Yuvan gets admitted into a hospital for his surgery. Banni fixes moon sticker on his hospital dress. Yuvan asks if she brought Yuvan meethi/sweet kheer. She says doctor advised him not to have anything before surgery. She mimics serving him kheer and cleaning his face and he mimics as enjoying it. They both portray their strong bonding. yuvan is taking to OT while Banni, Devraj, Hemant, and Charmi wait outside OT. News channels pray for Rocking Star contestant Yuvan Singh Rathore’s recovery.
Yuvan’s surgery completes after 12 hours. Doctor informs it was a critical surgery and he would be unconscious and under observation in the ICU for 4 weeks. Banni imagines Yuvan failing to recognize her. She thanks god its just her imagination and prays for his speedy recovery.
After 1 month, Banni excited packs tiffin and tells Devraj that Yuvan would be shifted to normal ward from ICU today and shows her excitement describing how would Yuvan react after recovery. Devraj asks her to hold her emotions. They both with Hemant reach hospital. Banni enters Yuvan’s room and finds him missing. She panics. Nurse asks her to calm down as patient must be somewhere. Banni says Yuvan has fully recovered now. Yuvan visits Gauri Shankar mandir and takes bathe in a lake chanting a mantra. He then joins a religious group and gets into temple. Hemant doesn’t find Yuvan at home and thinks where he must have gone.
Banni says let us search him around the hospital and questions guard showing Yuvan’s photo. Guard says Yuvan asked Gauri Shankar temple’s address. Devraj says Yuvan mother Vandana used to take him to Gauri Shankar temple, it means Yuvan remembers everything. Yuvan helps an old lady and a kid climb temple stairs. He hears a few kids seeking laddus from a man who rudely refuses them. He walks to the man and asks him to give laddus to kids as its god’s prasad. Man warns him not to share unwanted knowledge and closes temple door, hurting a girl’s hand. Yuvan recalls a childhood incident where his female friend’s hand gets injured in a room and he first-aids her girl.
Yuvan climbs temple wall and gets in. He picks laddu basket. Man threatens to leave it and get out of temple. Yuvan gets angry on man. Banni with her tiffins rushes towards temple eager to meet Yuvan. Her kheer tiffin falls down and gets concerned. Yuvan gets a childhood flashback again where he visits temple with his female friend. His female friend passes by.

Yuvan takes his childhood friend Bunty’s name. Banni says its Banni and not Bunty. Yuvan says he said Bunty, who is Banni. Banni stands shattered hearing that.
