The episode starts with Sidhi informing Reeti that their family bahus will pray in temple before karva chauth pooja. Reeti agrees to accompany her to temple. Moksh hears their conversation and insists to go with them. Reeti agrees to take him. Sidhi asks Moksh to go with Reeti carefully and not trouble her. He agrees.
Reeti and Moksh travel in car. Moksh sees a beggar boy near icecream cart and asks driver to stop car right now. He gets out, crosses road between cars, takes candy from vendor and gives it to beggar boy. He asks boy not to cry like gudiya. Reeti smiles seeing his softer side. Sidhi calls her and asks if they reached temple. Reeti says not yet. Driver informs that Moksh is missing. Reeti starts searching him and finds him in a ground digging. Caretaker asks her who is this mad man. She says he is her husband. Moksh gets schizophrenic and tries to attack he with digger. She falls down on floor and gets very afraid. People catch him on time, throw him into car and asks Reeti not to take this mad man out, else he will harm her.
Rohan while traveling in car sees Megha walking on road and insists her to get into his car. She hesitates. He warns her that he will inform Reeti. She gets in and sits next to him. He starts getting intimate and touches her sensuously. She says her destination came and hurriedly walks out of car. He smirks.
Moksh panics even in car. Reeti brings him home. Sidhi tries to console him. Kadambari gives him injection and he calms down. She then scolds Reeti for taking Moksh alone. Sidhi says she got ill, so did not go with bhabhi. Kadambari scolds even her that their nanad-bhabhi jodi is good. Sidhi asks her to teach Reeti to give injection. Kadambari shouts when she did not give her that right all this years, why will she give it to Reeti. Reeti gets dizzy. Kadambari asks to stop drama and says she will not break fast till 12 midnight.
Precap: Kadambari tells inspector she wants to know what happened with her husband that day. Reeti surprisingly hears her conversation.
