Tiwari is worried because Vibhu broke his neck. David tells Vibhu that he did something wrong. Vibhu says that he only relieved his neck as it was very stiff. Anu shows up and asks what happened? Tiwari tells her that Vibhu broke his neck and now he can’t even move a bit. Anu asks Vibhu what did he do to Tiwari’s neck? Vibhu says that he did some physiotherapy because his neck was severely sprained, he needs to take physiotherapy for some days and everything will be good.
Angoori is watching a movie and Tiwari shows up. Tiwari tells Angoori that his neck is broken. Angoori gets worried and asks who did this to him? Tiwari replies, Vibhu. Angoori asks Tiwari that why did he go to Vibhu at the first place. Tiwari explains Angoori that Anu insisted him to do so. Angoori asks if she should try to fix his neck? Tiwari tells them that he went to Vibhu and he broke his neck. Tillu also says that he should have visited Saxena. Tiwari says that Anu insisted him. Tillu and Teeka suggests Tiwari to dance on Devgan’s song. Tiwari starts beating them.
Vibhu is drinking coffee and David tells him to bring coffee for him too. Vibhu tells him to complete eating his fruits. David asks Vibhu that how much does he charge to the patients? Vibhu says, somewhere around 100 rupees. David says that he should charge more. Vibhu says that everyone is greedy here. David agrees with him. David says that he swindle money out off Tiwari. Vibhu says that his neck is broken.
Tiwari shows up and sits with David and Vibhu. Tiwari tells Vibhu to help him. Anu also shows up and Tiwari asks Anu to inquire Vibhu about his condition, and how much time will it take to recover. Vibhu says that it will require some time, and suggests him to go and get some advised magazines. Tiwari warns him if his neck doesn’t get cured.
Saxena is talking to everyone their health problems. Saxena asks who goes on a run. Everyone raises their hands except Gupta and MasterJi. Saxena gives them potion and both of them gets spiced and starts running everywhere. Now, Saxena gives Teeka and Tilli alcohol and snacks, but ties their hands. Tillu and Teeka asks Saxena that what is he trying to do? Saxena tells them to control over their emotions and orders them to try to eat it only with their mouth.
Angoori is preparing tea for Tiwari and Tiwari is trying to cure is neck position. Tiwari gets hurt and starts shouting. Angoori gives him and tells him to not to do anything on his own. Tiwari gets a call and Angoori puts the phone over his ears. Tiwari converse with his client gets an order of 5 lac. Angoori congratulates him, and tells him that this broken neck is really lucky for him.
