Barrister Babu 4th October 2021 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com

The Episode starts with Bondita saying the witness will give the statement, the identity will be just known to the judge, no one else. Subodh thinks she has well prepared, I will see her. He says I have to ask something. Bondita says you may ask them later. Subodh asks the girls why did they get late to come, when they are true. Tapur says I didn’t had courage, when Bondita insisted me to say. Subodh says Bondita has forced them to give the statement. He confuses Tapur. Bondita says Subodh is trying to feed his words into my witness. Subodh says when a woman comes to tell about her personal secret, it means its related to her respect, you mean you and Chandrachur had illegitimate relation, Anirudh has helped you. Bondita says I object, its wrong to raise a finger at my witness’s character. Subodh sees Tapur tensed and thinks she is the real witness. He asks what kind of clothes did you wear that night, was your body part seen through that clothes, was your blouse tight, did you want to attract Chandrachur.

Anirudh gets angry. Bondita says I object. Subodh says when Anirudh came there, how did he see you, did you had saree on your body or not, when Anirudh saved you, on which part of your body did Chandrachur keep his hand. Bondita says I object, he is scaring my witness. Subodh says if she has come to say the truth, then she should say it, she didn’t lose her respect, someone lost his life, she can run away, she has to tell us, was there anyone else except Anirudh and Chandrachur, was there any love game going on between Anirudh and her, that Chandrachur had witness. Bondita says you are saying a lie. She asks Tapur to say the truth, she is with her. Tapur says that night….

Subodh says Bondita is trying to pressurize the witness. Judge says your witness will have to answer Subodh. Tapur says Chandrachur was in that room, Anirudh came… Subodh says Anirudh came and saw you with Chandrachur, it means they both fought for you. Tapur says yes. Subodh says it was a fight between two men for one woman, there is nothing like losing respect. Tapur says its not right, Chandrachur… Subodh asks did you love Chandrachur, do you love Anirudh. Bondita says I object. Subodh asks Tapur to say the truth, what relation did she had with Chandrachur, what relation she has with Anirudh. Tapur says I don’t want to say anything, forgive me, I don’t want to tell any truth, its my mistake, I should have not come there. Tapur and the girls run out. Trilochan and all the people come in. Subodh says you gave little bit of courage to your witness, you said you are a storm.

Subodh taunts Bondita. He goes to Anirudh and talks dirty things. Anirudh gets angry and catches his collar. He scolds Subodh. Judge shouts order, order…. Bondita asks Anirudh to stop. Anirudh says I can’t stop, Chandrachur had tried to molest that girl, this man had insulted her, he is a devil, I will kill him. Subodh goes to his table and drinks water. He says I rest my case, my intention was not to insult a woman, but to prove that this man is mad, if he can threaten me in the court, then can’t he kill Chandrachur, his mad stories are famous.

Subodh says you got fake witness, your lie won’t work, truth is Anirudh has killed Chandrachur in his anger. The judge says the last hearing will be on Vijay Dashami day, if Bondita doesn’t get any proof, then the verdict will be given, the court is adjourned till next hearing. Bondita meets Anirudh in the jail. She says I have lost today. He says no, you have prepared well, you are a good barrister, you couldn’t fall low as that barrister, Tapur had fallen weak, don’t force her to come in the court. She asks what will I do then, there is no way to save you. He says there will be some way, I want you to win this case, your win will create history, if you don’t win, then no girl will dare to become a barrister, girls will study and give an answer to the men, you will be their ideal. She says yes, I will find the truth, lie’s Raavan will burn on Vijay Dashami, I promise, I will not stop and lose until I find a proof for your innocence.

At home, Bondita cries and prays for Anirudh. She does the aarti. Somnath comes and says police has given Chandrachur’s belongings. Bondita checks. She recalls Thakumaa’s words. Thakumaa says I will make a new ring for you. Chandrachur says no, this old ring was given to me by Baba, it protects me, I will not remove this. Bondita thinks why didn’t that ring come. She says I will keep this with me. Tupur looks on and thinks Bondita can reach the truth. Bondita thinks is this the clue that will connect the broken link.

