Tiwari is sitting at a bar when he notices a waiter serving alcohol to Anu. Shocked to see her drunk, Tiwari approaches her. Anu greets him, and Tiwari, concerned, asks why she is there. Anu explains that she was heading home when her blood pressure spiked, and she started drinking. She reveals it’s her third bottle. Tiwari is further shocked, but Anu starts crying, saying Vibhu betrayed her. Tiwari hands her some medicine. Curious, Anu asks why Tiwari is there. Tiwari also breaks down and reveals that Prem was flirting with Angoori over ice cream. Anu sympathizes and pours him a drink too.
Drunk, Tiwari creates a scene outside Prem’s house, shouting and attempting to break the door. Prem steps out, and Tiwari angrily accuses him of pursuing Angoori. Prem, frustrated, slaps Tiwari for humiliating him, leaving Tiwari to cry as he heads back home.
Meanwhile, Anu, also drunk, throws stones at Vibhu’s house, demanding he come outside. Vibhu and Takaya emerge, and Vibhu asks if she’s drunk. Anu admits it and begins to humiliate him. Takaya defends Vibhu, telling Anu to respect her husband, but Anu mocks her too. Vibhu retaliates, calling Anu bossy and accusing her of treating others like slaves. Anu gets upset as Vibhu declares he’s done with her. A stranger observes their argument from a distance.
At home, Tiwari, worried, waits for Angoori in their bedroom. Angoori, busy on a phone call, mentions expecting an important call. When Tiwari tries to talk, Angoori brushes him off, claiming she’s tired. Tiwari assumes she’s exhausted, but later overhears her call Prem, calling him “darling” and planning to watch a romantic movie together. Humiliated, Tiwari breaks down.
Upset, Tiwari wanders downstairs and finds Anu lying on the floor. He doesn’t disturb her, knowing she’s also suffering. Anu mentions her blood pressure is dropping again, and Tiwari quickly gives her medicine. She laments that love, not a doctor, can cure her. Just then, David arrives. Anu asks if Vibhu spoke to him. David lies, claiming Vibhu is heartbroken and misses her. Anu brightens up, though David recalls Vibhu had told him to leave. Anu asks if Vibhu plans to return, and David, still lying, says he wants to but can’t. Tiwari comments that David is useless, but Anu decides to let it go. Tiwari suggests involving the police.
Tiwari and Anu visit the police station and meet Happu. Happu greets Anu warmly and asks why she’s there. Anu explains she wants to file an FIR. Tiwari reveals Vibhu has a new wife. Anu, crying, suffers another BP drop, and Manohar gives her medicine. Anu thanks him, while Happu scolds Tiwari for not taking care of her. Anu tells Happu about Vibhu’s party with his new wife and urges him to intervene. Happu promises strict action.
Elsewhere, Saxena’s Baba dances in his room as Teeka, Tillu, and Saxena arrive. Saxena praises the second stage of therapy, but Teeka and Tillu groan in pain. Baba criticizes them for being weak and scared by bamboo therapy. Saxena, eager for more, asks about the third stage. Baba insists on patience and reveals burning coals for the next stage. Teeka and Tillu are terrified.
