The Episode starts with Bhagyashree calling Rishabh in a panic, telling him they’ve met with an accident and are heading to the city hospital. Rishabh immediately abandons his meeting to be with her, leaving Purab surprised at how his once work-focused brother is now so distracted.
At the hospital, Bhagyashree brings Nysah in, and the receptionist asks her to fill in the admission form and inform the patient’s family. Spotting a contact saved as “Jaan” in Nysah’s phone, Bhagyashree decides to call it. Meanwhile, Nysah bribes a nurse to lie that she’s critically injured, recalling how she staged her “injuries” with fake blood before Bhagyashree arrived.
Elsewhere, Padma and her family are invited to a pooja. Padma misses Sowmya and calls her, but Sowmya refuses
Back at the hospital, the receptionist can’t reach Nysah’s husband, so Bhagyashree calls herself. Rishabh answers, but due to poor reception, he can’t hear her and hangs up. Suddenly, Bhagyashree faints, and nurses rush her to a room.
Rishabh arrives and asks about the accident. A bribed doctor tells him “his wife” is fighting for her life—Rishabh assumes it’s Bhagyashree. The doctor directs him to Nysah’s room, but overhearing talk of Bhagyashree’s condition, Rishabh rushes to her instead.
Seeing her unconscious, he pours his heart out—admitting he’s tried not to give their relationship a name but can’t deny his feelings. He says his day begins and ends with her, and her sadness brings him pain. Bhagyashree wakes midway, hearing his confession. She teases him, and he’s relieved she’s fine. When asked about the accident, she says she was with Nysah and called her emergency contact “Jaan.”
She compliments Rishabh’s look, learning he quit his job. She reassures him she’ll handle finances. Meanwhile, Nysah fumes when she learns Rishabh never came to her room.
Back home, Purab questions Rishabh’s feelings for Bhagyashree. Rishabh explains she once sold her jewellery for his father’s treatment. Later, Bhagyashree meets Nysah, requesting a permanent job for her assistant. Nysah taunts her about love between people of “equal status,” but Bhagyashree defends Rishabh.
Outside, Bhagyashree spots Sowmya heading for an abortion. Sowmya vents about Karthik selling their house and being unfit to raise a child. Bhagyashree pleads with her not to punish the baby for his mistakes, promising family support and asking her to come home first.
At home, Rishabh tells Purab that Nysah likely created misunderstandings between Bhagyashree and their father. A flashback shows Nysah resenting Rishabh’s closeness to his father.
Precap: Rishabh, disguised as a doctor, teases Bhagyashree about her “unhealthy” heart. Meanwhile, Nysah arrives at Happy Home Apartments, determined to find the “low-class girl” who’s stolen Rishabh’s attention.
