Prem and MasterJi pulls up on a scooter. Vibhu hides his face from them. Angoori greets Prem and Masterji. They also greets her back. Masterji thinks Vibhu is a stranger, so he asks time from him. Vibhu shows his watch with his face hidden. Prem and Master Ji leaves. Vibhu uncover his face. Angoori tells Vibhu that she didn’t said anything about his fever. Vibhu appreciates and thanks her. Pelu also pulls up. Angoori tells Vibhu to cover his face. Vibhu says, he don’t have any threat from Pelu, because he’s mute. Pelu takes out a paper slip and gives it to Angoori. Angoori gets angry again because in that paper slip, it was written “I am Karamchand”. Vibhu asks Angoori what’s wrong? Angoori grabs a metal plate and smacks it on Vibhu’s head again
Tiwari and Anu are sitting together. Anu suggests Tiwari that they should start selling their products in Mumbai too. Tiwari says it will be fun living there. Anu tells Tiwari to first on business. Tiwari laughs. Vibhu comes in and asks Tiwari and Anu, if they ever bothered to know what their third business partner is going through? Anu and Tiwari completely ignores Vibhu and keeps on sharing their ideas for business. Vibhu again tries to get their attention but they still ignores him.
Vibhu is standing on the road, talking into loudspeaker and telling everyone that his name is “Vibhuti Narayan Mishra” not “Karamchand”. Teeka and Tillu comes up to him asks him why is he shouting this loud? Vibhu tells Teeka and Tillu that his name is Vibhuti on a gun point. Prem, MasterJi and Dr. Gupta also comes up and asks Vibhu what happened? Vibhu tells them his name too on a gun point. Vibhu asks everyone of them that what’s his name again? Everyone shouts Karamchand. Angoori listens to it and points a gun at Vibhu from her balcony. Vibhu gets terrified. Angoori pulls the trigger. Vibhu wakes up and realises that it was all his dream. Vibhu gets scared.
David and Anu are sitting together. Vibhu is ready with his bag and tells Anu and David that he’s leaving. David asks him, where is he going? Vibhu tells David that he’s going somewhere peacefull. Anu asks Vibhu to calm down and says that he’s getting hyped up for no reason. Vibhu asks David, really? David tells Anu that he’s not getting hyper for no reason, he’s actually frustrated and he went through all of this just because he belongs to our shameless family. Vibhu asks David, if he’s praising our family or insulating it? David days that it’s our speciality. Vibhu tells David that he’s going stay here any longer and leaves. Tiwari gets him back inside the house. Vibhu asks Tiwari to leave him alone. Tiwari asks Vibhu, where was he going? Vibhu replies, to hell. Tiwari tells him to go another day. Anu tells Vibhu to listen to her. Vibhu says that there’s nothing left to listen. David calms them down and tells everyone that they should play an act in front to Angoori to save Vibhu from her. Tiwari asks David to elaborate. David explains the whole plan.
Angoori is sitting alone and missing Lalit. Tiwari walks upto her and tells Angoori that there’s been a misconception about Lalit that it’s dead. He’s alive and Karamchand is bringing him here, so he asks Angoori to close her eyes. Vibhu brings a billy goat inside Angoori’s house and tells Angoori that it’s Lalit. Angroori gets excited and joyous. Angoori says that Lalit was brown coloured. Vibhu tells Angoori that Karamchand took Lalit to spa and he changed it’s colour. Angoori believes him. Vibhu asks Tiwari, if Angoori will beat him again? Tiwari says, let me check. Tiwari tells Angoori to forgive Karamchand, because he bought her Lalit back and never ate it. Angoori gets up and brings the same wooden baton again and beats Vibhu with it.
David brings coffee for Anu. David grabs remote to turn on the TV. Tiwari comes in and sits beside David. Anu tells Tiwari that Vibhu cannot continue with his new name. Tiwari asks, why? Anu says, there’s no need of any explanation. Tiwari tells Anu that they will go through a lot of loss because of it. Anu says, she can’t help with that. David turns on the TV. Vibhu is giving an interview on the TV, where he’s telling everyone that he changed his name back to Vibhu Narayan Mishra.
Anu, Tiwari and Vibhu are in Anu’s garden. Anu asks Vibhu, how dare he changed his name without her permission? Vibhu replies, that he’s not her slave. Tiwari tells Vibhu that he’s Anu slave and forever will be.
Anu tells Vibhu that he made a big mistake. Vibhu says he did nothing wrong. Tiwari gets frustrated and asks Anu, why don’t she give Vibhu a divorce. Anu gets a call, and gets to know that their business collapsed. Tiwari asks Anu what happened? Anu tells Tiwari that Ramfal was correct because their business got shut down. Tiwari gets sad. Anu tells that world beauty organization approved our cream by mistake. Vibhu gets happy and Anu and Tiwari stares at him.
Angoori is feeding Lalit in her garden and also talking to him. Vibhu come upto her and greets her. Angoori greets him back. Angoori tells Vibhu that Lalit was the biggest mischief of the village. Teeka and Tillu also comes up and greets Angoori. Angoori greets them back. Teeka asks Vibhu where was he for so many days? Vibhu replies, in the hell. Tillu says, he can tell that by seeing all the scars on Vibhu’s body. Vibhu kicks Tillu and leaves.
