The Episode starts with Bondita saying you are a devil. Chandrachur laughs and says yes, I m a devil, I had planned something different in the sword fighting competition, I had put the chemicals in the gift sent by you to Anirudh, I wanted you to get blamed, I tried to kidnap you but I failed, how could I tolerate that you have become of Anirudh, when I failed to win your heart, I decided to win your body, I came in your room on Kaalratri to win you, you would have become mine but.. She shouts enough, I don’t want to hear anything, its good that Anirudh reached on right time and didn’t let you succeed, you ran to save your life. He says yes, he ran after me, we had a fight, he shot at me, I fell down the cliff, nothing happened to me, I got saved by my man, I didn’t die, I had sent a dead body with my belongings, to show that Anirudh had killed Chandrachur, when he gets the death sentence, then all my wounds will be healed, my soul will get peace. Bondita cries and says I hate you, you are cheating your wife. He asks who, that ugly woman, unlucky Tupur, she is a puppet for me, I have used her to hide from everyone, I will raise her hard and damage her face. Tupur comes there and slaps him. He gets shocked. She says I have come, you got slapped. He raises hand on her. Anirudh comes and holds his hand. Bondita smiles. Thakumaa, Trilochan, family members and their men come. Chandrachur gets shocked. Anirudh says I told you, you shouldn’t raise a hand on any woman, else I will twist your hand. Chandrachur says you… Bondita says he is the judge, that’s the inspector, and the person you thought is the driver, he is the senior inspector.

Chandrachur says so what, they can’t do anything here, we are in Dhaka. She says they can do anything, you will understand this when you know that we aren’t in Dhaka, we are in Bengal’s Ranigunj, this market is given the Dhaka look. He asks how can this happen. Anirudh says a trap was laid to bring out your game, you know who did this, Barrister Bondita Roy Choudhary. Anirudh recalls taking inspector’s permission to talk to Bondita. He asks Bondita why is she worried. She says Chandrachur called me at the club, I will go, I m not imp, its most imp to save your life. He says you have to think ahead of Chandrachur, I trust you, I won’t stop you. He goes. She meets the judge and says its about a life. Judge says if anything wrong happens, then enquiry will take place. She says your hands will shake next time if you give a wrong verdict. He says I know about Anirudh’s principles to bring a change in the society, I will go against the rules and give you a chance. She says thanks, command some senior officer to come with me in disguise. He calls the officer. She says I will go and meet Chandrachur, he will try to kidnap me and take me to Dhaka, he will think that I will go to Dhaka with him, we will take him to such a place that he thinks he is in Dhaka, you all will be there already, you can hear the truth from him. FB ends. Chandrachur says you fooled me Bondita. She says yes, Anirudh is proved innocent, and you are standing here as the culprit. She asks Inspector to take him. Judge says the punishment will be decided in the court. Chandrachur tries to run. Tupur says you can’t run away. Tapur says you will be punished in the court. Thakumaa slaps Chandrachur and scolds him. Sampoorna says good has won over evil today on Vijaya Dashami, truth has won, and lie has lost.

The court case starts. Subodh looks on. Bondita says judge and all the witnesses have heard Chandrachur’s confession, I request the judge to severely punish him. Subodh says wait, I m also here in the court, you have made a good story, Chandrachur is a villain, and Bondita is the heroine, I didn’t see that you aren’t just a woman, but a wife also, you have defeated a devil like Chandrachur, you proved every man who has a thinking like me, I was wrong, I understood that men and women can equally carry the weight of the black coat. The reporter asks do you accept that you have lost. Subodh says I didn’t lose, I got awakened, print it in the newspaper that I have apologized to Bondita, I accept my defeat. Everyone claps for Bondita. Subodh says I praise Anirudh who gave a brave barrister like Bondita to our country. Everyone claps.

Judge says this court regards Chandrachur guilty, and punishes him a ten year imprisonment, and set Anirudh free, regarding him innocent. Trilochan and everyone smile. Anirudh’s handcuffs get off. He goes to Bondita. She forwards her shoulder. He pats it and says bravo Bondita, I m proud of you. Rishta tera mera….plays… Anirudh and Bondita come home. Trilochan stops them at the door. He ties their gathbandhan. Sampoorna does their aarti. Trilochan asks them to come in. Rishta tera mera….plays.. Bondita says Tupur, it was not your mistake. Tupur says you can forgive me, I can’t forgive myself. Thakumaa says its my mistake to teach you to worship your husband, Anirudh gave the right teachings to Bondita. She asks Anirudh and Bondita to try their best, no Thakumaa makes any more Tupur now. Sumati blesses them. She asks Bondita to write letters to her. Bondita asks are you going. Sumati says Thakumaa and I had a mannat for Anirudh, we are going to tirat to fulfill it. Thakumaa says Tapur and Tupur are Anirudh’s responsibility. Bondita hugs Sumati. Sampoorna asks everyone to get ready and come, they have to remove the gathbandhan and also celebrate Vijay dashami. Tapur thanks Anirudh. She says you got ready to die to save my dignity. He says I not imp than a woman’s dignity, a woman shouldn’t blame herself but raise her voice against injustice. Thakumaa says I m proud of you both, you didn’t let Tapur’s name come out and saved her from defamation. Bondita smiles.

