Vibhu tells Anu that Chichu has unlawfully taken Tiwari’s land, but he believes they can acquire it from him. Vibhu explains that Chichu is friends with Prem, and if they buy Tiwari’s land for 2.5 lakhs, they can sell it later for 10 lakhs after dealing with Chichu, earning a profit of 7.5 lakhs. Although cautious, Anu eventually agrees.
The next morning, David warns Vibhu that getting the land from Chichu will be tough and advises Anu not to give Vibhu the money. Saxena, present as a lawyer, suggests they take the risk. When Tiwari arrives and hears that Anu is considering buying his land, he warns her against it, as Chichu has control over it. Despite David’s objections, Anu insists on moving forward, and Saxena hands Tiwari the papers to sign.
Later, Tiwari excitedly tells his wife Angoori about selling the land for 2.5 lakhs. Angoori, surprised by his sudden generosity, lists her demands, which annoys Tiwari.
The next morning, Ammaji visits Angoori, congratulating her on the sale. Tiwari arrives, and Ammaji playfully slaps him, claiming it’s her way of showing love. Meanwhile, Chichu is reciting poetry with his men when Prem arrives, pretending to be close with Chichu while subtly hinting he should leave the land. Chichu responds with poetic insults, dismissing Prem’s suggestion.
That night, Vibhu and Anu enjoy a dance, though Anu expresses doubts about Prem’s ability to handle Chichu. Suddenly, the doorbell rings, and David finds a beaten Prem at the door. Prem reveals he was attacked by Chichu’s men when he demanded the land, leaving Anu regretting her decision.
