The Episode starts with Nysah telling Bhagyashree she doesn’t believe she’s a thief, but she wants to know how Bhagyashree managed to arrange so much money. Bhagyashree explains that she mortgaged her jewellery and got eighteen lakhs. When Nysah asks why she needed that much, Bhagyashree says it was for Rishabh’s father’s treatment.
Nysah scoffs, saying she should have found another fake husband instead. She reminds Bhagyashree of how practical and unemotional she used to be, unlike now. Bhagyashree insists Rishabh is important to her—he is her husband. Nysah warns her not to say she’s fallen in love with him and tells her not to let anyone take advantage of her. Rishabh tells Purab they will win their company back.
Back with Nysah, she claims she’s Bhagyashree’s role model and wants to teach her something valuable: Rishabh will give her nothing in return. Bhagyashree says she’s always respected Nysah’s business sense, but this time she’s wrong—it’s her life, her decision, and her feelings. Love, she says, just happens.
Annoyed, Nysah calls Taniya to bring sanitizer, then orders her to spray the whole room and even Bhagyashree. Shocked, Bhagyashree listens as Nysah claims she understands her love for Rishabh but chooses to stay “practical.” She then tells Bhagyashree to leave, and Bhagyashree quietly walks away.
At the hospital, Rishabh asks the nurse about his father’s discharge, but she says he’s still under observation. She suggests Rishabh go home, but he refuses. Bhagyashree arrives, saying she came to check on his father. Rishabh tells her she shouldn’t have, but she counters—can’t she worry too? She notices he hasn’t eaten and feeds him idli, telling him not to talk while eating. She adds that her brother has already taken Vinay to the doctor. The moment turns soft as Rishabh watches her and even feeds her back.
Later, while Rishabh steps aside for a call, Bhagyashree tries to enter the room of the patient she donated blood to. He stops her, convincing her to go home. Alone with his father, Rishabh admits he feels like he’s wronging Bhagyashree. His father reminds him she lied in court, but Rishabh says it hurts him to see her hurt. He vows to find out if she knows the truth.
Elsewhere, Nysah asks Taniya to call Bhagyashree. Bhagyashree tells her colleagues that Nysah gave her everything when she had nothing, which is why she’s enduring all this. She takes a call from Rishabh, but Nysah interrupts, sarcastically saying if her “love story” is over, they should leave.
In the car, Bhagyashree tells Nysah to drive slowly, but Nysah brushes off her fear. Moments later, they meet with an accident. Bhagyashree panics seeing Nysah unconscious and calls Rishabh, telling him to come to the city hospital.