Precap: Batuk Roy Choudhary promo. Bondita and Anirudh are excited for Batuk’s return. Batuk, however, has hatred for Bondita and plans to return to spoil her life.

    But why only 10 years punishment? Anirudh was getting death sentence for his crime (fake one) and CC does so many crimes…. Still 🤔🤔🤔

      This ending of CC is like a cliffhanger. I wonder if they’re saving him for later. The scenes are feeling rushed. One thing with the rise in TRP last year, agree that it was because fan base is split now between choti and adult Bondita, but they gave so many emotional scenes and expressions for Aura and Pravisht, there was a balance between emotional and action scenes, but not so many for Anchal and Pravisht regarding death sentence. The Sanyasi and elopement tracks were nicely done but this prison track is disconnected in parts. Guess they were using Pravisht to film Batuk scenes.
      Also another thing regarding Hira Mandi track– normally in ITV only women have to prove themselves innocent and fight for their husband, but for the first time, a husband was fighting for wife’s honor. I hope the makers will keep it crisp between adult Bondita and Anirudh like the younger days, granted she is grown up and can speak for herself. But it will be nice if they can be shown needing one another and complementing each other’s personality instead of each being self reliant. What do you think?

      I know that it seems as if she’s self reliant and confident because she’s educated in London. But in those days, even British women had to fight hard for higher education. They were also considered wives and women first and human beings later. The fact that Bondita was shown as only barrister graduating in a group of men says a lot. That must have come with many challenges and caused her anxiety. That isn’t shown or mentioned. She is too perfect.

    also i was inactive on social media and today i got to know that pravisht will be playing both ARC and BRC,
    So here i would like to post my pov too… so sorry as i am extremely late btw.
    well when i first watched the promo i was quite shocked, and to be honest, i was shocked in a bit negative or u can say unexpected way.
    i never imagined that pravi will be playing batuk, never ever in my wildest of dreams as well !!!!!
    but i have always wished to see pravi ruling our hearts by doing a grey or negative character as well.
    but in some other show, not in bb 🙁
    it genuinely took me some time to accept this promo of barrister babu.. as this is completely someing unexpected, right??
    but as i am watching the promo again and again i think that there might be some very genuine and serious reason that makers have chosen this thing of double role by pravi. there must be something that they might be trying to make us witness. and i am ALL READY for that to be a part of.
    also i must really admire pravi here for showcasing his mind boggling + phenomenal performance in this grey character of BRC.
    those mere 20 secs of the promo compelled my heart and mind to hate Batuk just like Bhavya had made me so excellently hate the character of CC.
    these boys are the real GEM.
    also, my naughty girl inside me saying, see, Pravi looks so hot !! 😛
    i was really very mesmerised by Batuk’s looks but my dil, jaan, saasien, existence all goes to to THE ANIRUDH ROY CHOUDHURY.

      Yes sis… I too was shocked in a negative way. I mean we can atleast assume what is going to happen but it was completely unexpected. I took hours to come out from the shock.
      But at last he is Pravisht… And being his fan I thought it’s my pleasure to explore him in a new way…
      And I know makers will not disappoint us…So there must be something they are planning.
      So I welcomed BRC…
      I agree BRC is hot but ya ARC has my everything.

    Looks like a dream episode, everyone’s pov changed😅…like mindsets of Thakuma, tupur, tapur, subodh changed….And almost everyone’s wish(of cc to be exposed in front of everyone and being slapped by Thakuma and Tupur) got fulfilled😋 well, would be more happy if that girl (who wanted to become barrister like subodh) would have been shown again👩‍⚖️🙃…..anyways, happy that this devil cc wouldn’t be there on my birthday episode🙂

    I’d like to conclude some plot twists:

    1. When tupur talks to bondita and apologizes, it can be seen from trilochan’s expression that he doesn’t like tupur, it looks like he will hate tupur like he hated shampoorna before.
    2. Tapur thanks only in front of anirudh and bondita, that means the only ones who know what happened to tapur are thakuma, anirudh, and bondita. The rest, everyone doesn’t know. When cc explained what happened in the room, bondita shouted said enough. Maybe Bondita doesn’t want CC to continue telling the story so everyone doesn’t know. Thakuma also thanks anirudh and bondita who still maintain the good name of tapur.
    3. There will be closeness between tapur and somnath. If they are close, trilochan will surely bless them both because tapur is also a thakuma family. What if trilochan finds out what happened to tapur. He will not approve tapur and somnath. It’s true what Thakuma said if everyone knew about tapur, then no one would want to marry tapur. Maybe the next track is about blessing without looking at the past.
    3. The arrival of a batuk that will sever Bondita’s wings. We all know bondita wings are her and anirudh’s dream. Something will happen about all the dreams of bondita and anirudh too.

