Master says I’m a teacher I make syllabus. Tiwari mocks Master. Master says don’t talk rubbish I only use table lamp during night time and they have send me bill if 4500/-. Angoori asks do you use only lamp what about fan and other appliances. Anu says he must be using fan the climate is hot. Master says earlier is use to get bill of 500 after using everything. Gupta says I don’t get bill more then 600. Tieeka says he must be stealing electricity. Tillu says yes he asked electrician to modify his electricity meter.
Tiwari and Anu together. Tiwari says you can talk tour way out in these scenarios you are very sorted. Anu says I think I’m very messed up. Tiwari and Anu at electricity board. Electricity board person says your colony is consuming a lot of electricity are you celebrating something everyday. Tiwari says we work daily and during night time we go to sleep then don’t know where all the electricity is consumed. Anu says we usually don’t use much electricity because we get tiered and go to bed early. Man says if you are consuming light then why you have lot’s of bill. Anu says we don’t use much electricity. Man says that’s a lie. Tiwari says how can we believe. Anu asks how do you who’s lights are on. He says this machine tells me everything. Anu says Mr. Jamwal the amount in bill is much more then it’s consumption. Tiwari asks him about the bribe. Mr Jamwal asks Anu is he your husband. Anu says he is my neighbour. Jamwal says to Anu asks him to shutup ir else I’ll beat him, he is trying to bribe me in my office. Anu says please visit our colony one time and check. Jamwal says okay I’ll visit your colony. Tiwari says to Anu you can leave for your classes I’ll take him to my home and they leave.
Angoori and Vibhu together. Angoori says it’s so hot every appliences are failing. Vibhu fans Angoori with his hand. Angoori asks him to do fast. Vibhu flirts with her. Tiwari walks inside his house with Mr. Jamwal. He looks at Vibhuti and Angoori. Tiwari says don’t look at them just feel how much hot ut is and because of your bill we are not using any appliances. He says if your appliences are not able to coll anything is not my fault just look your gates and windows are open this is severe wastage of electricity, in villages they don’t have electricity and you are wasting here a lot and blaming us for the bill and asks where is kitchen. Vibhu says come follow me I’ll show you. Everyone in kitchen. Mr. Jamwal says nobody is in kitchen but still fan is on then he asks about bedroom. Tiwari and Jamwal walks away.
Tiwari calls Angoori and says why have you switched on fan of every room. Angoori says I just finished with mopping so I switched on all the fan to dry everything quickly. Tiwari shouts at him. Vibhu says why are you scolding her and they both get’s into argument. Tiwari pushes Vibhu and he hurt himself. Angoori takes Vibhu to his home.
Vibhu at Gupta’s clinic. Gupta tie bandage on his head. Vibhu get’s a call from his professor Paritosh Pichkari. Vibhu get’s excited says it’s been long time sir. Paritosh says I’m not well asks him to come to his house. Vibhu asks for the address.
Vibhu at Pichkari’s house. Pichkari says you were my favourite student and I’m sure you will fulfill my dream. Gibhu asks him about his dream. He says from childhood my dream was to bring electricity to my village and I believe you can fulfill my dream. Vibhu says I’m scared now. He says not need to be scared I have already completed the roadmap he hands over his diary and says look at this carefully and you will be able to complete the work, I request you to do this work. Vibhu thinks this is the right opportunity become a hero infront of everyone. Vibhu says to him don’t worry your dream will fome true and thinks I’ll surely bring electricity but to my morden colony not to your Village.
