The Episode starts with Aradhna going to HR manager and complaining about Reyansh. She argues and asks her to take action. Reyansh is in a meeting. The HR manager comes and asks what did you do, you had hit the girl on her butt. Reyansh says don’t overreact. She says I know you since college times, I understand you, not everyone understands, you got a slap, your employee had complaint against you. Reyansh says she made a good story and I did a pat, she should have told me she doesn’t like it. He says some girls like gone case guys like you, you go and apologize to her, she is different, she will make you out of your company, if anyone knows about this, you will lose company name and stake. He refuses. The staff girl defends Reyansh. He says he isn’t scared of anyone, he is crazy, not ill-mannered, he is a good journalist, he hates women, but he is such that women love him, he has some old wounds, he doesn’t let it heal, his mind is sharp, you will also love him if you know him. Aradhna says its office. Reyansh goes to her and says sorry. They argue. She says he thinks he is boss so he will get saved. She talks to HR manager. Reyansh says you had an affair, you were married, the woman filed the case on you, tell me, did you love her. She asks where is our boss, he removed my story and took revenge. She goes to Reyansh and scolds him. She sees her news playing on the screen. She takes Muskaan’s interview. Reyansh goes.

Aradha looks on. Muskaan complains about the director who broke her trust. Aradhna’s parents worry for her. He says this had to happen someday, I love her a lot, she has a passion, an old storm will come back.

Its morning, Bhakti asks Aradhna to have food. Aradhna asks Pooja about her BF. Aradhna goes. She comes to office. Dharam calls her and says how are you, someone filed a Me too case on your boss, I heard he will be removed from the company, Khosla will make his puppet sit on his chair, see how the takeover happens, tell me who is the girl, we will ask Khosla to give her a promotion. She says don’t know, bye. Aradhna hears the staff talking. She recalls Reyansh’s words.

HR manager asks why did you decide.
