The show starts with Raghbir and Pragati sharing some playfully intimate moments on the pool Side. Raghbir removes the hair strands from her neck and gifts her a precious necklace. Pragati turns to say thankyou but he places a finger on her lips. He holds her hand, swirling her the other way and holds her head on his chest. Pragati’s saree flare hide their faces. Pragati says he shouldn’t give such happiness which she can’t even handle. Raghbir promises she will see tomorrow, when each moment with be like a dream. They share a close moment together.

Priya comes to tell them Shifali has locked herself in the room. Pragati forces Raghbir to break the door. In the room, Shifali lay on the floor, faint. Raghbir and Priya wanted to bring the family. Pragati tells Raghbir she doesn’t want to break Shifali’s secret. She has problems with Ragav and is disturbed because of him, since then she feels vomiting. She suggests Raghbir to call doctor home, infact Sahas is here already.

Sahas hurries to the room. He observes she had low blood pressure, and it seems diet doesn’t go well. He draws a blood sample and writes a medicine. Priya offers to take care of Shifali. Raghbir takes Pragati to the other room. He was frustrated and shouts why Pragati didn’t share anything with him. Pragati says she is only trying to hold her position right as well. Shifali was afraid of Raghbir’s reaction. She convinced Shifali to try and forget someone like Ragav. She went to feed her whenever she hadn’t eaten. Now, they need to go and speak to her politely. Raghbir understands, and apologizes for getting hyper. There were number of tensions going on in the family, still Pragati did a lot for Shifali. Pragati holds Raghbir’s hand saying Shifali is her sister as well.

The next morning, Raghbir sat with Shifali when she wakes up. She sits up. Sahas brings breakfast for Shifali. Shifali denies eating anything. Raghbir says Raghav won’t like Shifali, anyways. He tells her not to stare at Pragati, she had to tell him because of Shifali’s condition. Sahas says medical reports indicate she is low on calcium, vitamins and many other things. Pragati speaks to Shifali. Shifali tells Pragati that she never shared, but mostly she doesn’t feel hungry but when she eats, she eats till she vomits. Sahas diagnoses it to be syptoms of Bolimia. Pragati convinces Shifali to eat a little, for those who love and care for her. Priya sits to feed Shifali. Raghbir goes to appoint a dietician friend. Sahas finds Raghbir alone in the corridor and asks if he is applying the ointment. Raghbir says its fake like Sahas’s care for him. He goes to make the call.

PRECAP: Raghbir turns their phones off. Kunti was irked that Raghbir broke the promise made with her. Raghbir and Pragati cut the cake in the car.
