Saanjh continues her argument in court and says Maya Mehrotra thinks life is a chess game and plays in her favor, she should be sent to jail for creating fake situation. Arjun says Maya is not lying. Saanjh says he must be frustrated that his wife controls his life. He says if her gyaan is finished, he will go and walks to Maya. Saanjh asks Judge’s permission to call her last witness in witness box, the hunter herself who preyed on innocent people, Maya Mehrotra. Maya comes into witness box and takes oath she will tell truth. Saanjh calls her Maya Mehrotra. Maya says Maya Arjun Sharma, she should know the difference. Saanjh asks why did she tie her husband to a bed, if she was afraid that he will leave her. Maya says her Arjun will never leave her and wherever he goes, he will return back to her, Saanjh does not know it is a love holding. Saanjh says it is love trap, love means not a trap but bonding, which Maya will not understand. She asks why did she hit herself in flight and crash landed it and why did she call her husband 40 times. Maya says she was going away from her husband first time and got worried when he did not pick call. Saanjh says if she did not trust her husband that she called him 40 times. Maya says it is question of fear, she was worried something happened to Arjun, else he would never leave her. Saanjh says her Arjun had left her already and went to meet his family. She was worried that she could not spy him for 3 days, what he eats, what he does, how he breaths. Maya’s lawyer objects and says this case is regarding rape attempt and not Maya and Arjun’s relationship. Saanjh says it is very much related.
Maya continues questioning Maya and says her story till now that she got afraid when Arjun did not answer her call and how did she reach ambulance. Maya says she got hurt in flight. Saanjh acting as concerned asks if she is okay now and reads flight crew’s report that Maya opened luggage compartment forcefully even after warning repeatedly and dropped luggage on her forcefully and got injured purposefully. Maya’s lawyer objects. Judge warns Saanjh she cannot allege without proof. Saanjh apologizes and says her questions are relevant. She asks Maya why did she reach her mother-in-laws house when she was injured instead of going to hospital. She says she was unconscious and does not know anything. Saanjh says she may not even know that she hired fake ambulance and crew as doctor who treated her reported that she did not want to use government ambulance and insists for a private one and herself called ambulance. Her hired actors told Maya did not want to be touched by any male doctor and be treated, so they brought her to Arjun. When Ayan tried to stop Arjun, he did not listen and left in ambulance with Maya. Maya gave injection to Arjun and made him unconscious, took him home and tied him to a bed. When Ayan reached her house to rescue Arjun, she made a drama of rape and trapped Ayan.
Saanjh continues when Maya gets out of witness box, picks inspector’s gun and shoots Saanjh and smirks. Saanjh falls down and points at Maya. Maya continues smirking and realizes it is her imagination. Saanjh says this woman can go to any extent for her benefit and spoil someone’s life with rape charges, these kind of women should be punished so that they don’t allege any innocent person. She asks Maya to accept her crime in front of everyone, at least her god may forgive her if not court. Maya gets out of witness box and Saanjh says she cannot get away from truth and has to speak truth. Maya stands in the middle of court and starts unbuttoning her dress. Everyone watch in a shock. The episode was interesting otherwise, but I still feel maya is innocent in the attempt rape case, but everything leading up to it was her plan, only after Ayan entered her house did things go downhill.
I can’t wait for samay, CCTV and her medical tests/marks to be used and proven, and that Ayan will get punishment not for rape but for manhandling at least, and Saanjh realises her boyfriends betrayal, it will be two birds with one stone I’m actually excited for future episodes now at least for a while, Maya all the way she was right this time but the world called her evil, now its time to give one back in the name of justice, attempted rape was the wrong connotation, but manhandling better be punished.
Maya can be punished for her treatment providing Arjun agrees and accepts her actions as true, in which case maya will feel betrayed and it will probably begin the mutual hate relation. Regardless I’m happy that maya is again shown to only have thoughts but not necessarily Is a murderer, and that she still has a fighting chance in proving her innocence in this case.

