It hs been 2 months I m back from Mumbai nd everything is the same … I got my family my mother nd sis my frnds nd my love back …. Mahi also got married nd today is our princess kiaras birthday… Nd we have planned a surprise…

Everyone was preparing for the bday party … Kunj was looking for the decoration nd other arrangement nd twinkle was looking for the snacks for serving when she felt dizzy… But she composed herself… This went 2.. 3 times when she suddenly she ran 8nto bathroom … This was noticed by kunj nd he too went to her… Twinkle came out after sometime nd kunj made her sit nd gave her water to drink nd they again started doing the preparation…. All things were set for the party….
Everyone came down all ready when the spotlight went nd kiata came in a pink gown like an angel along with twinj…. All the guest have arrived they wissed her when again twinkle felt dizzy but composed herself.. She doesn’t know what was happening to her… Soon they cut the cake nd kiata fed every family members nd all gave her gifts…. Later they danced and enjoyed when twinkle fell down due to dizzyness nd everyone was shocked.. kunj took her to roomnd called doctor…
Doctor came nd checked twinkle nd went out.. Kunj was very tensed nd as soon as doc came out he questioned her with several question about twinkles health when the doc said…. Congratulations mr sarna u r going to be a father soon….. Kunj was very happy listening this everyone congratulated him nd went to meet twinkle… Bebe told twinkle abt the good news nd everyone left leaving twinj alone.. Kunj held twinkles hand nd said thank u twinkle for giving me this gift.. I promise I will give all the love nd care which u lack during kiaras time nd will live this phase of live together… Kiara came nd hugged twinj nd started clapping her hand saying yeh.. I m gonna get a small brother. She kissed twinkle nd her tummy nd said come soon baby didu is waiting… Nd they trio had a family time….
