“Oh no Maths” said Sanskar taking a notebook from Piyu’s book bundle. Piyu chuckled looking at his condition. “Chachu I can’t believe you are an economist and you hate maths so much” said Piyu. “Piyu…” he was interrupted by Ragini who spoke “Economy is not just maths. Maths is a part of Economy where as economy is its application” “Wow maasi you say chaachu’s dialogue so well” said Piyu. Ragini smiled at her and looked at Sanskar who huffed folding his hands. “Awww you look so cute like this” said Ragini and Piyu pulling his cheek from both the sides. “Ahhh” he screamed. “Oye hoye… Pulling my son’s cheek program is going on?” asked Sujata entering Piyu’s room. “Haaaw why did you have only two cheeks” pouted Sujata. “Mom have you forgotten I’m normal human being so I will also have two cheeks like everyone” said he looking at her weirdly. “Is it? I thought you are an alien” said she and got glares from him in return.
“His nose” said Sujata excited and pulled his nose. “Mom” he screamed and all three of them burst out laughing. “Ahhh what are you people doing with my son?” asked Ram entering. “Pulling Sanky’s nose and cheek program” said Sujata and chuckled. “Me me” screeched Adarsh as he came running. “Chin” showed Sujata when Adarsh stood pouting thinking now what will he pull on Sanskar’s face. He bent in front of Sanskar and pulled his chin. Sanskar sighed and looked at Ram who was standing thinking. “You want to pull anything?” asked Sanskar. “I’m thinking what to?” said Ram. “Yess” screeched he as he got an idea. He neared Sanskar and messed up his hair. “Yippie” screeched all of them. “Ya ya I know. I’m the only non mental here” said Sanskar giving a bore look. “Awwww” said all of them and hugged him. Sanskar smiled looking at his crazy and cute family.

“Ragini” said Sanskar still looking in his laptop. “I can’t even get saved once?” she pouted. “Never” he sipped the next sip. “But I want to go out” she looked at him pleading. “It’s raining and you are mad you will behave weird with rain. I can’t let you do that. You will catch cold” he stated as he stroked the keyboards of his laptop. “You are the worst” she sat on the bed folding her legs and resting her chin over her palm.
“I know” he said as he was still staring his laptop. “Sanskar” she squealed. “No means no” said he. “You are the worstest” said she. “There is no such word” he looked at her weird. “I discovered it only for you” said she raising her chin and turned again.
“Can’t you eat ice cream without drenching in rain?” he looked at her. “No” said she without looking at him. “Fine” said he as he got up from his place and approached her. “10 minutes and only one scoop” said he and dragged her with him to the Balcony. “Yippie” screeched she. They stood in the balcony and Ragini stretched her hands and as the rain drops touched her skin she smiled closing her eyes and feeling the happiness. Sanskar smiled looking at her.
“I can’t believe I hated her so much. But did I really hated her. Even when I came to know she betrayed me I felt she is hiding something. I wanted her to tell me what is bothering her. Really the Sanskar Maheshwari who don’t give anyone a chance was begging my best friend for her explanation. What and all I tried her to speak the truth” Sanskar told himself
“Swara I hate if people hide anything from me. Don’t you know that?” Sanskar asked. “Sorry Sanskar I did not knew you will react this way. I just wanted to ease your tension” said Swara squeezing her hands. “You mean I’m over reacting is it?” asked he. “I did not mean that Sanskar. I just wanted to save Piyu from your scoldings” said she. “Listen to me Swara carefully. I don’t like two things in my life. One is betrayal and second explanation after mistakes” he said holding her elbow. “She will be your wife in somedays. Behave Sanskar” Ragini came and jerked his hand. He fumed and left the place.
“I never gave anyone a chance in my whole life but you Ragini I don’t know why I trust you so much. The way you make me feel nobody does that. I feel good when you are around and I feel broken when you are away. I feel empty inside me when I don’t see you for a day. I rush from office to see you working in Kitchen and giggling with mom. I don’t want to go to office in the morning but just spend time with you. I want to see you happy always. I can’t bear your pain. As I start departing from you my heart stops me and says let me spend just one more second with you. The smile on your face makes my heart race like it will just jump out of its place. I just forget everything when I see you playing with Adi bhai. I love it when you care for Piyu. I admire you when you take care of dad. I never dreamed Swara will do all this but I don’t know why I feel you are meant to be in my life. Am I falling for you? Can I love someone? Then what was that what I felt when I was around Swara” he got confused.
“Sometimes we misunderstand our feelings. Attraction is what we will feel always and around most of the people but love is a feeling which you don’t feel around everyone but only around a particular person”
“Sanskar” Ragini shook him bringing him to reality. He opened his eyes wide open. The rain drops couldn’t close his eyes. He stood numb. “Ghajni. Ice cream” she screamed shaking him. “Ha?” he looked at her confused. “Ahhhh” said she and rushed inside and brought two ice cream cones which she had reserved for her cravings in rainy season. “Eat” said she and he stared her blank. She looked at him confused. “Are you okay?” asked she concerned. “I’m” said he and started eating the ice cream. As he placed the ice cream in his mouth he looked at her and lost in her face. She enjoyed the ice cream like a small kid.
“You never stop behaving like a kid na” he forwarded the tissue. “Akchu…” sneezed she and rubbed her nose. “Maasi Kada” said Piyu entering their room. “Yuck no kada please” said she making faces. Sanskar burst out laughing looking at her pink nose. She pouted looking at him. “Awww you look so cute” said he pulling her cheek. “Chachu you both do your love birds act I’m getting late for school” said Piyu and ran out of there. Both of them got embarrassed and looked around. “Drink that Kada and take rest” said he and got up from the bed. She held his wrist. “You need to go kya?” asked she making puppy eyes. Sanskar blinked his eyes and then he realized that he just hallucinated it where as Ragini was trying to drink the kada holding the glass with both hands. He caressed his neck and rushed out before his heart starts hallucinating more.