Given: Maya lodges an attempt to rape case on Ayaan.
To Prove: Maya is right
Proof:
1. Whenever it is hinted that Maya has done something, they never show it.
For example –
* The pandit’s murder.
* Ashwin’s death
* The domestic violence thing.
But this time, it was shown real time to us.
2. Maya asking Arjun to leave her.
She would never take a chance when it comes to Arjun.
3. One can’t possibly bite their own neck.
4. Samay. Saanjh asking him to be absent means something.
5. She didn’t let Arjun touch her, even though till a bit a ago, she yearned for it.
She was visibly distraught, just like those days when Ashwin was alive.
6. If she had planned it all, she’d have planned it in such a way that no one could even make anything out.
7. She’d have smirked if it were a plan. She didn’t.
This show is supposed to twist our minds. If they show everything to you there will be no suspence which just ruins the viewers interest. They will never show what really happened, so that we make assumptions of our own and our interest in the show increases. Just because of some halfshown scenes you cannot tell who is right or who is wrong.Just beacause at the hospital Maya thought about it dosent prove Ayaan guilty. You did not say what Maya did to get to arjun (stop the flight, fake accident etc) she was horrified to know that arjun was with his family and since arjun was already slipping out of her grip. The biggest ques- WHO UNTIED ARJUN.that also right when maya was on the verge of suicide. Though Ayaan cannot be excused and should be punished of phisically harrasing and molesting Maya. Maya has had a bad chilhood and feels that people she love will go away from her and thats why she holds on to Arjun so hard. Saanjh is childhood friend and knows that he cannot do something so wrong and to be sure she even asked him numerous times. Both Maya and Saanjh are right just from different point of view. All we can do is wait and enjoy the show
Thank you for not only hating on maya or just saying saanjh is mahan and great, both have their faults. Their upbringing and consequential psyche however determine the types of faults; the extent to which maya goes to keep Arjun based on her past of loneliness and loss/betrayal of her loved ones, whereas saanjh from a pure family sometimes acts in a obsessive/clingy fashion as well, so both are at fault in places.
Calling one evil and the other good is naive, they both have elements of bad/good maya more bad than saanjh but her upbringing is partially(not totally) a part to play in her situation, and its fears creates her madness and insecurity.
Everyone aside Saanjh’s parents and brother has grey shades, none more so than maya but we can still empathise with her.
Today when she was removing her blouse Ayan looked worried, I wonder why that is?
Also, she reacted at arjun’s touch in the hospital with FB of the assault and her anger towards Arjun/releasing him from relation, suicide attempts etc. still tells me that until further notice she is still innocent, guilty of everything up until Ayan reached the house but after that the lines begin to blur.
Oh well no matter I’m just happy maya didn’t kill anyone, else she would lose her greyness and love from most of the fan base, good thing they kept some goodness within her, she seems really traumatised more than any other incidents before and so it makes me feel there is truth to her this time, but due to her past she will be doubted more than ever and so will have to show more proof to get her point across, especially after the hammering saanjh gave her, without enough evidence she made such a hypothesis it’s beyond belief the court needs to demand more evidence than they are, and they are allowing saanjh to be too personal and vindictive in her approach they need to tone down down her overconfidence and be more professional. Denying samay as a witness was wrong too, consulting Simran’s parent says nothing as it omits all the acts we’ve seen Ayan commit with girls in the past that they know nothing about, that needs to be revealed.
I hope maya gives inspiration to the prosecution to actually stand up and do their job they are being pathetic atm, and Arjun still seems to be with maya even now I hope they stay till the end of this case together. Can’t wait to see samay and the medical results, they will reveal a lot.

It is not just a physical assault but also broke the victims soul into thousand pieces.?? and still its branded as a women ‘s mistake and she become the criminal who had (in those feeble so called -maggot headed society’s words) enticed the man through her short clothes, her way of talking, her drinking and what not. Again , if MAYA is shown to one of those women who use the fake rape card for personal benefit …itsreally horrifying. There was a show called “Ek Hasina Thi” on Star Plus. I was in love with the serial because it just focused on how a rapist got punished. But “Beyadh” is a serial on obsession, we Know Maya is lying to get her love, but lying on rape makes every rape victim a liar. Maya must have told any other lie. Knowing that Ayan didn’t rape her, Maya is lying. Now people will think all the normal girls also lie in this topic!

