Tiwari lost in Anu,Angoori shooks him, Angoori praises Anu says she is looking so pretty. Vibhu asks Angoori to join, Anu and Tiwari go inside to have refreshments, Vibhu gets mesmerized by Angoori and starts imagining dancing and singing with her.
Saxena walks to them dressed as female. Two men decide to ruin Vibhus business. Chedi calls his brother in law and asks to look after his business in Kanpur till he is out on tripen walk into his house and call chedi, his brother in law infroms chedi isnt home,they ask him for chemical that makes colours permanant.

At night,the two men add chemical to Vibhutis colours.
During opening, Tiwari reveals about being investor, Anu says enough let me cut the ribbion, David and Helan start arguing, Angoori says enough lets begin with programme, boys ask who will cut the ribbon, Uncle Helan Anu Angoori or Tiwari. Vibhu says i understand all are excited and forces Teeka to cut tye ribbon, Teeka gets emotional, Vibhu says look you all would have ego problem so i made the most hopeless personal cut the ribbon.
