Raghbir reaches the blast site. A passerby tells Raghbir that he only called him from Pragati’s number. Raghbir gets shocked hearing that Pragati is still in the car. Raghbir tries to inch closer to the car but his family members hold him back. He shouts Pragati’s name. He manages to pull himself but falls on the ground thereby hurting himself. He notices the fuel tank leaking and also notices Pragati’s anklet nearby. He finds her lying unconscious on the ground and runs to her. Her pulse is very weak. He tries waking her up but in vain. He lifts her in his arms.

Raghbir brings Pragati to hospital. Call the doctors. Receptionist tells him that the doctors are on strike but he shouts at her to call them at any cost. Harshit looks on. You are very stubborn Pragati. You aren’t leaving this world! Receptionist tells Raghbir that no doc is picking her call. There is strike everywhere. Raghbir warns her to call doctor at any cost. She panics because of his tone. Harshit thinks only Yamraj will come today. Dr. Arora comes there but he refuses to check Pragati. Raghbir threatens him that he can do anything. You may have forgotten your Hippocratic Oath but I haven’t forgotten the promises I have made to my wife. You only have 10 seconds to decide or I will kill you! He strangles the doc. Badi Ma tells him to leave the doc. Dr. Arora agrees to check Pragati. They shift an unconscious Pragati to ICU. Raghbir tells Pragati that he is with her. Nothing will happen to you.

Badi Ma tells Raghbir to trust God. Everything will be fine. Everyone waits outside anxiously as doc tries to revive Pragati’s pulse. Raghbir asks nurse if Pragati is fine but she gives a vague reply. Doc is giving shocks to Pragati inside. Harshit tells Raghbir not to worry. Everything will be fine (he thinks everything except Pragati). Devraj also tells Raghbir not to worry. She will be fine. Raghbir peeks inside ICU once and walks away.

Raghbir comes to the temple in hospital. You can do anything just because you are God? Is this how you show your strength? You sent a person in someone’s life, make them their habit, make them dependent on them and then snatch then? You must be enjoying right? I dint believe you but I have started believing you because of the person lying inside ICU yet you are punishing her? Punish me instead. I promised her I will never let anything go wrong with her. What has she done wrong? I have met someone after so long who understands the meaning of love and values every relation. She is an ideal Bhabhi, sister, DIL, a friend to many. She is also a good DIL for the mother who does not like her at all! She became everything but what did you do? You aren’t Sukh-karta but Dukh-karta. You have snatched my happiness. Don’t do this. She is the reason of why so many people live. She is the reason why I live! Please don’t do this.

Doc tells his juniors that this is the last option to save Pragati. We will lose her otherwise.

Raghbir says she taught me how to live again, taught me how to be happy and you put her in ICU. She made me realise that I am alive. Please make her well. She has saved my life many times by risking her life whereas I am unable to do anything for her. She is battling for her life. Please make her well. Badi Ma’s eyes well up. Raghbir kneels down in front of Mata Rani. I have lost Baani already. I cannot lose Pragati now. I don’t have the courage to lose anything after losing Baani. Pragati’s father thinks he loves Pragati so much. Wish she could have seen it, she would have understood that he did not kill her. Do something Mata Rani. They both need each other. Please don’t separate them. Harshit thinks Pragati is bound to die. Even God cannot change that fate.

Nurse comes to tell Raghbir about Pragati. He runs towards ICU followed by his family members. Doc tells them that they succeeded in their attempts and Pragati is fine now. Pragati’s father is relieved. Harshit is miffed. My plan was perfect. How did she survive then?

Raghbir sits next to Pragati. He is hesitant to touch her but then caresses her head. All family members come in as well. Doc says we lost hope once but it was a miracle as her heart beat returned suddenly. Raghbir thanks doc with folded hands. Doc tells him not to worry. I understand. I cannot comment about her state as of now. It will be good if she gains conscious by tonight but anything can happen if she does not wake up by tomorrow. Nurse tells everyone to wait outside. Only one of you can stay inside. Badi Ma says Raghbir will stay here. Pragati’s father offers to stay inside instead. Raghbir apologizes to him. I shouldn’t have let her go out alone. Pragati’s father tells him not to blame himself. It wasn’t your fault. Raghbir requests him to let him stay with Pragati. Everyone leaves. Kaisa Ye Ishq Hai plays as Raghbir sits down again. He clasps her hand. You give me a lot of strength every time. Have you saved something for yourself or not? Please don’t die. He cries holding her hand.

Flashback shows Raghbir taking care of Baani when she had fallen ill once. He tells her that her heart beat is very low. She tells him that it is because of his pale face. I fall ill but your condition worsens instead. He replies that he gets hurt whenever she is hurt. Flashback ends.

Raghbir wonders what’s happening to him. Heer Na Jaane track plays. He thinks of all the past moments with Pragati. He realises that he feels something similar for Pragati that he had felt for Baani. Badi Ma tells him to rest. I will stay with Pragati. He refuses to leave her side. She assures him that nothing will happen to her. I don’t know why she had to leave so late at night. Nakul shares that he saw Ma taunting Bhabhi. I couldn’t do anything. I am really sorry. I could have fixed her mood if I had spoken to her. This is my fault! Raghbir tells him it isn’t his fault. Badi Ma tries to stop him but he says I know who is responsible for her condition.

Precap: Raghbir tells Aditi that if anything happens to Pragati then history will witness how a step son became the biggest enemy of his step mother.
