Commissioner wakes up,happu salutes him and asks what are you doing here,commissioner says my mother in law is here and I can’t stand her and so I’m here,saxena comes running and says come quickly let’s go,my bhabhi ma is in danger and he will tell his conditions now,tiwari says how will we go we are behind the bars,commissioner says release them it’s my orders.
Vibhu with anguri in balcony and says you are on my knife but you look so beautiful,anguri says what did you say,vibhu says this saree looks beautiful on you,anguri Says Thank you,vibhu says okay we need to keep serious.
Gulfamkali says Vibhuti say something we are here for the conditions,vibhu says I’m not interested in you,anu says tell me I’m here,vibhu says you are one who puts condition,tiwari arrives
Commissioner asks what’s your demand,the knife from Vibhus hand again falls down,Pelu throws it again to vibhu,all give Pelu a sarcastic look,anu says he is a mental case and happu singh please keep out and Vibhu tell me your demands,no one understands what he is saying,anu says louder vibhu,tilu says why did you go on silent mode like Pelu,anguri says I warned you not to have pickle look now,tiwari asks what’s wrong,anguri says he ate too much pickle so this and now he shall sign me and I shall predict it and convey it to you all.

Vibhu in anguris room,anguri asks what are you doing in my bedroom,vibhu says your bedroom is innocent like you,anguri says you call every thing of mine innocent,anyways what are we doing about happu singh,vibhu says we shall teach him a good lesson just open the window and switch of the lights.
Vibhu and anguri hide near the window with sticks in hand and happu enters slowly,and says where is this Vibhuti,anguri and Vibhuti starts beating him,and later throw him out of the window.
Anguri says let’s put on the lights and says it was fun.
Happu with all strength gets up.tiwari says that donkey happu isn’t here yet,commissioner says stop insulting my officer,anu says stop it you two,and commissioner please call happu and check where he is,commissioner says don’t worry he will be successful,happu walks in injured.
