes that they use these to impersonate Sardars and bring Balwinder in for the test. She outlines a plan, and the sisters set their scheme into motion. Disguised as Sardar men, Lakshmi and Shalu infiltrate Balwinder’s house and begin searching for him. When Balwinder confronts them, demanding to know their identities, Lakshmi asserts that they are Enforcement Officers there to apprehend fraudsters.

Balwinder protests his innocence, claiming he has reformed. Shalu insists he must accompany them and administers a sedative, rendering him unconscious. As they prepare to leave with the unconscious Balwinder, Rano and one of Balwinder’s associates spot them and confront them. During the ensuing argument between Rano and the man, Lakshmi and Shalu seize the opportunity to escape with Balwinder in their car.

While driving, Shalu anxiously asks what will happen if Balwinder awakens. Lakshmi reassures her that the sedative will keep him unconscious for a while. However, Lakshmi nearly collides with Rishi’s car. Rishi exits his vehicle, reprimands them for reckless driving, and, as Lakshmi stumbles, he catches her. Although he senses something familiar, he doesn’t recognize them in their disguises and warns them to be more careful before departing.

Elsewhere, Karishma invites Neelam to join a group dance, but Neelam declines. As she walks away, she trips and experiences leg pain. Karishma contacts Rishi, urging him to come home quickly to take Neelam to the hospital. Lakshmi and Shalu arrive at the hospital with Balwinder and seek assistance from a head nurse they know to facilitate the paternity test. Initially reluctant, the nurse is persuaded by their plea that it’s for the sake of their family and agrees to help.

Simultaneously, Rishi and Karishma bring Neelam to the same hospital. Spotting them, Lakshmi and Shalu hide to avoid detection. Rishi escorts Neelam to the doctor, who prescribes medication. The nurse guides Lakshmi on how to collect a blood sample. Lakshmi successfully collects Malishka’s blood, and the nurse proceeds with the tests. Lakshmi then tells the unconscious Malishka that she will reveal her deceit to everyone and expose her lies.
