Everyone has gathered for new year’s party. Everyone is talking on a group chat instead of talking in real life. David is still watching a movie on his phone. Tiwari and Vibhu are praising Anu and Angoori’s beauty on the group chat. Teeka, Tillu and Rusa enters the while being busy on their phones. They also wishes new years on text message. Gupta, MasterJi and Prem also shows up and shares their wishes too with everyone on the text message. Tiwari texts that they shall cut the cake now. Everyone gets accumulated near cake and starts taking selfies with each other. Anu texts that they don’t have knife. Angoori text a picture of knife on the text to cut the cake.
Everyone sits back down and they are still busy in their phones watching funny videos. Saxena shows up and greets everyone no one pays attention to him and keeps on using their phone. Saxena gets irritated and turns off the light. Saxena scolds everyone because nobody is even enjoying the party, and busy in the phones shows fake emotions. Saxena says that now nobody will even pay attention in to colony if someone dies, they will casually send few emojis and shred fake tears. Everyone realises their mistake apologises to Saxena. Saxena tells everyone to shut down their phone for a week and forget about it, and if they fail to do it he got a bad news for him. Saxena goes to everyone and confiscates everyone’s phone. Saxena now goes upto David and takes his phone too. David gets irritated and asks that why is he taking his phone? Saxena tells him that he already announced that nobody will use mobile for a week. David starts crying. Now, Saxena orders everyone to take an oath for not using the phone. Tiwari asks Saxena to give his phone because he wants to wish new year to his client. Saxena slaps him.
Everyone starts feeling the absence of mobile phones in their daily life. Anu gets late for her meeting in the morning because there no alarms. Anu rushes to bathroom and Vibhu is already sitting on the toilet seat. Anu asks him to come outside. Vibhu says that he cant because he trying to concentrate and get pressure.
Angoori is worried for Ammaji because she cannot call her. She really starts to miss her. Angoori remembers that she can do a telepathy whenever she misses Ammaji. Tiwari shows up and sits with her. Tiwari says that his ordered also got canceled because he was trying to connect with him but he doesn’t have his phone. Angoori tells Tiwari that he can send a letter with the help of pigeon. Tiwari yells at Angoori. He turns on the TV for some entertainment. Tiwari starts dancing on the songs he played on the TV. Angoori also starts dancing with him.
Angoori is picking out rice and cleaning it at her patio. Vibhu starts taking pictures of Angoori with a camera. Vibhu tells Angoori that it’s his really old camera when he used it in his college days. Angoori gets joyous and asks him to show the picture. Vibhu tells her that it’s a reel camera and it takes time to get the pictures.
