Scene 1:
Location: In the city
Bani is still in a state of shock at what she just saw, while rajji and soham are equally bewildered. She is surprised and wonders what is parmeet doing here, when he is in Canada. rajji says that it must have been a misunderstanding, and she must have mistaken it for someone else. Bani says that it was parmeet only, and maybe he didnt want her to know that he was in india, and must be wanting to give her a surprise. She says that she has to rush home, so as not to spoil his surprise. rajji and soham are happy, and yet tensed for an unknown reason. Rajji asks how would she go, as Gagan isnt here, and she doesnt know the bus routes. She offers Soham to go along with bani, to leave her till home. Bani refuses. But rajji insists that he shoudl go and make bani reach home safely, in the taxi, as she has to reach before parmeet. She says that she would take time and reach home herself, and asks soham and bani to get in the taxi. Bani sits eagerly, while soham is insisted by rajji to go along with her. He complies.
After the taxi leaves, rajji struggloes with the shopping, and gets on the city bus, while soham and bani drive comfortable and yet awkwardly in the taxi. Rajji is tensed, while bani is hoping for a pleasnt surprise. A young guy sist beside Rajji, and she grows conscious. soham eyes bani surreptitiously. Rajji reaches the stop, where she gets down with the bags, and spills one on the road. With noone to help her, she gets to it herself. Finally bani and soham reach home.
Scene 2:
Location: Parmeet’s place
Bani comes and asks manpreet where is he, and when she doesnt respond positively,
bani says that she just saw him in the market, and is superjoyed and thinks that he has asked them also not to reveal anything. Bani rushes inside to meet parmeet. Manpreet greest soham and gets him inside. bani comes in the room, expecting parmeet to come out and when he doesnt find him there, she wonders where is he hidden and also thinks if he didnt come home yet. But then deduces that he came home earlier

]bani thinks that he may have planned an even bigger surprise for her. However she is saddenede by an unknown scare. She looks at his photo, and says that she doesnt need any surprise and just wants him, and asks him to come home soon and end this ordeall.
Scene 3:
Location: Soham’s and Parmeet’s place
As rajji comes home tired, buaji isntantly asks her to make four glasses lemonade. When she asks where is soham, rajji wonders what to say, and remembers how bani and he went. Rajji thinks how could she have stopped them. Rajji says that even if she says, buaji wouldnt understand. Buaji gets into a rage, and asks her to state clearly where’s soham. Rajji says that he’s gone to leave an old friend. Buaji reprimands her to talk clearly with her next time. Rajji goes inside. Rajji goes to the kitchen, and wonders where’s soham, and if parmeet has come. rajji finally calls up bani, and finding her upset, she asks if parmeet has come. Bani says that maybe she had a misunderstanding. she tells that soham must be reaching soon, and apologises for her inconvenience. rajji asks her to take care and cancels the phone. Banisees manpreet having kept her food for her, and is tensed.
Rajji is working in the kitchen. Simran comes and says that buaji is right in reprimanding her for leaving soham alone. rajji tells what happened in the city. simran asks why couldnt she have gone, and if not, then she shouldnt have left soham with ban i too. simran reminds her that he’s her husband, and explains her clearly that she went with him, and should have come back like that too. she says that she has to be a good wife along with a good bahu, and that she has some rights too, and she has to start expressing her wish for this. she says that she has to get soham out of bani;’s world, and she would have to make him realise that she’s Soham’s wife. As simran leaves, rajji is tensed.
Rajji comes and sits worrying, while soham too comes worried about bani, and remembering the conversation he had at bani’s in laws’ house. He’s sure that bani must have seen parmeet, and if it was him, then why didnt he come home. He thinks that he would have to find out. rajji senses him upset.
Scene 4:
Location: Soham’s and Parmeet’s place
All of them are very tensed, bani, rajji and soham about the recent turn in their lives. The screen freezes on Bani’s tensed face.