It wasn’t shown that Maya killed the pandit or Ashwin. The CVs aren’t stupid enough to make her the killer. Just because they found her earring there doesn’t mean she’s the killer. She could have easily been to the temple to pray for her and Arjuns happiness. And about Ashwins murderer, they said it was someone surprising. That means it ain’t Maya cause everyone would assumed it’d be here.

Whatever maya has done before cannot make guarantee that this situation just be same! It definitely didn’t look staged to us and her genuine trauma/insecurity after it tells me she is not planning it, she is not confident but is falling at every hurdle in the questioning that means she was genuinely affected, as this is a shadow of the maya you speak of, this one is vulnerable and has felt abuse once again, most probably being reminded of ashwin which is why she is so terrified. Moreover, she is not denying or giving smart counter-evidence for saanjh’s accusations, she wouldn’t be admitting all this as part of a manipulation she wants her sach to be hidden, so for it to be exposed this extensively with resistance shows her genuine rape trauma and inability to counter anything, instead meekly following it and getting teary which is so unlike what we’re used to see when maya manipulates.
Maya is innocent, and she better get justice for this heinous crime against her!

Yeah that is true, it takes courage to reveal your scars, especially maya who on top of this has had a childhood filled withs scars of abuse. As no-one is helping her, no eye witness to testify, the medical tests for her rape haven’t arrived and Arjun is failing her, what else can she do to prove her innocence? Saanjh is drilling her blaming this case as a result of her past and so denying Maya the right to speak or even have any weight in her words. A person can lie a lot, but that’s not an excuse especially for something as bad as this to justify that this is a lie as well, Maya’s past has no part to play in this, this is its own individual case, not a case/opportunity to dig up Arya and Maya’s past, wanting to separate them as Saanjh is unhappy that Arjun is still devoted to maya, she is abusing her position and taking full advantage of it. Before anyone tells me its completely related, only arjun’s condition should be related to the case, not Maya’s “obsession” or fake pregnancy those hold no weight here, they have to treat this cause individually and uniquely with precise evidence for this case, not referring to Maya’s past and saying that everything is a repeating cycle, cycles can break too.
By that logic as well Saanjh should realise Maya is an abuse victim herself, and so it would be extremely difficult for her to fake abuse/rape as she has been a victim of it before and so knows exactly what it entails and would hate the thought of it. Plus her reactions towards even Arjun’s touch tell me the same, Saanjh should see her condition and her anguish at this abuse that Arjun could see, remember how he could understand maya’s pain when no-one else could after she told her past and the hospital scene, it shows they are perfect for each other and saanjh should see this, rather than accusing her by linking it to events unrelated.
I truly believe maya is innocent, and truthfully most people are believing it too owing to saanjh’s behaviour with samay, the medical tests and Maya’s reactions/expressions and her anger/hate towards Arjun.
Love maya always, she will get justice in due time, and hopefully she will still have some scope for redemption and love/happiness just like she tried to do so genuinely post-marriage but was denied so horribly when all she wanted was a loving mother, family and husband. She has paid too much of a price and suffered too much for asking the smallest things, they better give her another chance to live and love selflessly and show her the beauty of selfless love that she had tried to have post-marriage but was disheartened due to VM, hope she gets someone (preferably Arjun) who can love her truly and accept her, only then can she start to heal and show her inner goodness that even Arjun saw was greater than any other, she just needs support and a chance to bring it out and she could be the best of them all, but alas her dark past and psychosis have hindered her at every stage, only by overcoming these with the aid of love/support can she defeat Ashwin and breathe new life and hope into herself and others. I loved her most during the Murder saga as she showed her genuine goodness, I wish to see that maya return 🙂

By showing Ayan right the writers dont get anything out of this track, but if Auan is innocent yet proven guilty they get some more story when Arjun finds out Maya framed him.

