Barrister Babu 17th August 2021 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
The Episode starts with Bondita apologizing to Sumati. She says you were right, much has changed in 8 years, I don’t want to be here, come with me. She takes Sumati. Anirudh looks on and cries. Bondita brings Sumati home. Thakumaa asks what happened. Bondita says she is getting a prize for my reward, celebrate that you have won, we got saved from your enemies and came back alive. Thakumaa taunts her. She asks Tapur to apply haldi lep to Sumati. She says I understand your sorrow and anger, we did what we could, Chandrachur was ready to marry you on Trilochan’s condition. Bondita asks what, amazing, now this was going to happen with me in enmity, it means not just my faith broke, not also my principles, if I lost in my fight, how would I get justice for other women, I would have become an example of a bad custom, it would be better to die. Chandrachur comes and says don’t talk of dying, I love, we all love you, its enough, don’t go to Anirudh or Tulsipur again. Bondita says yes, I will never go that way now, because I understood that my world changed in these 8 years, Tulsipur’s doors are shut forever for me.
Anirudh comes home and recalls Bondita’s words. Trilochan asks him to go away, if villagers know that he had let Bondita go away, then they will get angry. Anirudh asks how long will I run, I will face myself, I will admit the truth that we did wrong with Bondita, we all are responsible for it. He sees Somnath and scolds him. He says doctor’s duty is to save people’s life, you had become Bondita’s enemy, I hate seeing you. He says and you Sampoorna Maa, you had a relation with Bondita since childhood, how did you think that she can use Binoy, you also kept the relation of enmity. He asks Trilochan what did you do, you did wrong with her, she respected you a lot. Trilochan says I wish I could explain you. Anirudh asks how did Sumati get hurt in Bondita’s rituals, we had tortured Bondita once again, why, I didn’t wish to see her face because of the enmity, today I can’t meet her eyes because of the embarrassment, she wanted to save girls from bad customs, but what did we do, we had made her fall prey to the bad customs, we broke all her dreams in a moment, sorry to tell this to you all, I m the biggest culprit.
Trilochan says control your feelings, villagers are coming, don’t say a word, you can’t fall weak in front of them. The villagers come and say amazing, you have kept your word, Anirudh has punished Bondita well. Anirudh shouts stop praising me. Trilochan says Anirudh….
Anirudh says there won’t be any enmity now, we have fallen much in enmity, a girl was getting forced to become mute, we were celebrating here, Bondita went to Krishnanagar, not Kashi, she showed me the mirror. The men argue with him and get angry. Anirudh shouts Bondita wasn’t a spy, she didn’t come here as an enemy. Trilochan asks how can you do this, we have proof that she did wrong, do you have any proof that she is innocent. Anirudh says I don’t have any proof, but her eyes are the proof, her eyes say the truth. Bihari gets a man and says he is the proof. He scolds the man. The man says I was Chandrachur’s spy. Sampoorna recalls the servant. He says I had attacked Binoy that day, I had kept the door open, Bondita fought us and took Binoy, we changed the direction board and sent her to the competition ground. Sampoorna says I slapped her and called her a spy, she was saving my husband, I m sorry Bondita….
She cries and apologizes to Anirudh. Anirudh says we should apologize to Bondita, she came here to spread love, we kept enmity. Bondita says Maa, you will be fine, don’t worry. Thakumaa asks her not to worry. She gives the medicine. She says if she gets well tonight, then there is nothing to worry, else… Bondita says I won’t let anything happen to her. Sumati says I don’t have to go anywhere. Bondita asks why, we will go to the hospital. Sumati says you didn’t listen to me, why shall I listen to you, I won’t go. She falls asleep. Bondita goes to pray for Sumati. Anirudh says she came here for friendship, we misunderstood her, I always felt that Bondita is true, but I also got blind in enmity, I saw her getting punished, she didn’t call me baristra babu today, she called me barrister babu.
He says I was keeping enmity, but today I will accept my mistake, I did wrong with her, I should get punished for this crime. Trilochan says wow, I m seeing you defend Bondita after many years, you proved that Bondita is innocent, how shall I believe that this gardener is saying the truth, Bondita is our enemy’s daughter, we lost puja rights because of her. Anirudh says no, I have lost the rights of doing justice, I was wrong to choose the path of enmity, how long will we have hatred, we will end this enmity. Trilochan says you got blind, you had made me upset today, I didn’t expect this from you, Krishnanagar people will always be our enemy, this enmity will run forever. Anirudh says it will change, because enmity increases enmity, love increases love, we had kept enmity for long, we didn’t keep peace, we will love and see, maybe we find peace. He leaves.
Trilochan thinks I knew Anirudh loves Bondita, its a sign of danger that he is speaking it out. Bondita wakes up Sumati. Sumati says you love Anirudh, right. Bondita recalls him. She says I will never meet Anirudh now. Bondita asks her to have milk. Sumati says you are seeing my wound, I m seeing your wound, my wounds will heal some day, I m worried for your wound. Bondita says I don’t care for it now. Sumati says I do care. Bondita asks her to take rest. Sumati says I was hurt seeing you in trouble, you aren’t fine, I will always have this fear, I know love’s other name is madness, person does everything in love, you swear on your love, tell me, you will not keep any relation with Anirudh.
Precap: Anirudh gets wet in rain and says he has fallen in love. He recalls the good time that he spent with Bondita when she came as Vaijanti. He is very happy. He says, Bondita, I have fallen in love with you and I will tell you this right now. He calls her. She picks up and smiles. He says, I want a chance to rectify my mistake and I want to tell you that I…

