Tiwari is sleeping and snoring loudly. Vibhuti is in their window to see anguri sleeping he is speaking to himself and says tat he is responsible for her health issue. Anguri wakes up and see vibhuti and she calls him bhushan how dare you enter our room and goes and slaps him. Listening to this voice tiwari wakes up and seeing vibhuti he says wat r u doing so late here if u want to get hit by anguri you should have waited till morning. Tiwari then asks anguri to go to sleep and she can hit him next morning and vibhuti then takes leave.
Next day anguri is watering plants seeing her vibhuti hides near compound he thinks y does she thinks that he is bhushan and hits him what is the story. Then he sees tilu tika malkhan coming. All 3 greets anguri good morning anguri replies same and asks how are they they reply they are doing fine. Vibhuti then indicates tilu tika malkhan to be quiet and do not tell anguri hat he is hiding here and bribes them. Tilu tika and malkhan accept the bribe and then malkhan say y r u sitting down vibhuti brother. Anguri asks who is sitting down there vibhuti comes out and stand seeing him anguri gets angry and curses him assuming as bhushan and gives him slaps.
Tiwari comes home to meet anita vibhuti asks him she is not there tel me what is the work. Tiwari says that he has to talk to anita only. Anita comes and welcomes him tiwari then invites them at home for amajis bday party and says that you and vibhuti has to come. Anita tells that lets not call vibhuti as anguri will again assume him as bhushan and hit him. Tiwari insisit to bring vibhuti. Anita denies strongly and says that she will only come. Tiwari agrees to it and then vibhuti says that how can he not visit to party at anguris place and plans something in his mind.
Tilu tika malkhan doctor prem and ladoo are enjoying party. Anguri comes down and wishes amaji happy birthday and gives her a gift. Amaji says that she does not want this gift but when will she give them a baby and everyone laughs. Anita comes in with a gift and wishes amaji a very happy birthday. Tilu says there should be some dance to enjoy and everyone agrees to it. Happu singh comes in and is too much worried as he has stomach problems. Amaji says to happu singh that looking at your stomach I feel that you are pregnant not your wife. All laugh at it and doctor then asks ahppu singh to have some drink. Amaji then says that she will dance on her birthday and she performs a dance. Vibhuti arrives in the party wearing a mask of filmstar amitabh bachan all think that its filmstar amitabh bachan anguri is very happy and then amaji asks her to go and dance with him. Vibhuti and anguri dance to song in that dance vibhutis mask slips and fell down. Anguri sees vibhuti and slaps him hard assuming bhushan. Vibhuti wishes amaji and leaves, while all others dance to music and enjoy party.
At gupta tea center happu singh is sitting and is worried for his health as he is constipated. Tilu tika and malkhan come to have tea and seeing happu singh they laugh and try teasing him. Doctor comes and seeinh happu singh suggests to check a solution which will make him feel relieved. Doctor creates a sound and happu singh feels better doctor then says that he will have to leave as he has many more patients to visit. Happu singh then asks tilu tika malkhan to help him and they agree to it but with one condition. Tika says that to help him he has to give him each one 500 rs, happu singh agrees pays them. All 3 start with the sound and mischievously leave in between happu singh then asks the tea stall man where did they go and says he should have informed him.
Amaji is talking on phone and says that asks pandit ramphall to have food as she will be back by today evening. Amaji then informs anguri that she has to leave today as pandit ramphal is not well and he will eat only when she will reach there. Anguri then says that she should go as pandit ramphal should be fine. Tiwari comes and asks who is leaving and going where. Anguri informs that amaji is leaving. Tiwari gets angry and asks who will take care of anguri and asks amji to choose between pandit ramphal and anguri. Amaji gets angry and hits tiwari on his bums and says that what non sense question is this, she then tells that ypu are in this world because of him and then again corrects that its because of his solutions you are doing well and she will have to leave today itself and he can hire for nurse. Anguri then says that she can call bhuri but tiwari denies calling bhuri for help and says that better we look for a nurse. Vibhuti hears this standing in the door and plans to be a nurse for anguri.
Vibhuti is at gupta tea stall thinking how can he be a nurse as he will require costume for it. Saxena comes to the tea stall dressed up as nurse he is talking on phone that he agreed to do the role as they didnt had any actor to perform the role of nurse. Vibhuti starts appreciating saxena for his get up and role. Saxena hears it and says he has the quality to also understand who is appreciating for his talent and who is for some work. Vibhuti then tells saxena that yes he has some work and asks for his nurse get up as anguri is not well and needs a nurse who will take care of her. He wants to be dressed like a nurse and go to anguris house this is a secret and he should not reveal it anywhere. Saxena agrees to with one condition he demands vibhuti to hit him for 220 times in the bushes near by. Vibhuti agrees to it and slaps saxena, saxena is happy and says that he likes it.