Showing maya faked rape will be despicable, but her innocence seems more likely the way she hasn’t smiled even once even when Arjun was hugging and supporting her, nor has she reacted in any other way aside fear and worry.
Ayan will be maligned if maya is innocent, but im not surprised if it happened, considering he has had a history with girls, he always found maya hot even calling her “hotness ki Devi” when she was his bhabi, and he was drunk and angry/his vulgar dialogues with definite possibility for s*xual interpretation as well as his rough handling and tearing of her lower dress as well kinda need to be addressed here not

Saanjh is combining her vendetta with the case it seems, public ally humiliating maya with that overconfidence tells me no less. Besides, why restrict samay from testifying and ignore ayan’s dialogues and only ask people who know nothing about Ayan’s past with women to testify his innocence, that shows a lack of evidence and a manipulative approach that furthers my thought of maya’s innocence. Plus the lack of demand for CCTV nor the belief that maya has done medical tests when she has, that tells me that saanjh is not going to have a good day, Ayan better be punished for his crimes and if maya needs to stand separate trial for her treatment of Arjun so be it, but Maya better get justice in this instance, she has been genuinely hurt and traumatised even wanting Arjun to leave her for good, such a reaction cannot happen to such a beyhadh love of hers unless something truly horrible has happened, and they better show her innocence!

Guys I have a doubt did Ayan rape or he only mandandled Maya. I don’t see the episodes, so I am confused.
Also how can Saanjh keep on saying things without any proof? It’s ridiculous. She needs evidence to prove what she is saying is true. I guess this is the only drama where they are dealt without any proof.
I feel Maya is saying the truth.
He manhandled her very roughly ripping her arm dress, an entire leg worth of lower dress, throwing her to the ground pinning her hands down and biting her neck disgusting!
Even if it wasn’t rape, attempt to rape is a very viable thought when someone does all that, looks at you lecherously, is drunk and says things like “I will teach you a lesson such you cannot raise your eyes ever again”, any woman regardless would think this is a start of potential rape, not to mention he always found her hot and attractive so I wouldn’t be surprised Ayan disgusts me now.

Love maya I know you will win, samay(time) is on her side and so in this case at least I believe her to be true, especially how this is so unlike any of her prior staged events, how she is going with it rather than masterminding it all, and is genuinely scared/terrified and cannot respond properly to questions. If she was manipulating everything, she would have covered her tracks well and would be confident, but there is no such thing this time I truly believe she is innocent.

When Arjun said dusky 2 Sanjh , she started shouting on top of her voice but when it came to Maya’s legal name she 4got it’s Maya Arjun Sharma , she could not even bear to take her name with Arjun’s name !!!!
That is so true. I never really hated Saanjh but because of this trial, I really hate her. She’s not only trying to get Ayan out of trouble, but she wants to drag Maya down. I really hate her for this.
The only reason I didn’t truly hate saanjh this entire time for her despicable approach and generally spiteful insensitivity to maya, is because she showed guilt when maya sorrowfully mentioned her miscarriage. I respected her for that, that she wasn’t completely blinded by revenge/hate within that moment and felt some empathy for the women she would go on to humiliate, shows she didn’t lose her humanity completely and become a cold-blooded vindictive machine. Still don’t agree with her made-up story however you need more evidence to make such claims, especially without any witnesses, just seeing her past and using it to predict not create the present situation is incorrect, she has to focus on the present and only use the past to hint/help her argument, not base it entirely off that that is lacklustre lawyer skills I’m afraid.
This also affirms sadly that the first pregnancy was real and maya didn’t intentionally do a MC, as she is sad and miserable about it even now ???

The level of public humiliation and effort saanjh is going to separate Arya, I’m unsurprised if maya doesn’t consider Saanjh her greatest enemy right now. Plus if a potential truthful rape victim had to suffer through such humiliation without a chance to defend herself, she may think of killing the prosecutor and running from there too, only maya made it more vivid through her personality and anger.

