Sidhi is about to look at the poster but Sagar comes there and says I had to come here for my sister. Sidhi says you are so angry with Shiva that you didn’t even come to meet Shiva early? Sagar says I was insulted when he raised his hand on me but what happened with Shiva was wrong. Sidhi says you don’t know the Shiva that I know. Bhavin comes there and nods at Sagar. Sagar tells Sidhi that I am with you, nothing will happen to your Shiva. Sidhi says I will get justice for Shiva, every trouble that goes near Shiva will have to face me.
Bhavin comes outside Shiva’s ward and acts like calling someone. He says I have seen that Baja around the hospital. The constable hears that and goes to call his commissioner.
Sidhi tells Sagar that I should go back to Shiva.
Sagar and Sidhi are in the canteen. Sagar says I will go and get water. He gets Bhavin’s message that his path is clear to finish Shiva. The poster blows near Sidhi’s feet. She sees it and is shocked to see it’s Shiva’s prayer meet poster. She gets scared and says no.. she tears it apart and says nothing will happen to Shiva. She runs to check on Shiva.
Sagar comes to Shiva’s room and sees him lying on the bed. He is about to take off his oxygen mask but Sidhi comes there and slaps him hard. Bhavin sees it and runs from there. Sidhi drags Sagar from there.
Bhavin calls Akka Bai and tells her everything, Bai tells Sarkar that your weapon didn’t work, Sagar couldn’t kill Shiva. This is politics and you can’t run it like this, I am a clever player but you don’t learn anything from me. She shows him Sagar’s video which she had made when Sagar confessed that he would kill Shiva. She says I have already sent this video to the inspector so that he wouldn’t turn you in.
Sidhi brings Sagar out of the hospital and says you are so poisoned that you wanted to kill him? Why did you do it? Sagar says I want to free you from this forceful marriage. Sidhi says you didn’t stop it when it was happening but you want to break it off for me? It’s my decision to end this relationship or not. Sagar says you have started enjoying relationship? Sidhi says it doesn’t concern, you have no right to kill him. He is battling death and you are trying to kill him? I can’t forgive you. Think about our father’s upbringing. You have done a sin and I will call the police. Sagar says Akka Bai and Sarkar asked me to kill Shiva. I promise Akka Bai sent me here. Sidhi is stunned. The inspector comes there and says we have a proof against him. He shows him Sagar’s video when he said that he would kill Shiva. Sagar asks Sidhi to save him but she moves back. The inspector takes Sagar away.
Sidhi comes to Shiva’s room and says I don’t understand whom to trust. My brother wanted to kill. I always hated you, called you a goon and so many more things. I had hated you without even knowing the truth, I can’t even ask for forgiveness, I was blinded by hate and couldn’t see the real Shiva. She cries and says please forgive me, you will give me another chance right? Why would you? I have done so many mistakes so I just want your killer to be caught and you to wake up. I will accept any punishment that you give me. She cries and starts to leave but Shiva holds her hand. Sidhi is stunned. Shiva wakes up. Sidhi tries to call the doctor but he grabs her hand and puts it on his heart. Sidhi smiles. Shiva says you talk a lot, enough now. Sidhi smiles. Shiva holds her hand tightly and says Sidhi.. Sidhi says Shiva.. Ishq ki gustakhiyan plays.
