Scene 1
One servant comes for interview. Roopa asks if she knows to make tea? she says you make me learn it so I will do it, I am a fresher. Another servant comes for interview. Servant asks how many rooms? Dada says 6, she asks if they have hifi? Dada says no? She asks if they had servants before? Roopa says no. Servant says I dont work with freshers and leaves.
Roopa comes to mandir and prays to get a servant for a house. Laddo’s ghost says she is praying for a bai. Three women enter house, one woman says I am Kamini, these are my daughters Pinky and Chinki, we are here to be servants, we will handle all work. Lata says why they want to work? Kamini says our old family shifted to US so they left us so we are working for new house, she shows them papers and says they gave us certificate
In evening, Roopa is going to make tea but Kamini and her daughters have already made tea and going to serve all, they give tea to Roopa who is impressed.
Prem asks Lata to make tea. Kamini brings tea and serves them. Lata says someone served me tea for first time in life.
Shalini and Jitendra are happy to get tea too. Kamini asks Roopa what they have to make for evening snacks? Roopa says something light, Kamini says we can make upma, sambhar, anything, Roopa says make what you want, Kamini leave. Laddo’s ghost says you people got nice working people. Roopa says I am so happy.
Roopa sees Pinky working fast in kitchen and is impressed.
Lata and Shalini gathers clothes for washing, Lata says we will make them wash already washed clothes too. Prem says they will runaway if you make them do so much work. Kamini comes there and says only so less clothes? she says give me already washed clothes, no worries, we will wash them again. Lata is impressed.
Kamini paints Suzzi’s nails. Suzzi says you did very nice work. Dada asks Kamini if she knows how to apply mehndi? she says yes. Dada asks who much she will take for nail paint? Kamini says we do it for free, its our work. Dada says wow.
Chinky plays song and start dancing while mopping. Jitendra and Prem starts dancing with her. Laddo’s ghost comes there and sees them dancing, he starts dancing too. Dada comes there and sees all that. He glares at them. Jitendra stops music. Dada plays it again and starts dancing. Jitendra and Naren brings him in centre and dances with him. Lata, Shalini, Suzzi sees them all dancing and enjoying.
Scene 2
Kamini serves many food varieties in dinner. All are happy. Lata says we are so happy, why we didnt hire servants before? Kamini says no worries, they serve them. Roopa says I will serve family. Pinky says no you sit, we will serve everyone. All family members enjoyg food, Dada says it was so tasty. Roopa is tensed.
Roopa comes to her room. Laddo’s ghost says you are in heaven these days, you dont have to work at all, no tension of home work now, you must be happy. Roopa says servants are doing all work, I dont have to think about working for family, they dont need me anymore. Lata passesby and sees her talking to herself. Roopa says I am happy but I feel like they dont need me anymore. Lata looks on. Lata says Roopa are you talking to Laddo’s photo? Roopa says yes. Lata says I know servants are doing all work but they can never take your place, dont think we dont need you, you are our daughter and we need you, your mother me needs you everytime, Roopa smiles. Lata leaves. Laddo’s ghost asks if she is satisfied now? Roopa nods and goes to sleep. Laddo’s ghost goes to cupboard and says they cleaned its roof too unlike you, Roopa says my hand used to not reach there, Laddo’s ghost says your hand made me reach to other world but cant reach here?
In morning, Roopa gives aarti to everyone. Lata offers parsad to Dada, Dada says Kamini have already given parsad to everyone, she goes to mandir first thing in morning. Lata looks on. Lata asks Prem if he wants parsad? he says I ate it but I will again, she says no need. Roopa sees Lata sad and says give me parsad.
PRECAP- Door bell rings, nobody goes to check it. Prem says servants will open door, we dont have to work. Kamini opens door and takes laundry bill, she shows it to Dada, Dada says take money from my purse and pay it. Kamini says okay. Roopa, Lata and Laddo’s ghost looks on.
Roopa says to Lata that servants will break our house like this, you want servants still in house? Lata says no I want them gone. Laddo’s ghost gives an idea to Roopa.
Roopa tells women of house that she has an idea. She makes Lata give off to servants on Sunday so women of house can serve family. All men are sadly sitting for breakfast. Lata gives breakfast to Prem and says its your favorite. Prem says you? Dada grunts.