There is a reason why no one is believing Maya. She has a record of being the biggest liar and manipulative person, a control freak. This time around, she isn’t lying. You could very well from her reactions. How could she defend herself in court when her past deeds were being listed? How could anyone believe her when she did all of that? Maya was genuinely surprised and shocked because that wasn’t what she thought was going to happen. When she came to court, she never thought her past deeds would be mentioned that would make the truth so hard to be believed. Half of the time she was speechless. What is Mayas lawyer doing? He was just sitting there doing nothing except get shocked when he heard something Maya did. What is his purpose beside defending and proving her right? Arjun isn’t paying him not to object whenever Saanjh crossed her line WHICH she did multiple of times. I’m not saying this because I hate Saanjh, but one of the reasons she’s doing this is to make sure Maya rot in jail. Because she hates her and she made Arjun stay away from his family. Don’t just think Saanjh did this out of the goodness of her heart only but there’s revenge there too. You could totally see it right in plain sight. She’s making things so hard for Maya. I’m not going to say Maya taking off her shirt is a wrong thing to do. I believe it was the right thing. What else is she going to do? Saanjh has her by the balls. There is absolutely nothing she is going to say to make everyone believe her. So well if she can’t say, she might as well show it. I just hope she didn’t add more injuries to herself. That would totally be upsetting.
One thing Saanjh said made me laugh. That Maya sedated Arjun because she saw Ayan. When did Maya saw him? She only sedated him because he was going to leave. I want to know where Saanjh got her stories when she wasn’t there. Why is she believing things Ayan told her. If Maya staged the whole thing, how was she able to bit her own neck or the marks on her arms??? Saanjh shouldn’t continue saying things without seeing proof. She’s saying things based on what Ayan told her.
I can’t wait for tomorrow because I have a feeling Samay will be there. He’s a witness and those test results would be proven right. Maya will indeeed get her justice. But I fear if she lose, she will drown in darkness. She will be out of control and she will be out to get revenge on Saanjh. I hope Jhanvi gets better. Just a question to everyone who thinks Maya is not falsely crying attempted rape, her whole apartment has cctv, which is on all the time, If Ayaan really tried to rape her, it should be recorded and stored right? Why go through this whole rigmarole? She didn’t want the doctor to examine her but she finds it alright to strip in an open court?!! Even her suicide attempt of the ice block was a joke. f I am proved wrong and Ayaan is really guilty then the whole wrath of the law should come down on him but if it is just another of her games, she should be punished severely too. If only it was that easy to brand one evil and another good, this show is not that. If you have this misconception you cannot enjoy this show.
Maya is the main heroine but also antihero of the show. Throw a normal life behind her and she will be the most despicable woman alive, but the story they gave her and the complexity and layers of both good and bad in the show make people love her. She is GREY not BLACK from the beginning you need to get this.
Likewise most of the “pure” people of the show have dark sides too. Ayan and his womenising history, saanjh and her overextended friendship with Arjun, her clinginess, selfishness and inability to move on/understand her own parents and their love for her and interests, devaluing herself instead in favour of Arjun, VM and her superstitions clouding judgements and not giving a chance to a DIL who genuinely wanted to change for the better, samay and his history with maya, and Arjun who cannot keep relations only run away, is good hearted but egoistic,selfish and naive in equal measure, a total ‘duffer’.
Everyone aside prem,Suman and Shubh are grey in their own way (rhymes lol).
Evil never wins over good, good will eventually prevail as always. HOWEVER, as evil and good are present in every person and ideally good should triumph not by one person or side, but by everyone becoming good and destroying their evils, even Maya herself, that’s the beauty of Beyhadh, good and evil are blurred boundaries, everyone has both, so you cannot label maya as evil and everyone else as victimised/pure, that is a naive approach to the concept they are trying so hard to make people understand.
Yes maya has been shown to be bad more than others, but she has also shown to be more good than others too, we have to see both sides not only focus on the bad, else it ruins the point the CVs and the show is trying to make,

