The Episode starts in the emergency ward, where Bhagyashree spots Rishabh with an elderly man. She calls out, and Rishabh steps outside, asking how she found him. She explains that Sunny told her their phones were tracked after the office incident, so she traced the location.
Rishabh then admits his family has a hidden truth — his father was wrongly accused and imprisoned, but will soon be proven innocent. Bhagyashree encourages him, saying his father deserves justice and the best care. Internally, Rishabh thinks she can’t know the full truth. Bhagyashree also realises she must start trusting him completely.
Purab arrives, checking if Rishabh handled everything. Rishabh confirms that Purab’s timely call allowed him to keep Bhagyashree from seeing his father. He asks her to leave, as her parents are waiting, but she insists on staying. Meanwhile, Sowmya tells Padma she’s leaving for her parents’ home because she can’t live with failure. Despite Padma and Karthik’s pleas, she walks away.
A nurse rushes out, saying the patient in bed 33 urgently needs A-positive blood. Bhagyashree immediately volunteers, unaware the patient is Rishabh’s father. Later, the nurse informs Rishabh that she was the donor. Shocked, he remembers that his father’s ten-year imprisonment was due to Bhagyashree’s court testimony.
Rishabh visits his father, Gautham, telling him he was framed and should never have been in jail. He asks who lied in court, and Gautham reveals it was all part of Nysah’s scheme. Furious, Rishabh vows to confront Bhagyashree and make her pay.
After donating blood, Bhagyashree feels dizzy. Rishabh catches her, gives her water, and listens as she says she’s glad she stayed — helping someone in need reminded her of his own words: help others today, and you’ll be helped tomorrow. He agrees silently, torn between resentment and gratitude.
Later, Gautham refuses to eat, but Rishabh assures him he has proof to clear his name. Gautham warns that Nysah is dangerous and will destroy them. Meanwhile, Nysah lands back in India, injuring an airport guard.
Bhagyashree texts Rishabh, saying she misses him and asking about his father. He replies that his father is fine. She hopes everything gets resolved soon. Rishabh and Purab strategise to defeat Nysah in the upcoming hearing.
At home, Padma urges Karthik to eat and promises she and her husband will speak to Sowmya. Shreyas and Karthik argue until Bhagyashree intervenes, reminding them they are family. Padma says Rishabh would have resolved things if he were there, and asks where he is. Bhagyashree replies that he’s with his sick father, then adds she’s heading to Kapoor and Co., who have seized their property. When Bhagyashree enters Kapoor’s cabin, Rishabh hides. Purab sharply asks how she entered without permission.
