Banni Chow Home Delivery fame Ayush Anand turns vegan; says, “I feel guilt-free and more confident, fit and strong”

Banni Chow Home Delivery actor Ayush Anand recently turned a vegan. Ayush talked about it during a recent interview with BT and shared that he has been contemplating taking this step for the last few years.

He said, “Six months back I came across a video where an animal was being slaughtered and it was a very disturbing one. It was then and there that I decided to not eat meat again in my life. This decision of mine, I feel, has changed my life for good. I feel guilt-free now.”

When asked if switching to a vegetarian diet was difficult, Ayush replied, “Surprisingly I didn’t find it difficult. I realized that I am gifted with strong willpower. I would recommend others to turn vegetarian too. Earlier I could not tell people to turn vegetarian, but now that I have become one I can easily talk to them about it. I definitely can walk the talk now.”

He added, “I feel the same, I eat the same calories, my workout regime is the same and honestly my body is also the same. Earlier there was a sense of guilt but now I feel more confident, fit, and strong inside out,” he concludes.