People only superficially see maya and hate her for it.
Jennifer herself said maya has so many layers and so many would have difficulty understanding her and what she is meant to be, a character with darkness from a unimaginable past and how it influences her actions and destroys hers and others’ dreams.
However, the truth of this pained soul is overlooked through such things, and I can understand why people hate her, though I disprove.
Maya has immense goodness in her, and through genuine mutual love that goodness was flourishing, yet now when given hatred and loneliness once again her love will turn painful to her and others, its her insecurity and fear of loss protecting and safeguarding the few things she can love or have in her life, but at the cost of their own freedom which is understandable, but trust would be built if only they had loved her and stuck by their promises, not violate them or backstabbing her that would only be detrimental to them both.
Saanjh lovers/maya haters are free to hate maya so much, but I do believe if they understood maya like we do they may have a change of heart. Jennifer was worried in taking the role as she didn’t know if the character would be understood, and yet she was delighted that people more than understanding maya actually began to love maya, this proves my point. Maya isn’t bad, once the goodness and truth of her is revealed she can be loved and respected, its just based on your depth of perception and understanding of her character that determines your outlook.
I feel in this case especially maya is innocent, but her past misdeeds and actual wrongs will be weighted against her truthfulness here and so she will lose a genuine case and that will strike a blow for both her and Arya. I feel her losing is the turning point, or better yet she wins but retracts it in order to begin getting acceptance by his family and Arjun again. If Arjun shows her genuine love, I bet she would start to change again. Whenever Arjun tried to leave her or did things to leave her/hate her, she became more possessive and more desperate. If Arjun gives that love, her craziness might start disappearing and she might start getting better, which I much rather would hope.
Besides future tracks as written of Maya running after VM and begging for forgiveness and acceptance again, how can she do that if she loses the case? VM will see her as the person who framed her son and so wouldn’t even look at her again, so some future tracks are either spliced out or don’t correlate with current proceedings.
Either way maya better get justice for all her wrongs but also all her rights, and this rape track looks and hopefully is genuine in her case, it better not be all a plan else it will make her character black, not grey which will defy all the work CVs have out into her to make her the best of the bad/the worst of the good, not a villain.

The drama is just too much RN. Why is Saanjh smiling whilst giving her views? What kind of smile is that? A sadistic smile after humiliating a woman who was molested? A victorious smile after defeating Maya in her own dirty ways?
IDK. I did like Saanjh’s character a bit if we minus the miscarriage thing and her sometimes-selfish attitude in Season-1. But in this season, she has turned grey too. Still having feelings for Arjun and treating Samay as almost a rebound even if he doesn’t love her.. And now, her court room drama. Did she forget what the case is all about?

Don’t really know whether CVs will show it now but I remember reading somewhere during the time just after Ashwin’s death that Maya would be found guilty and Saanjh would fight her case. She would prove that Maya has mental problems and this would land Maya in a mental asylum not prison. After sometime Maya would run away from the asylum and Arjun would be searching madly for her. But CVs changed that track and instead made the doubt fall on Jhanvi and also went for the three years leap. Now perhaps Saanjh by hook or by crook will prove in court that Maya has mental issues which may land her in the asylum. I don’t want Maya to suffer more and I also don’t want Arya to separate. Hoping the very best for Maya and ArYa.
So many of us Maya and ArYa lovers did not want hate between them. CVs do read our comments and may be they change tracks accordingly. So Arjun is with Maya right now. Hopefully CVs will go with the majority of us who wish the very best for Maya and ArYa and create a happy together forever for ArYa in the end. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Why do so many Maya fans think saanjh wants Arjun back? She doesn’t all she is trying to do is save her friend Ayaan, the scene at the jail cell should have shown you that Saanjh doesn’t need Arjun she missed her friend but that is all with regard to Samay I think somewhere her 6th sense is telling her there is something off about him. That officer who was investigating Maya in Season 1 was ideal for Saanjh
It was confirmed by Jennifer Winget that Maya during post-marriage up until leave the house was genuinely trying to change for the better and become a part of the family, only when it became too much for her did she start manipulating.
2nd, people don’t think saanjh is trying to get Arjun’s love. Her main agenda however is exposing Arya’s past and humiliating maya more than defending Ayan. Lol I thought the officer was her soulmate too haha guess we were both proved wrong.