Precap: A puja function is going on. A girl is taking food for Chandrachur. Bondita follows her.

    I want to taunt subodh but its a public forum . I won’t taunt him in a bad way . but he is a nice vakil saab . he have distracted tapur in brainy . way. usually in movies the opposite lawyer used to make uncomfortable the s*xual assaulted witness like this.

    Why is Tupur doing this!! Such big big words that my husband’s killer should be dead and all. Why! Anirudh stood up against CC for Tupur’s respect. And this way she repays him! Sometimes I feel she deserves a husband like CC.
    She herself wanted Bondita to marry Anirudh, so that CC can’t get her and her marriage would be kinda safe. And look at her now!

    Bondita should have preparing Tapur for the hearing. She should have told her how the hearing would go, predicted questions that would be probably asked and teach Tapur how to answer the questions.
    She wasn’t raising enough objections. She should have objected for Subodh not to interfere in the cross examination.
    I feel Bondita gave too much of a breathing space to Subodh to make Tapur scared.

    But Subodh knows of CC’s existence. He knows of CC’s misdeeds. How can anyone be so heartless. After taking an oath to always serve justice,he has the guts to side with injustice. He must be debarred.
    Tupur must also be punished for aiding and abetting to commit crime. Without her help, CC’s plans would not have gone through. N’y pense plus à lui Tupur, n’y pense plus à lui 🤦🤦🤦

    He was trying to put all blame on Tapur , and I think there is no difference between Chandrachur and Subodh , both are dirty minded evil , creepy people.

    Tupur is very heartless. She knows very well she can never earn CC’s respect, talk less of his love (which he doesn’t have), yet, she’s wasting her time on that unproductive venture of a man 🤦🤦🤦🤦.
    What will she gain by having Anirudh hanged? She’s must be punished for aiding and abetting to commit crime. She won’t think of finding a solution to her burnt face. She’s busily wasting her time.
    She must listen to “N’y pense plus”, it’s a good advice for her.

    For me Subodh is worse than CC.
    Both are devil but being a lawyer subodh is a so called egoistic monster.
    Just by reading I can’t control my anger don’t know what will do after seeing,😠😠
    How he is blaming Anirudh and Tapur’s relation.
    On haldi day Anirudh promised Bondita that he will save tapur and tupur till his last breath as a brother, then how can tupur be so desparate for his death. Her husband is alive then why she ia doing so 😩😩😩

    I knew it something like that will happen.
    I can’t expect much from subodh.
    He knew that Bondita has prepared well for the case and there is no doubt she will win surely and he has to lose over her so he used his last weapon to harass the witness. He knew that not everwoman is as strong as Bondita so he cleverly asked this type of question. And his plan worked.

    I don’t blame Subodh for his actions in the court today. Those questions were inevitable. He’s been a lawyer for 15years and also a public prosecutor, so is very much aware of how to cross examine witnesses of his opponent to bring the case in his favor.
    Bondita came to the court very much unprepared.
    You realize that Subodh’s objections are backed with reasons, “I object this” , “I object that” blah blah blah.
    But Bondita was only saying, “I object”. “I object what?”.
    She’s very much aware that Anirudh was charged with murder and here you came to present a witness of an assault. Was he charged with assault😤😤😤? I was expecting she would have made it a self defense case, but nooooooo….. (Maybe later she will if she finds CC alive, I pray). Had CC been the one prosecuted,then she can present Tapur as a strong witness to vindicate Anirudh.
    You are going to face a 15 year old experienced Barrister and also a public prosecutor and you are letting your guard down🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦.
    Bondita should not spare any chance. She’s been presented with a good evidence by the police,
    i.e. the absence of CC’s ring, meaning it’s with him. So now Bondita go find that blo*dy devil and drag him to the court. This is the only evidence that can free Anirudh without having to argue or rebut.
    After that you can file a case of s*xual harassment and present Tapur as a witness. And even that, Tapur’s saree would be needed as evidence. Coz if he forcefully touched her, then her saree would have been torn in the process. I wonder why Tapur has to even burn the saree🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦.
    Bondita I know you are a tigress, pls save Anirudh soon, I can’t bare the sight of that handcuffs on his wrists anymore. It kills my mood to see Anirudh in such a state. Take Kali ma’s avatar, become BONKALI and destroy all evil.

