Neha Marda, who became a household name with her stint in Balika Vadhu is currently enjoying a blissful married life with her husband Ayushmann Agrawal. The actress is juggling between Patna and Mumbai for work and is managing it like a boss.
Neha recently was in for a huge surprise when she found a huge gift waiting for her when she reached home in Patna. Her husband gifted her a Jaguar. Talking about it in an interview with BT, Neha said, “I was very happy, of course very special and overwhelming but wasn’t surprised because the family is very fond of cars. It was a very obvious and easy gift to get into the family. Also for my first birthday after I got married my mom-in-law gifted me a BMW.”
The actress has also developed a liking for cars now, she said, “Lately I have started liking these cars but I am still quite content with a simple car with good mileage. It makes me happy and special but doesn’t motivate me much. I am content with my basics but definitely love the gesture.”
Earlier in an interview with ETimes TV, Neha talked about how she balances her professional and personal life and said, “I always used to wait to meet him. I would always chase him. I go gaga over my husband, I am mad about him. I always chase to meet him. Mujhe humesha aisa lagta hai, ki main unko kaise miloon… I remember when I got married, I got a show called Doli Armaanon Ki and because of it I was in Mumbai and I would travel to Patna for 6-7 days every month to be with him. Ayushmaan also would try to meet me and come here, so the chase to meet each other was always alive. The crux of our relationship is the long distance which is working. I think because the chase is alive, the freshness is alive, we always look forward to meeting. I always request my makers to let them go and meet my husband. But being a daily soap heroine it is difficult. We are working it out.”