Maya has the worst prosecutor ..except for saying objection the guy has nothing much to say.
Saanjh bringing in Simmi and her parents are the most stupidest thing to do. If an intelligent prosecutor would be there he would have called Simmi and ask her how long does she know Ayaan? Which obviously cannot be more than 3 years! She would have been asked if it is in her knowledge that Ayaan was earlier charged with drug peddling and Maya had to bail him out? I am sure Simmi doesn’t know that. …so Summi giving Ayaan his ch certificate does not stand a chance cuz she knows nothing of what Ayaan did 3 years ago and neither her parents.
If Arjun was indeed in Maya’s side he could have given the lawyer about how he had to rescue Ayaan from a run away go down where he was stripped off his clothes and belongings trying to have casual s*x… All these things could easily prove Ayaan was never a saint and is completely capable of trying to rape under the influence of alcohol. Yes by calling Ayaan to witness that he was drunk that night could also be brought forth if Arjun had told the lawyer all these. Since Arjun had to confess that he was drunk and so fell asleep… the prosecutor lawyer could ask him who he was drinking with? He had to tell Ayaan.
Saanjh brought out the facts that Arjun had told Ayaan that his family life was not good & Maya suffocated him. A good prosecutor would twist that to his advantage and say that Ayaan had taken the advantage of this. He knew his brothers relation with his wife was not good so he under the influence of alcohol got carried away and decided to take advantage of the situation. Since he had always had the hots for his bhabi and called her ‘ hotness ki Devi ‘ and his past character record is also not that good he can easily do it.
What Saanjh is doing to expose ArYa marriage.. It can be very well used as an advantage of the opposition.
Suman should be called to witness and asked why she took away her daughter away from the holi party in a haste? Saanjh ki dhajiya ud jati! Witnesses should be called from the holi party like Ria and other staff who would recall the incidents about how saanjh was chipkuing and dancing with another woman’s husband in an embarrassing way and later she came and confronted Maya and pulled her in such a way that she tripped fell and her baby got killed. Saanjh would obviously say Maya spiked her drink and it resulted in her chipku dance… to which the prosecutor could have said even Ayaan was intoxicated and so who better than u can understand that intoxicated people can do things which maybe he/she wouldn’t have done otherwise.! That would have shut Saanjh up and yahan toh prosecution already showed Ayaan is not a saint by exposing his eRlier incidents.
Maya could have told about the meeting g that Arjun and Saanjh had without her knowledge in the middle of the night. How saanjh always interfered in their affair and calls her hubby to meet without letting her know. Saanjh

Also all of Saanjh’s accusations of Maya torturing arjun wouldn’t stand a chance cuz lawyer would ask if he was indeed suffocating why didn’t he report to police… If Saanjh said that cuz of Maya commuting suicide then he would ask but this time he did keep maya at home and came to PS.. How did he do that ? Arjun had to tell he had her tied up.. Then Arjun would be asked if he could do it this time why didn’t he do this before and place a complaint ! Arjun would be asked why didn’t he do anything to help his wife to overcome her obsessive nature. Arjun would come across as an irresponsible husband before court and since Vandy saanjh never had good terms with Maya it will look they are saying all this to frame Maya!
Saanjh’s defense is one if the worst ever and she’s winning cuz she has no strong opposition but if there was one all her points and proofs would backfire and she would be entangled in her own web! Only an intelligent lawyer is needed to defend Maya…it would have been cake walk for Maya against Saanjh’s poor and flawed defense.

Hi all..CVs are confusing us to a gr8 extent..TDH totally agreeing wit you..Maya has a dumb lawyer..my curiosity is just this..if maya faked all this, when and how she got bitten from ayaan in so many places?? if ayaan was unconcious and samay had helped her get the marks then also it cant be true since police took ayaan immediately away..also when maya stripped down ayaan just hit himself on the forehead..which means he knew something that has happened ,that why these many marks..
but if all these were maya’s drama its a huge mistake by CVs..her mistake is just unpardonable..and no 1 will accept her..she cant go back.. they are dragging her so far..they will just fade her goodness..and give a terrible ending for her like many have commented on this page..which I dont wanna happen..