Kind of episode I had been wanting to watch since a long time
It’s not exactly Kaka’s ‘hatered’, though it is his selfish concern for his own family. He has seen what happened the last time Anirudh tried to mend relations with Das family for Bondita’s sake, and he doesn’t want the history to repeat itself. He sees Bondita as the root cause of the enemity and its consequences suffered by the Roy Chowdhury family. His feelings which are somewhat justified when we see things from where he stands- as the head of an influential family who saw their legacy crumble and found themselves always living under the shadow of danger, and haunted by their past for the last eight years. He doesn’t want anymore harm coming to his family. However in his bid to protect his family at any cost he has become selfish by forgetting Little Bondita and her love and sacrifices for the Roy Chowdhury family. Sorry for giving such an extensive argument in his defence 😅 but I feel as audience we should try to understand each character’s motivations.
@F I agree to your every word but let’s hope Kaka gets to know Bondita’s Innocence super soon. I think even after knowing the truth, he may never agree to accept Bondita. He’s blinded by the enemity!

I think the makers are trying to play with fans emotions. It’s not good to do this. Why the makers doesn’t want to put and end to this nonsense enmity. If things comes up again and again like this it’s better to end up watching barrister Babu. Kaka disheartened us for sure..but somehow he is not completely wrong though..as TP has been betrayed several times before..but I’m really very happy to see our old Ani back….One more thing I’ve observed that Bondita forgives easily if someone hurts her but she does not tolerate anyone hurting her loved ones.. Sumati was about to lose her daughter forever. Her daughter was going to be made a sanyasini. In the past, her daughter was separated from her at the age of eight. She was going to be burnt alive, but was thankfully saved by Anirudh. And Sumati isn’t ungrateful. She always expressed her gratitude to Anirudh. When he asked her to act Coldly towards Bondita to bring her to the right path she agreed even though it pained her . She let bondita go to London on the saying of Anirudh because she believed him. All her life, she lived in the fear of losing her daughter. Now, after eight whole years when her daughter finally returned to her, her life was threatened. Her daughter was hurt repeatedly by Anirudh. Why wouldn’t she ensure her daughter’s safety ?? Sumati has been utterly stupid time and again but I believe this is one of the most intelligent decisions she has ever made.
More than because of Ani, Bon got hurt because of herself. She depended wholly on Ani without standing up for herself.

I really hope that the don’t make Bondita too forgiving. I hope Anirudh goes through the same pain as Bondi. No hate for him though, I love both of them. I think sometimes these serials potray women as too innocent and dumb. They are portrayed as easily persuable. And I really hate that. And by the way I am really angry for the leap. I know everyone has already told this but please listen to my point of view. Bondita was only 11 when she was sent to London right ?? So she spent her real childhood, all the real hard years all alone in a foreign country. I don’t really believe anyone would ever leave a young child of 11 live all alone without family and gaurdians. It would be acceptable if she was 14 or 15. But 11 is too young and practically speaking, Anirudh provided Bondita with real guidance and support for at the most one year and then he totally emotionally cut off her from his life, never exchanged letters with her and monetarily supported her till her graduation. That doesn’t sound like the real story line. Anyways I guess I should just shut up because well, it isn’t my show and they can do what they like .
well….yeah she lI’ve done without family….but she had a very good guardian there….or how else she would have grown this good and this wise…….just think the pre leap episode. …..in that ani told he is leaving her to a guardian. …..I accept a childhood without our family is haRd to experience ….but ani was not so stone hearted to leave bon without a guardian and as for bondhi she is an extrovert and easily approachable so she binds well In any kinda environment.
Bon got married at age of 8..then at the age of 11..bed wetting track,studying track,HM track and Saudamini’s truth exposure..Greenwood track took place..then at the age of 12(perhaps)..she began getting periods as few months later..she had her Final exams..then at the age of 13..Bon developed teenage crush for Ani and also, TRC wanted to celebrate Anidita’s wedding anniversary ..and then Mano Track took place..as she again topped her Final exams..so few days later..she must have turned 14 during TM track..and then Ani sent her to London.. So, probably she had been mentored by Ani for around 6 yrs..Please correct me guys where I’m wrong..:-D:-D

With all the proof, they will be able to make the villagers of both the villages understand it wasn’t anyone’s fault but Chandrachur’s. Only then will they be able to move on from the enmity.

I wish Bondita will not accept Anirudh and Roy Chowdhury so soon.

Yay! I am so happy Bondita is finally coming back on track and quitting the puppy eyes drama. She is going to focus on her job now and she won’t be marrying Chandrachur, which is a relief.
Anirudh is also changing his ways! I mean, as he should. We had enough of him running away and being all mean and cold. This whole enmity happened in the first place due to a misunderstanding caused by Chandrachur.
The sooner they realize this, the better.
Finally makers justified Bondita’s behaviour and suddenly remembered that she is a barrister too and Sumati once again showed her boldness( in yesterday’s episode, not talking about today) and old, right wrong Bali Bondita is back and old dil ki sun ne vala Ani is back and old, unique, surprises and shocks dene vala BB is also back in form😋😄😄😅

If Anirudh stopped Bondita’s ritual and bought Bondi before panchayat and would have told that Bondita is not spy and he will prove that with evidence, then Bondita would have not said like this and she would have helped Ani and both would have found about the enmity ka asle reason. The current track would not have expanded, now we have to wait for all this and Bon understanding Ani too. No offence for this episode, just said my pov.
