AMEE: Wow practicing is nice! Reading about anything is good but practicing is like something else! I am happy for you. MY favorite festival is Diwali. One thing I don’t like about Diwali is fire-crackers. And that’s true people really waste water while playing holi without thinking about the people living in those areas where they don’t even have drinking water. Well you like to give injection and I hate getting injections. I am terrified of them!!!

“If all four of you are together then you forget everything else” Dida says noticing that Swara and Ragini have not done much work since the time their best friends have arrived.
“We should totally get you married to each other” Dadi exclaims, making everyone pin drop silence and smiling at her own great idea. “Yeah… we should totally do that. That’d solve every problems our families and you guys will have. Like we won’t have to worry about your bad cooking because we know Ap is such a nice cook, Shona and Lado won’t have to separate after their marriage and we won’t have to send our babygirls away from us” Dida says falling in a trance “And you four can be best friends without your respective husbands and wives getting jealous. Isn’t it great idea?” It’s like now she is dreaming and just talking out loud in her dreams. Dadi comes out of trance when she feels Dida nudging her. She scowls at Dida for waking her up from such a great idea but when she looks Dida’s unwavering glare she realizes what she has done.
Dida shakes her head, trying to tell Dadi that it’s not possible since Swara is already in love with someone else and that even if it was possible they should not burden kids with their dreams and hopes. They should be free to chose their life partners.
Dadi gives them a sheepish smile and looks at everyone’s faces. God, she has really made them feel awkward. Sanskar is blushing, an awkward grin in his face, ‘to good to decline her proposal rudely’ Dadi thinks and moves her eyes to Swara, hands fiddling, mouth closed with extra force ‘to eager to tell that she loves everyone else’ then she let his eyes go to Laksh, as expected he is looking as if he is constipated ‘not the one for commitment’ and finally at Ragini, exactly opposite of expectation, Dadi has expected Ragini to blush and blush some more but she is looking angry and there is a sadness in her eyes ‘she is angry on her grandmother for bringing that awkwardness in their friendship’. Dadi concluded what their look meant and give them an apologetic look.
She should not have done it. She grimaces on her childish action. Everyone says right, your own children give you another chance to accomplish your dreams but your grand-children give you second chance to live your whole life. You live their childhood, their teenage and their youth with them.
Today, in her excitement, she has made their friendship awkward.
She frowns in herself, thinking, why her grand-daughters can’t fall in love with Sanksar and Laksh, can’t they see that how convenient it will be for everyone. She will not have to stay away from her princesses and she will also get two amazing grand son-in-law. But…. no Shona has to go and fall in love with that idiotic bad boy.
Controlling her chain of thoughts, she pulls herself out of it. No matter how much she wants for it to happen she should not pressurize them in any way and it’s not their age to get married. All of them have to study, get degrees then understand their respective family businesses and then they will want to marry. And anyway love doesn’t happen because it is convenient, it just happens.
“Sorry… I didn’t want to make your friendship awkward and you all don’t let my silly mistake strain your friendship. Anyway it’s not possible!” Dadi apologizes and for them to not feel burdened she says that it’s not possible.
Dadi and Dida runs off, all the while Dida muttering angrily on Dadi and Dadi pouting at her.
“Why is it not possible?” Sanskar asks but to his dismay no one answers and let him be.
“Why is it not possible???” He asks again and Swara glares at him, adoration in her eyes. She loves that it worries him when Dadi says that it’s not possible for them to be together.
“Topper, if I don’t know the answer first time then I won’t know it even if you ask for 50 times” Swara scolds him as if he was a kid.
“I have not asked for 50 times!!!” He says defensively “but why is it not possible???” Swara scowls at him but the cute frown on his face makes her smile.
“You are pretty close to 50, you know?” Swara says, her smile genuine and content. “And who cares if Dadi thinks that it’s not possible, we will make it possible!” That’s exactly what he wanted to know as answer to his questions. Sanskar didn’t want to know the reason behind Dadi’s statement, he just wanted to know that his shona will be on his side even if its not possible and together they will make impossible happen. Sanskar comes behind Swara and hugs her, sighing. This is good… he can totally imagine his future like this…. both tired from their office work then after coming they will cook together, well she will do mistakes and he will rectify it.