After seeing those flashbacks, I have lost all love/faith in the show and absolutely HATE the CVs. Maya was grey, they had no right to turn her black. Moreover, they created such a horrible thing as framing rape, it destroys lives whether of victim or accused especially if it is false, to make it all a plan destroys it all.
Also her flashbacks of Ayan’s assault at the hospital, they can’t show that and then say it was her plan to think like that when Arjun touched her, that and so many other events show that it shouldn’t have been planned, yet just to show maya being obsessive they destroyed her character spans completely ignored the previous episodes and their content, they don’t look back only move ahead and it’s destroying everything.
I’m seriously boycotting this show I can’t take anymore of this rubbish. I wished they would show a abused child like maya having darkness but also light that they showed so many times before and made us love her and wish for her betterment, not this character that is destroying all goodness, the show and its characters. I have lost complete hope for this serial, these writers are no different and wish to show a person who is tortured torture others till their death which is disgusting, to make this show different they have to show her besting her demons, not by committing suicide or dying in the end that will be pathetic, she has to win in life and love.
Phase 3 should be Arjun and her separate, and maya eventually realising her mistakes and starting to go towards the light, they have to keep that light within her else they are destroying her character by making her villainous like this. Sure she has manipulated in the past but she has also been genuine and loving to others and has shown her beyhadh but pure love to Arjun that was beautiful, to destroy that all now I cannot bear to see, I guess I should have expected such a thing seeing such a title for the show, but they should have shown her to be from a normal family and life, so we could hate her and condemn her obsessiveness and evilness.
Instead they made her a abused, scared child seeking love and holding onto it as tightly as she can, such an person we cannot help but empathise with and want to redeem and have a chance to be happy and loved, its human nature to wish for someone’s betterment especially if they were given nothing but pain before.
The CVs after this BS better clear it straight, showing Maya’s framing rape is completely inconsistent, immoral and downright pathetic, it destroys her goodness and makes her a character we cannot even relate to any more its just not acceptable.
I’m truthfully leaving the show now, I only wished to see and mentally I’ll abused child heal and escape her darkness, that would have been different and unique to this show instead of making her perpetually dark and destroying herself, that is stereotypical of mad people and it destroys her scope for happiness and redemption that she actually more than deserves.
I’m boycotting this show till further notice, sorry maya lovers out there it’s the final straw for me, enjoy Arya. While it lasts its going to get too ugly for me too soon.
Saanjh lovers and Maya haters you have finally won the case, you can be happy that a abused child became an abuser, a victim the victimiser, that they decided to make her like the stereotype of bad people instead of giving her a chance to become better, to make this show truly different. You can be happy that this show decided to make her as bad as possible and completely destroy her just for your satisfaction I wish you all the best for the future I take part in these stupid comment wars no longer.
Sorry guys but this is goodbye, season 1 calls my name, and I’m not turning back until maya turns back to who she truly was, the one that we could all relate, love and respect, and who we wished for her happiness, realisation and fulfilment of her dreams that the world always stopped her from doing, forcing her to be who she was, this has taken it to a new level of stupidity, and I wish to have no say in it anymore.

there is normal people, the sociecty, the environment.
in this story, they are represented by Arjun, Vandana, Saanjh and Ayan.
From my point of view
Maya is a little girl that has experienced bad thing in her life.
One day this girl get a toy that she liked it very much and thing that is
something very valuable that give her happiness that is lost from her for a long time.
but normal people want to get away it forcely from her.
What should she do.
At first she tried to persuade normal people, but it doesn’t work.
So now she only has one way, that is she has to defend the toy with any cost.
We as normal people always thing that bad people should be
get away from our life (What Arjun and Vandana do),
they should be destroyed (What Saanjh do),
they should be attack (What Ayan do), and
close your door from them , dont give them any chance (what Vandana do).
In our world we as normal people don’t thing to
give them hug, embrace them, and help them to go out from the dark side.
As bad people when the door to the good side is closed.
(when she tried to do good thing but nobody believe her).
Now only one way she has.
to go away from good side and get farther to the bad side,
because good side has reject her meanwile the bad side embrace her.
We as normal people thing that we win when we have gotten away bad people from our life,
when we have destroyed them, when we have attacked them.
Think again friend, when we do that we actually push them farther to the dark side,
make them become worst people for the rest of their life.
We actually lost.
Don’t we realize when we do that, we do bad thing too.
Can you see, we also have bad side too.
That is really happen in our world today.
At the beginning there is hope that Maya will be pulled to the good side
by Arjun or Saanjh.
But Arjun is not mature and strong enough to handle the situation meanwhile
now Saanjh choose to destroy Maya.
New character Samay still can not be predicted.
(He may be can pull Maya from dark side or
may be push her farther to the dark side.)
The only hope now is Maya herself.
If she can realize that the situation now will destroy her and
she can let Arjun go and face the world by herself and her mother love,
she will not fall farther to the dark side.
Let see where will the story writter bring the storyline.