    I think Tupur is angry due to the circumstances in which she got married. She has not forgiven Bondita for her parents’ death, in her mind, she is blaming Bondita for everything, but most of all she is jealous of Bondita. She wants her to rot in hell and she doesn’t care she’s killing Anirudh. She has no principles. We saw how she was happy when Bondita was becoming a sanyasi. I have a feeling Tupur will extract some kind of promise from Bondita in exchange of CC for she will never want Bondita to be happy with her husband if she herself isn’t.

    I think Tupur hates Bondita and has not forgiven her for running away and she sat in her place in wedding. She’s holding Bondita responsible as she lost everything. She’s also jealous of Bondita especially as CC is obsessed with her. Tupur will go to any extent to ruin Bondita’s life, will not rest till Bondita is destroyed. I have a feeling she will extract some sort of promise that Bondita will remove herself from Anitudh’s life if he is saved. She will not let Bondita live with husband if she cannot with CC.     That idiot barrister can’t talk to a girl like that. In earlier days girls were very naive and they did things that society accepts! So I felt bad for tapur as I can understand her pain . How she would have felt ?
    I want that subodh ‘s pride to be crushed by our bon!

    Tapur has get nervous hearing this and she leaves From there she had made courage to come court but subodh ask that type of question so she get scared.
    This subodh is such a cheap and disgusting how can she ask such question From a victim this the problem of society even today also they only blame victim but our show May change mentality of such people.
    Tupur knows that cc is alive but still she is not telling to anyone and she wants ani to get hanged how could she when Ani was taken a stand when cc has slap her. Now bondita get the clue through ring and she should find out about cc existence and then drag cc into court then only ani will get saved.

    And in today’s episode, like priscilla sis, i too felt that bondita must have made tapur emotionally strong to face such kind of questions and yeah she knows well about the character of subodh and wat kind of questions will he ask. Subodh is soo low minded that despite of knowing the truth, he stoops sooo low to ask such questions to a women just to satisfy his ego that he is never defeated and shouldn’t be defeated by a women barrister, shame on him. Atleast tapur came to court, now for sure proving cc’s existence is the only way to prove anirudh innocent without involving tapur. So tupur know the whole truth that he tried to molest tapur, even then she is helping cc how can be like this? She is soo selfish, more than selfish, its apt to say that she is dumb to understand people around her and whom to support, who is right and who is not. I just want a change in tupur to a positive one, atleast the one who stands up for her own family(tapur) even if she continues to be selfish

    dharshini sis, they say golu or navarathri as durga pooja, and i guess they celebrate saraswathi as well as ayudha pooja but have some other name i guess

      oops confusions, confusions, let me say wat is in tn
      we celebrate golu or navarathri on 6th by keeping dolls of gods and adding new dolls every year, inviting neighbours and giving them kumkum, glass bangles, prasad and some offerings
      then for 3 days we continuously have saraswati pooja (we keep our books near god at that day and do pooja for it too) to pray for good education, on ayudha pooja, we keep all weapons of iron, vehicles with sandalwood and kumkum and pray them
      what happens in north sis can anyone explain?

    Then on 20th october its laxmi puja…
    Then on 4th november its diwali/kali puja

    @Versi sis… We celebrate navaratri… Continue 9 days that starts after mahalaya… And in dashmi its visarjan.
    .
    Then in purnima (full moon) we worship goddess laxmi (its celebrated only on West Bengal, Bihar, jharkhand, odisa, assam)
    .
    Then in next amavasya we celebrate maa kali puja as diwali… its specially celebrated on West Bengal.. Other states celebrate it as laxmi puja but they too call diwali.
    Diwali means festival of lights…So we all call it diwali.
    Due to dark night bengalis lighten their houses on kali puja as as Goddess laxmi likes light in house so all lighten their house. So diwali is for everyone.

    Saraswati puja is as same as you said but we celebrate it only one day on basant panchami. Mostly in February but sometimes end of January or starting of March.