He loves this girl with everything in himself!!!
Swara smiles to herself. She will never give up on him! Never! NEVER!
‘Exactly it doesn’t even matter that it’s impossible! They will make it possible! Lucky and his lado!! They will have to. B’coz even though he can’t see himself getting married now but staying away from Ragini will be a living nightmare and if he will have to chose one thing from staying with Ragini or not getting married now, he will definitely chose staying with his lado. ‘ Laksh thinks and instead of worrying he acts cool, making Ragini more angry on him!
‘Doesn’t he imagine his future with me??? Am I getting ahead in our relationship and he is still on initial line???’ Ragini scowls at Laksh and continues with cooking.
“What did I do now?’ Laksh tries to remember everything he has done since he has come to swaragini’s house because before than that they were okay… more than okay actually!
No… Nada… Nothing!
‘Why can’t she just tell me? In morning too she was upset then she become okay now again she is upset?!’ Laksh wonders and then an idea hit him. ‘Is it possible that she is going through those days of months? Everyone says girls get moody in…. in.. Well in those days of months’ Laksh looks at Ragini once more ‘She definitely is!’ Laksh smiles proudly to himself, as if he has just solved by a great mystery all by himself. Well.. In his opinion he probably has!
But little does he know, she is not having mood swings, she is hurt. He has hurt her!!!
“It’s not that bad! It was your first time!”
“It’s good!!! Really!”
Since last five minutes Dadi and Dida have been going on like this! Trying to convince Swara and Ragini that food was not that bad! But no matter how convincing they sound, both sisters can’t believe their grandmothers, after all they have tasted food by themselves. And it would have if not for the shaking heads of their boyfriends. Who are making fun of them by gesturing that Dida and Dadi are lying to make them happy but the food is exactly THAT BAD.
Swara looks at Sanskar with narrowed eyes. He is doing this since the time they have started to eat.
“We are having lunch at the time of evening snacks” He has said, a mischievous glint in his eyes. He is taking revenge for the time when she was not answering his questions in kitchen.
With scowls on their faces, they leave to go to room, making Sanskar and Laksh chuckle at them.
Sanskar and laksh gets up but stops when Dida calls them.
“Now dinner is your responsibility Ansh and Lucky, understand???” Dadi says making Laksh scoff at this new given information.
“And not just this, tomorrow you both will do gardening” As soon as Dida says this Laksh tries to complain about how they are getting more punishment that Swara and ragini but Dida stops him before he could say anything. “You both tried to dodge your punishment this afternoon so you both are getting more punishment” Dadi and Dida leave.
“So that’s what both of them meant when they said that we will really feel what they were going through” Laksh concludes and Sanskar approves it by his nod in reply.
“They are so bad!”
“It was our first time cooking anything except noodles and they made fun of us like this”
“Yeah… stupid stupid!”
“Stop whining you two” Sanskar says making both sister scowls at him.
“And get happy since we got more punishment than you as you guys wanted” Laksh looks at them with narrowed eyes.
Swara and Laksh smile at each other! Their boyfriends should know better that ordering them around.
“What did we do???” Swara asks with a fake innocent look.
“Dadi and Dida were asking why did you guys drop us and we didn’t find anything to say so we made up that excuse” Ragini says in mock innocence.
“So this is your revenge for that time?!” Sanskar asks.
“Take as much revenge as you want.. But we are not gonna change our decision” Laksh says in a firm tone.
“Don’t act as if you care” Ragini replies angrily. The hurt look in her eyes makes laksh take a step back.
Sanskar asks Swara what’s wrong with Ragini through his eyes and Swara shakes her head, telling him that she has no idea.
Laksh thinks to ask ragini about her behavior but stops when he recalls, what she might be going through. He smiles calmly at her as if nothing is wrong, making ragini frown at him.
“Yeaah… well dropping made me remember that we have to delete those recording of garage” Swara says and everyone happily obliges to her topic change.
“Yeah… but it might be difficult”
“We will have to delete it before Monday morning and we will have to be extra careful since if Dida and Dadi got even a slight idea of this she will anyhow find the reason” Swara suggests and everyone nods with determination.