“Ragu how about this?” asked Sanskar showing her a tie. “Nope this doesn’t suit black blazer try some other color” said she nodding her head looking in the mirror. “Oh hello all color suits with black ok” said he. “Then why are you asking me Ghajni Maheshwari did you forgot it momentarily?” asked she mocking him and turned to arrange the bed. “How many times should I tell you not to call me that Ghonchu” said he as he turned her holding her hand and making her stand close to him. “And you can call me Ghonchu ha?” asked she furious. “That is my copyright” said he. “And this is mine” said Ragini and stamped his foot and he winced in pain and left her. “Awww is it hurting?” asked she. “You” said he to her and held her hair when she was running from there. “Sanskar leave… leave me ahhh it’s hurting” said she. “And what about you hurt me?” asked he. “I will not do it again leave na it is hurting. “
He dragged her and hugged her from back and drooled biting his lip and teasing her. She tried getting out of his hold shocked. “Sanskar… leave me” she spoke softly. “Never” said he in her ear and it tickled all her senses. She blushed turning other side. “Please” said she. “On one condition” he spoke in her ear again sending goosebumps all over her body. “Tell me” said she looking at him. “Be ready in the evening” said he. She kissed his cheek and he stood numb and left her and she ran out looking at him smiling. He stood there shocked. “What just happened?” he said holding his cheek. “Mrs Maheshwari. I will take revenge for this” smirked Sanskar as he ran out biting his lip mischievously.

Ragini was getting ready in her room in the evening. A stone fell inside her room which was wrapped with a paper. She picked it and unwrapped it and found something written on it. “I’m waiting down come fast, Sanskar” she blushed reading it and tucked her hair behind her ear and she neared the window. Sanskar was standing near the window. “Why are you standing out come inside Mr. Clown ji” said she. “No your highness if any of your Sasural wala’s saw me I’m surely going to be hanged” he said. Ragini chuckled. He turned on the music system in his car and thought of lip singing the song.
He honked signing her to come fast.
S: Aaja shaam hone aayi….
R: Mausam ne li angdayi(2)
S: Tho kis baath ki hai ladayi….
R:Tu chal mai aayi…. Tu chal mai aayi…..
Sujata stopped her and held her and was dragging her to kitchen when Sanskar entered the house. She looked at him pouting. Sanskar entered the kitchen reasoning to drink water
S: Baja kya hai dekho zara tum khadi; guzar jaye na phir prem ki yeh ghadi
He sings standing near her when she was placing the vegetables in the freezer.
R: Aathi hu thoda sa dheeraj rakho. Laga dungi mai prem ki phir Jhadi
Sujata comes there and both compose themselves. Sanskar walks out of the kitchen walking backward looking at Ragini pouting
S: Uthni hi dur hai thu jithni kareeb hai
R: tere mere pyar ka kissa ajeeb hai
Sanskar hits his head with his palm when Piyu drags Ragini with her
S: Dhat teri ki
S: Ab tho jaan pe ban aayi
R: Yeh hai pyar ki gehrayi
Tu chal mai aayi
Ragini winks at him and signing him to walk. He holds his heart and acts like he is flying in cloud.
S: My God
R: Tu chal mai aayi
Ragini blushes and hits her forehead with her palm.
S: come soon na
He walks outside. And Ragini convinces Piyu and walks behind him biting her lower lip. As she runs out of the house Ram lifts Piyu and she and he gives high five to Sujata and all of them chuckle. “It was fun torturing the new love birds” Sujata said.

“No yar try to understand. It was not all planned. Suddenly all happened. I was in my own trance I couldn’t tell you and I did not wanted to break your heart” spoke Vikram over the phone. “But sun yar…. Hello… hello…” he looked at his phone which was disconnected. “How will I convince him now that she is happy” said he looking at his phone. “The count down starts now” smirked Swara as she heard Vikram’s conversation.

