The episode starts with the gangster giving an ultimatum to Jagya to get Pasha in 15 mins and save the patients. Ganga gives strength to other ladies to take care of kids. Jagya searches for Pasha and thinks he might be in the compound. Ganga starts telling the story to the kids. Jagya jumps from the building and searches for Pasha. Finally he sees Pasha and holds him. He asks him to come with him and says if you don’t come then they will kill my patients. Jagya asks, who are those goons? Pasha says they came from other nation insearch of me. Pasha says he was living with some family and they informed me that I was left at their place by some militants. My name is not Pasha and I am an Indian. So I entered India illegally. Pasha says I don’t remember my past but I can’t live in
Jagya asks, what do you mean? Pasha says I will save the patients and the kids. He asks Jagya to engage the goon in his talk and he will save the kids first. Bhairov calls Sumitra and says they are returning from taxi and asks about Jagya and Ganga. Sumitra says I didn’t talk to them. Bhairov says, send someone to check Jagya. Sumitra says I will call Ram singh kaka. Sumitra calls Ram singh kaka. Ram singh picks the call and informs her that some goons entered the hospital with weapon. Sumitra is shocked and informs bhairov. Bhairov asks her to inform basant. And says he will go to the hospital and asks Basant to come there with police.
Goon asks the patients to get ready to be kill. Jagya comes alone. Goon asks about Pasha. Jagya says I searched him but could n’t find and asks him to leave everyone. He asks them to go and search for pasha. He asks his goon to kill the patient. Jagya asks, how can you be so mean? He asks them to leave the patients. Goon asks, where is Pasha.
Jagya tells him that I met him but he refused to come along with me and gives his whereabouts. Goon asks his men to get him. Shiv gets call from his office and he tells Anandi that militants attacked Jaitsar hospital and hostages everyone. Anandi is shocked and calls Sumitra. Sumitra says this is true and cries. Sumitra asks Anandi to tell Shiv. Shiv calls with the police and says I am coming there. Anandi tells her that we are coming to Jaitsar. She says I will inform at home.
Pasha hits the goons outside balwadi and asks Ganga to take the kids out fast. Boss asks the goon to kill the patient. Jagya shouts no. Pasha shoots him and asks the patient to have strength. Boss laughs. Jagya is shocked. Goon asks about Pasha. Pasha peeps and signs yes. Jagya challenges the goon to free him. Goon is shocked and calls his men to kill the other patient. He asks, why the sound didn’t come. Pasha says because I didn’t fire the bullet and says I will fire now to kill you. Police comes to the hospital. Pasha asks the goon to throw the weapon else he will shoot you. Goon asks game have just started and says we have planted bomb in your hospital. He says if Pasha doesn’t surrender to us then no one will be saved. Jagya and Lal singh are shocked. Goon laughs. Pasha surrenders and says I am infront of you and asks him to dismantle the bomb. Police comes and kills the boss of the gang. Pasha tells that he has activated the bomb. Everyone are shocked.

Pasha asks everyone to leave the hospital. Everyone rushes out. Pasha along with police searches for the bomb and gets it. He is about to dismantle the bomb and closes his yes while Jagya and everyone are waiting outside.
