The Episode starts with Vinayak’s health taking a turn for the worse following Nikhil’s shocking revelations. Padma and the family grow increasingly concerned. Revati warns Nikhil to stay away. Bhagyashree and Rishabh arrive, and Rishabh immediately suggests calling a doctor. Seeing Rishabh worsens Vinay’s condition, prompting Sowmya to ask him to leave, but Bhagyashree insists he is there to help. Rishabh takes charge, performing chest compressions on Vinay and instructing the family to take him inside.
Later, Gautham Kapoor collides with Mukul Chadda, who taunts him verbally. Shreyas steps in, reprimanding Chadda for his misbehavior, warns him against troublemaking, and sends him away. Shreyas then receives a call from Revati, informing him to return home. Unaware, he leaves behind a form.
The doctor examines Vinay and commends Rishabh for acting promptly, advising Vinay to meditate and avoid stress as panic attacks could be dangerous. Bhagyashree questions her father about his sudden health scare. Sowmya blames Bhagyashree, claiming it is due to her engagement with Nikhil and her night spent with Rishabh. Revati adds that Nikhil presented close-up photos and twisted Bhagyashree’s office nights to create doubts. Purab urges Rishabh to fire Nikhil for backstabbing.
Bhagyashree clarifies to Vinay that Nikhil’s words were half-truths. She explains that she was in Rishabh’s room due to an allergic reaction, not for illicit reasons, and reveals that Maya tried to defame Rishabh. She uncovers that Nikhil deliberately mixed peanuts in her food to trigger the allergy. Shreyas wants to punish Nikhil, but Bhagyashree says she already did. She confronts Nikhil, asserting she will no longer tolerate his manipulations. Vinay supports her, asking Nikhil to leave his daughter’s life, and Nikhil departs, humiliated.
Vinay admits to Bhagyashree that trusting Nikhil blindly was a mistake. Rishabh prepares to leave, and both Vinay and Bhagyashree thank him. Vinay, however, confesses that he cannot forgive Rishabh for hurting his daughter and breaking her trust. Rishabh, acknowledging his mistakes, accepts his punishment and departs with tears. Karthik stops him, appreciating his financial help and affirming his love for Bhagyashree, hoping it triumphs one day.
Later, Shreyas returns Gautham’s documents, noticing a cheque meant for his foreign studies. Gautham explains it as a loan to support Shreyas’s daughters, and despite initial refusal, Shreyas accepts it.
Meanwhile, Padma and Sowmya encourage Revati to shop for Godbharai items, but Revati tries contacting Purab unsuccessfully. Tracking him to Maruthi Galli, she arrives to find Purab gifting a necklace to Tanya, sparking her fury.