“We will do it after they will go to bed”

Swara and Ragini were planning to do what Sanskar and laksh did at the time of lunch. But Sanskar’s expertise in kitchen failed their plan. The food was also not bad as lunch made by them, making Swara and Ragini more irritated on both brothers.

Swara and Ragini were having a walk on terrace when Sanskar comes to them and starts walking.
“So at what time, Dida and Dadi go to sleep generally???” Sanskar starts the conversation.
“They will watch their favorite show for next one hour then they go to room” Ragini answers, making Sanskar smile. That means he has at least one hour to enjoy this cold air with Swara.
“lado, Lucky is calling you!” Sanskar says making ragini scowl. Everyone says that girls are difficult to understand but have you ever tried understanding a guy!
“I don’t wanna talk to him” Ragini says with as normal voice as she can so her sister and her best friend won’t get her mood.
“Why are you asking her to go??? Ask lucky to come here” Swara says. See, she has not forgotten about their friendship.
“They want to spend some time alone. Every couple should” Sanskar tries to make swara understand but through his eyes he is gesturing Ragini to that Laksh and Ragini don’t want to spend time alone. IT IS SWARA AND SANSKAR!
“Shona… I will be back in few minutes” Ragini says and runs off! If she has stayed then Swara would have asked for reason.
‘I tried to spend time with everyone but Laksh and Ragini are so busy with each other. And who am I to complain about the alone time with Sanskar’ Swara sends her message to god, presenting her justification so that she won’t feel guilty.
Sanskar holds her from behind, molding her body in his arms. “You don’t want to spend time with me?” Sanskar asks in a teasing tone.
“No! Why would I??? You make fun of me! You order me around as if I am a kid” Swara says in a fake upset tone. Sanskar smiles and turns her so that they are facing each other. I never make fun of you, I just joke sometimes.
“Liar, you were making fun of my cooking!” Sanskar shakes his head at her. “If you keep doing this then I will never cook for you”
“Really?” Sanskar asks, acting happy since he would not have to eat food made by her but composes himself when Swara slaps him on his forearm. “I will cook for you everyday!” Sanskar promises, making Swara blush. She loves it that he doesn’t even think about future without her. His every words, long term commitments all make her giddy.
“And what about considering me a little girl?”
“Trust me I really don’t think of you as a little girl” Sanskar says making Swara blush at his clear indication.
Sanskar smiles seeing the effect he has on her.
Ragini smiles remembering Sanskar’s desperation to spend time with her twin sister. But then pouts thinking Laksh didn’t do that for her.
She goes in her room lost in her thoughts.
“You are here?” Laksh asks with the same calm smile. She really hates that smile right now. She wants him to get angry on her so that when they will begin to fight she will be able to confess what is troubling her. She will be able to ask, whether Laksh sees any future with him or not.
“Why are you here?” She asks him in a cold tone.
“Come here!” He takes her hand and drags her to balcony.
“What is this water tub is doing here?”
“Its for you to put your feet in it and relax. Now sit here…” He makes her sit on relaxing chair, removes her sleepers and when she tries to stop him he stops her with a shhh “Now put your feet in it. Feeling good???”
Ragini just nods and looks at him with love in her eyes.
“Why are you doing all this??” Ragini asks.
“Actually… uhmmm… you know, you were having mood swings from morning and you looked like… like” Laksh stutters, looking all cute and kid-like. “you are going through that time of ….”
“You thought I am having peri…. I mean you thought I am having that!” Ragini Whisper-yells at him.
“You are not?” Laksh asks, looking like the kid who just came to know that he can’t be superman.
‘You make me so confused? You say marrying me is almost death and then you do things like these. What should I do??? Get angry on you or pinch your cheeks???’ Ragini thinks to ask him about his statement but then thinks against it. She will give him some time to sort out his feelings. It’s not like they are getting old tomorrow. She will let him be and if even after that time he will act the same then she will have to take control and ask him.
“You are right!” Ragini lies to him.
“it was so awkward to say!” Laksh confesses and falls in his own seat. Laksh looks at her looking at him with a genuine smile.
But if he will make her this happy by going through that awkwardness, then he is ready to do it for everyday of his life.
