The Episode starts with Rishabh running into Bhagyashree’s neighbors, who are instantly smitten by his charm. Curious, they gossip, wondering if he might be Bhagyashree’s former flame since he came to meet her personally.
Rishabh visits Bhagyashree to congratulate her on her promotion. He’s captivated by her beauty and asks where she bought her bangles. Bhagyashree, misreading his interest, assumes he might be gay and casually shares the store name, along with her shampoo brand. After getting her signature on some documents, he agrees to book her a cab before leaving.
At the engagement venue, Bhagyashree arrives feeling torn. She doesn’t want to lie to her father anymore, but she also doesn’t want to hurt him. She meets Meenakshi’s father, who says her parents miss
Overwhelmed, Bhagyashree approaches her father Vinay. As soon as she touches his hand, his cough eases. She hugs him, but Vinay, emotional yet reserved, doesn’t hug her back. Padma, her mother, arrives and warmly embraces her. Bhagyashree’s brother also greets her. Then Padma asks, “Where is your husband?”
Just then, Rishabh enters holding Bhagyashree’s earring. Everyone looks at him curiously. Meenakshi’s father asks who he is. Rishabh calls out Bhagyashree’s name and returns the earring, saying she had told him a lot about her family. Padma lovingly refers to him as their son-in-law and asks him to help Bhagyashree wear the earring.
Cornered, Bhagyashree pulls Rishabh aside and begs him to pretend to be her husband—for her father’s sake. She offers to pay him, explaining her father’s heart condition. Rishabh agrees and plays along smoothly. He wins over the family, calling Vinay “Papa Ji” and complimenting Bhagyashree.
Karthik, Bhagyashree’s brother, introduces himself to Rishabh. Meenakshi and others are impressed by his looks and polite manners. Bhagyashree, however, feels guilty for lying. She decides to tell her mother the truth.
She takes Padma aside, but before she can speak, Padma happily shares that Vinay is feeling better after seeing her with her husband. Just then, a relative asks about Rishabh’s job. Bhagyashree quickly covers up, saying they both work at Tatva Company—she as zonal head, and Rishabh as manager. The relative praises them, and Vinay proudly asks Karthik to seat Rishabh among the elders.
Later, Bhagyashree finds Rishabh sitting alone and warns him not to overact. He casually brushes her off. Padma finds her again, compliments Rishabh, and asks what Bhagyashree wanted to say earlier. Bhagyashree changes the subject and asks about other family members. Rishabh continues charming everyone with his wit and warmth, earning the family’s affection.