“Gosh this is why should never plan outing with you girls” said Sanskar as soon as Ragini sat inside the car. She fumed looking at him and tried opening the door of the car but failed. “Automatic locks babes” said Sanskar and winked at Ragini. She huffed and sat pouting angry. “Gosh you look so cute like this really” said he pulling her cheek. She jerked his hand and looked out when he started the car and drove out of the gate. “Ragini… Ragu…” he called but she did not turn. “Oye Ghonchu” said he and she turned glaring him. “Ohho I was just kidding why are you taking it so seriously” said he and looked forward. She did not speak. He stopped the car and looked at her. “Let’s go back. If you are keeping this sadu face all night what’s the point of this date” said he annoyed. “All night? Date?” Ragini widened her eyes shocked. “Ahh Sanskar can’t you keep any secret from her ever” said he frustrated looking up. Ragini chuckled looking at him and said “Never ever” He smiled looking at her and continued driving.
“Where are we going?” asked Ragini when Sanskar walked holding her with her eyes blindfolded. “Have patience girl” said he. Ragini smiled. He looked at her confused. “Why are you smiling like an idiot” said he. “Happy to hear old Sanky” said she and Sanskar smiled at her nodding his head.
He removed the blindfold when they reached their destination. Ragini slowly opened her eyes as the lights made her sight blur a bit. She panicked. And hugged Sanskar immediately. He got confused with her behavior. “Turn… turn off the lights… T… Turn offff” screamed she as she couldn’t tolerate the flash lights intensity. She was shivering uncontrollably and buried her face inside Sanskar’s blazer. He looked at her confused. He had made the arrangement at a penthouse of his own near the pool with a dinner and dance set up. He thought of confessing his feelings to her today and had placed big flash lights to highlight the arrangement. He instructed one of the person to turn it off. He tried a lot but couldn’t turn off the lights. Ragini was still shivering in his embrace. The worker gave him a helpless look and Sanskar gave him a annoyed look.
“Sanskar please I don’t want to be here. Please” she pleaded Sanskar still her head buried. He got worried. “Okay come” said he and walked from there and as soon as they reached to the car Sanskar brought her out of the hug holding her wrists. She had still closed her eyes and was breathing heavily. “Ragini… It’s gone” he said softly. She opened her tear filled eye slowly and her tears mixed with her sweat and she immediately hugged Sanskar and her heart jumped above the limit. He was confused about her behavior change. He made her sit in the car and started driving.
He looked at his right when he was driving near Marine drive. Something flashed in his mind. Ragini was sleeping on his shoulder. He stopped the car. Ragini woke up and looked at him confused. “Beach” said he signing to the right. Her face lit up immediately hearing the word. He knew how much Ragini loved being at beach. He parked the car and held her and walked to the beach.
They sat on a rock. Ragini placed her head on his shoulder and holding his hand and dragged him close to her. “You like being here?” asked he. She smiled and nodded her head looking at him. She closed her eyes and smiled when the cool breeze touched her face. He looked at her confused. “What happened to her suddenly. Why did she behaved that way?” he thought to himself. He was engrossed in deep thoughts. “Sanskar” her voice brought him out of his thoughts. “Hmmm” said he lost. “Sorry” said she. He lifted her head and cupped her face and asked “Why?” “I spoiled all your surprise na” said she pouting like a small kid. He kissed her forehead. “I don’t want anything more than you around me” said he. His words skipped her heart beat for a moment. She looked at him confused and dragged her hand back when she sensed where it was all leading. He touched her forehead with his and pecked her lips. “I love you” said he and Ragini who was already shocked widened her eyes more. How did this happen. She thought he was just flirting.
She just wanted to heal his wounds and in the process made him fall in love with her. What will she do now? She jerked his hands and got up. He looked at her confused. “Ragini….” before he could speak she stormed from there. “Listen to me once Ragini” said he pleading her and running behind her. “I can’t… I mean I don’t love you” said she with difficulty when she stood near the car. “I don’t need your confession. I just confessed my feelings. I know you love me” said he standing behind her. Ragini stood numb. “I don’t” said she. He turned her and held her face. “Look into my eyes and say” demanded he. “I don’t want to prove myself to anyone” said she as she dragged herself away from him. He looked at her painfully. She did not had the courage to face him and she stood at the other door. “Can we leave?” asked she and sat inside. He hit the top of the car frustrated and Ragini closed her eyes as she felt his pain when she heard the noise.
They were silent all the way. Sanskar kept glancing at her while driving and Ragini was looking outside painfully. She cursed her fate. She had to hurt him again with a lie and it was for her selfishness. Before he being her husband and love he was her best friend and she was cheating him again with a lie. How can be she so selfish.
“No no I will not let you suffer more Sanskar. I will not. Tomorrow I will tell you everything. Everything Sanskar. Let whatever happen” Ragini told herself when she lied on her side of bed and closed her eyes painfully letting the tears. Sanskar was facing the ceiling with his one hand resting on his forehead. He heard her anklet chiming sound and looked at her. “What is bothering you Ragini. Just share it with me. We will figure it out together. I promise I will not let you go away from me. Never. You made me realize true love, You came as a blessing in my life. Imagine if Swara would have been in your place without her will this marriage would have turned a tornado which would have swept away all the relations. It is true that Adi bhai used to tell that whatever happens is for a reason and for good. Though we don’t realize then but we will realize that some day. And I have realized it. I have realized that you are only meant for me” he spoke in his mind.
