Tiwari sees Ammaji laying on the bed and Angoori is sitting with her. Tiwari gets annoyed to see her. Tiwari greets her. Ammaji asks Tiwari that why is he looking frustrated? Tiwari says that his business is facing losses. He says that he had an international order. Ammaji asks Angoori that why didn’t she tell her. Angoori says that Tiwari told her not to tell anyone. Ammaji asks Tiwari that why is he trying to be so clever? Tiwari gets frustrated and starts acting very difficult and yelling at Ammaji and Angoori. Angoori and Ammaji leaves the room.
Tiwari is talking to his friend that Vibhu devastated his life, he took money from the market to fund the order and now he’s doesn’t know what to do. Everyone who was working for Tiwari shows up protesting against Tiwari. Tiwari tells them that his life is destroyed. Gupta tells Tiwari that he’s a rich person, but they don’t even have money to have food. Tiwari again starts acting strange and yelling at everyone. Teeka whispers to Tillu that something strange happened to Tiwari. Tillu agrees with him. Teeka says that they should care about their wage. Tillu agrees. Teeka tells Tiwari that he has to payback anyhow. Reshampal says that Tiwari is suffering double the loss then they are suffering, and should leave Tiwari on his own. Everyone denies and says that they will not go anywhere with their salary. Tiwari takes out a whip and makes every run away.
Vibhu is feeding a kid. Tiwari rushes inside and tells Vibhu that he took loan from the market and he won’t be able to survive, if this order gets canceled. Vibhu sends the kid to Anu. Tiwari starts stammering and humiliates Vibhu. Vibhu asks if everything is alright? Tiwari takes out a knife and Vibhu runs away.
Vibhu goes to Angoori asks for help or else Tiwari will kill him. Angoori says that Tiwari also yelled at her. Vibhu gets worried. Ammaji shows up and drags Vibhu inside and starts beating him.
Everyone is dancing with Saxena who’s disguised as a lady. He gives tea to everyone and they starts enjoying with him. Happu and Manohar shows up and joins them. After a while, Happu fires a bullet and everyone stop. Happu tells Manohar to arrest everyone. Reshampal tells Happu to stop, Happu yells back at him and tells him to shut his mouth. Manohar gets a call and tells Reshampal that he’s appointed at commissioner once again. Happu gets shocked.
Anu and Angoori are returning from the market. Anu suggests Angoori to take Tiwari to a psychiatrist. Angoori denies and says that he not likes Saxena. Anu asks Angoori if Tiwari got any opposition? Angoori replies, Dubey he’s really jealous of Tiwari’s business.
Anu and Vibhu are disguised as a foreigner and waiting for Dubey for a meeting. Anu tells Vibhu not to break the character. Dubey shows up and Vibhu greets him. Dubey takes a seat. Vibhu says that he wants to make an order of 5 lakh undergarments. Dubey says that he already got that ready and will bring it soon. Dubey leaves. Tiwari shows up. Dubey calls Tiwari and invites to his godown.
Tiwari and Tillu are waiting for Dubey. Dubey shows up and says that he wants to buy 5 lakh undergarments urgently. Tiwari says that he wants 1 crore. Dubey agrees. Tiwari tells David to go and collect money from Dubey’s place. Everyone shows up and Dubey gets exposed. Angoori starts yelling at Dubey. Tillu starts hitting Dubey and escorts him. Vibhu tells Tiwari that he should thank him. Tiwari says that everyone went downhill all because of him. Both to them starts quarrelling.
