The Episode starts with the servant switching on the lights and questioning Nysah about lighting candles despite electricity being available. Irritated, Nysah snaps at him but is soon distracted by the doorbell. She orders him to switch off the lights and open the door. Rishabh walks in and immediately questions why the room is in darkness. Nysah teasingly asks if he didn’t like her setup, but Rishabh replies that he prefers light over darkness.
Flirting, Nysah says she enjoys his taunts and reminds him she has fulfilled her duties as a wife, assuming he came to thank her. To her shock, Rishabh tells her she only made him realize one thing—he wants her to sign the divorce papers. Furious, Nysah refuses, grabbing his collar and demanding to know what Bhagyashree has that she doesn’t.
Meanwhile, Karthik visits a company to find out who secretly funded him. A passerby tells him the boss has just left. Determined, Karthik notes down the car number.
Elsewhere, Sonia and Nitya invite Bhagyashree to join them, but she declines, saying she has important work. Nikhil offers to stay with her, but she refuses. At the same time, Sowmya urges Karthik not to return the investor’s money, but he disagrees. Frustrated, she seeks Tanu’s help.
Later, Rishabh enters the company and finds Bhagyashree still working. She explains she is waiting for Anji’s call, but he tells her to let him handle it. When she asks why he took the blame upon himself, he says he couldn’t let her image be tarnished. Noticing his fever, Bhagyashree insists on calling a doctor, though he resists.
On the other side, Tanu advises Karthik to pamper Sowmya, even teasing him to romance her. She instructs him to lift Sowmya in his arms, but Karthik quickly slips away. Sowmya thanks Tanu, who happily leaves for shopping. Soon after, Karthik spots the same car in his society and is stunned to learn it belongs to the Kapoor family—Rishabh and Purab were the ones who had helped him.
Back at the office, Bhagyashree tends to Rishabh, gently placing a wet cloth on his forehead. Overcome with emotions, she admits she still loves him. As Rishabh, half asleep, holds her hand, she softly kisses his forehead. At that moment, Nikhil walks in and accuses her of lying about her “important work.” Bhagyashree sternly defends herself, reminding him that Rishabh is ill and she is simply taking care of him. When the doctor calls, Nikhil grabs her phone, but she warns him not to cross his limits.
Precap: Nikhil accuses Bhagyashree of trying to become the other woman in Rishabh’s life. She slaps him. Nikhil then tells Vinay that Bhagyashree still loves Rishabh. Shocked, Vinay collapses, clutching his heart, leaving the family in panic.
