The episode starts with anita at home and is worried about her monthly expense at home which is why she calls a real estate agent. The agent comes home and anita welcomes him. Anita says she wants to put her hall on rent so she needs him to put an advertisement in the newspaper. The agent says okay so what are the terms? Anita says the rent shall be 8000rs per month with food and we need a very well mannered tenant. Vibhu says anita don’t rent the hall and you cant do this. Anita says you shut up, you are jobless and my earning wont keep up to our expense so I have to put this on rent. Anita tells agent to do as she told him.