    I made a quick research and came up with the following findings on why TRASHCHUR’s punishment is not satisfactory under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860.
    🟢 Punishment for murder is death or life sentence. CC killed so many people and is given only a 10 years sentence. This is injustice.

    ⚫. Punishment for domestic violence is 3 years imprisonment with a fine.

    🟤. Punishment for s*xual harassment is 3 years with a fine.

    🔴. Punishment for deceit is a 6 months to 10 years sentence, may also be liable to fine.

    🟠. Punishment for attempted kidnapping and abduction by deceit and threat is a 10 years sentence.

    . So I don’t get why he was giving such a small punishment for his many atrocities. At least a death sentence would do.
    Personally, I think he’s case should be reviewed and sentence increased or changed. A 10 years sentence is a peanut compared to the countless crimes he’s commented.

    My findings maybe wrong or incomplete. So I request any Indian law student here or anyone who is knowledgeable about the Indian Penal Code 1860 to help us all out.
    I would really love to learn more about the Indian Penal Code 1860😊😊. Barrister Babu is making me learn a lot.

    yaar why are u thinking hanging is correct punishment for him I think judge made correct decision for cc guys think in this way cc should be in jail for 10 years and he has to his defeat each and every moment in jail cc should lead each and every moment that he could not get bondita. And suffer in jail by chaki pissinggg 🤣🤣🤣🤣 isnt he greeting worst punishment then hanging if he get hanged he will die in minutes but being in jail he will die and pay for sins and pain that he given to everyone’s I known he has no right to liveeeee on earth but my way of thinking is this sry if I heart any one

      At least a life sentence but why such a less sentence. He’s killed a lot in addition to many other crimes and he gets only a 10 years sentence. It’s so unfair compared to Anirudh who was given a death sentence for a murder which was committed unintentionally.

    Everyone is disappointed with 10 year punishment… Including me.
    They gave Anirudh death sentence for killing one person (fake it was) and for CC it’s 10 years only? At least he should have given punishment of lifetime in prison.

    Though every one is disappointed by the Verdict given to Cc. I am also not satisfied with this Verdict but you all are forgetting one thing and i.e the show is based on pre independence era and that time British law was followed so, how the judge gave verdict by using ipc.

    Anirudh was accused for murder and and he himself gave statement that he had killed Cc so the judge gave him the punishment bof death sentence.
    The cc got punishment for only trapping Anirudh for his fake death. Because no one has filed any case on his past crime. And to save tapur’s dignity they also didn’t file any case against him. That’s why the judge gave punishment only for 10 years.
    I might be wrong but it’s my pov.

    So let me say one thing, i will be not commenting further in the comment section but will be active in private chat of tu, this is not because of negativity or doubts i have or something but just because i am just hooked up with my academics, as it was online i left one semester and now i find it difficult to get to old form again.
    Also i have not watched past 20 episodes (have randomly watched some intersting episodes in between). So probably this is my last comment here and i will surely read all your comments and i too will try to comment occasionally.

    Ms Sana, the Indian Penal Code 1860 was passed in the year 1860. It existed before India’s independence on August 15 1947. Thus, making the IPC applicable in this case bcoz, the setting of BB is the pre-independence era.
    And also the punishment for murder (1st degree murder in TRASHCHUR’s case) under common law (British law) is capital punishment i.e. death penalty or a life sentence.
    So per the verdict given by the judge, it’s so unjust considering TRASHCHUR’s many atrocities in comparison to Anirudh who got a death penalty for an unintentional ‘murder’.

    Some random things spinning in my mind…
    1. CC deserves hard slaps from everyone. I expected ani to punch him, when he heard that cc wants to win her body. But….| KSJ you had a stick, you could’ve hit CC with that (kidding).

    2. I thought it was all CC’s plan to frame Ani. But it was not. Ani really shot him. What if CC died on spot?? And how come CC’s men’s were there if it wasn’t his plan? Nd why he was turning lights on/off continuously??

    3. CC played very well, before this no one could ever doubt on him.

    4. Bondita should file a molestation case against cc. First time when Thakur tried to molest bondita even then they hide it. Though this time it was depending on tapur decision, but cc should get punishment for that. Maybe they’ll raise the topic again.

    Or, a scene where bon is coming to hug ani but before she could reach him ksj comes and hugs ani.
    Remember what they did when first time bondita uttered all the alphabets properly?

    Hello Guys my sincere apologises that I was not able to come online and share my points of views I was busy and also could not miss watching my favourites shows on Zee World (Jodha Akbar, Kundali Bhagya and Yeh Teri Galiyan).and in mine own continent time that will be from 7:00pm-9:00pm so and your continent time is 5 hours faster than mine.
