Rajiv asks Maya why didn’t she inform Rudra that MJ and Diya had an affair. Maya says she cannot hurt Rudra in her fight, if he finds out truth, he will restart hating MJ; MJ will be quiet until Rudra is with him and if Rudra finds out truth, he will leave her. She returns to room and asks Rudra what is he doing. He says he is shocked with Diya’s truth, if she had not strangulated Maya, he wouldn’t have known truth; he knows dad can have affair. Maya reminisces MJ torturing her. MJ walks to Antara and says he is lucky to have her as his wife. She nervously picks liquor bottle. He makes drinks for her and says she didn’t stop supporting him even after what happened with Diya. She says after losing her year-old friendship, 3 cheers for the pillar of his support, his liquor
Maya blindfolds Rudra saying she has a surprise for him and takes him to balcony which she decorated with lights and bed for him. He asks what is all this. She says in childhood whenever she used to feel sad or angry, she used to sleep on terrace, this is its small version. They lie on bed and watch sky. Maya says there won’t be anything left one day, no problems, no pains, not her, there will be only moon, stars, and sky; looking at him. He asks what is she looking at. She says her star. He says he is looking at his star, she knows how will he get peace in whatever situation he is in, but he never gave her peace since she came in this house. She says he is her peace. He hugs her, and she falls asleep in his arms. Serial’s title track plays in the background. He gets MJ’s call and says he will come.
MJ thinks Maya made this move, but he will win the game. Rudra walks to him and asks if he called him. MJ says, he needs to talk about Maya. Next morning, Maya wakes up and searches Rudra. He returns. She asks where had he gone, wishes good morning hugging him. He stops her and says let us go down as everyone are waiting for her. He takes her down where his parents, Nandini, and Rajiv are. Nandini asks why did he call them all. He says he wants to show them all about Maya. Maya gets tensed. Rudra says Maya’s book. Rajiv says it isn’t complete yet. Rudra says he knows, but its cover has been printed and shows it to Maya, saying Beyhad by Maya Jaisingh. Nandini says it is very beautiful. Rudra says he has one more surprise and kneeling down opens book and shows a diamond ring in it. Maya reminisces MJ gifting her same ring and then snatching it back. MJ smirks while Maya fumes. Rudra picks ring and says I love you Maya. Maya reminisces MJ’s words, MJ claps and asks Maya if she didn’t like ring and asks Rudra to fix ring in Maya’s finger. Rudra fixes ring in Maya’s finger while Maya reminisces MJ doing same 10 years ago. He repeats MJ’s dialogues and Maya reminisces each dialogue. MJ asks Maya how was the surprise. Rudra says MJ taught him these dialogues and thanks MJ hugging him. MJ says its same and thinks past will haunt Maya and her love will destroy her. She angrily looks at him. He holds her hand and then touches her cheek. She runs away reminiscing him touching her sensuously 10 years ago, Rudra follows her. Rajiv takes Nandini along. Antara confronts MJ that she didn’t see such a dirty man like him in life, he gave Maya also same ring, disgusting. MJ thinks he needs to show her place now.
Maya returns to her room and picking up hammer tries to hammer her finger when Rudra enters and she hides hammer. Rudra says if she doesn’t like ring, she doesn’t have to wear it; anyways he doesn’t believe in mangalsutra, ring, etc. Maya thinks she cannot MJ win and says its his sing of love. He says it will remind her how much he loves her. She hugs him. He says good she didn’t reject this ring, else dad would have felt bad. Maya thinks MJ did wrong by using her love againat her.
