The Episode starts with Vinay discovering that Purab is Rishabh’s brother. He flatly rejects Revati’s alliance. He angrily asks both Purab and Rishabh to leave the house. Bhagyashree immediately confronts Rishabh, accusing him of sending his brother as a pawn to carry out his plans. Revati steps forward, defending her love, and clarifies that it was she who pursued Purab, not the other way around. She explains that although Purab initially resisted, Rishabh eventually convinced him that she and her family were not at fault in his father’s matter and that clinging to the past would only cause more pain.
But Vinay remains unmoved. He sternly forbids Revati from marrying Purab, declaring that their families can never be joined. Revati, however, refuses to back down. With firm resolve, she announces that she will only marry Purab. She even thanks Rishabh for supporting her and reveals a shocking truth—that she was the one who cast the deciding vote in Rishabh’s favor during the society meeting. Her family is stunned by this revelation. Vinay lashes out, accusing her of betrayal, while Rishabh tries to intervene, only to be silenced by Vinay’s anger. Purab stands by Revati, defending his love, but Vinay insists their union is impossible. Revati then delivers a final blow—if her own family won’t accept Purab, then his family will become hers. She pleads with Rishabh to arrange their wedding in full Punjabi style, vowing to marry Purab even if her family disowns her. Clutching Purab tightly, she declares her choice, leaving Vinay shattered as he storms inside.
Later, Bhagyashree confronts Rishabh in private. She accuses him of creating divisions in her family and demands to know why he harbors so much hatred toward her. Rishabh, with quiet intensity, replies that it isn’t hatred—it’s love. At least, he says, Revati has gained the love she wanted.
Meanwhile, back at Rishabh’s place, he questions Purab about his bond with Revati. Purab reassures him that his feelings are genuine, though her father believes everything is part of a grand scheme. Just then, Revati calls, and Purab steps aside to answer. In the meantime, Padma approaches Rishabh and pleads with him not to hurt Bhagyashree again. Rishabh, his voice heavy with emotion, confesses that while he once came back with an ulterior motive, he has since realized the truth—Bhagyashree is innocent. It was his wife, Nysah, who created misunderstandings and tore them apart. He admits his mistakes but insists that his love for Bhagyashree is real and unshakable. Padma believes him but warns that Bhagyashree is deeply wounded and now seeks peace. Rishabh agrees not to force himself on her, yet promises that he will wait as long as it takes, convinced that love will ultimately reunite them.
Elsewhere, Nitya and Sonia gossip about Rishabh in front of Bhagyashree. They dig into his profile and recall how Nysah, after marrying him, snatched away their beauty company. They discover his weakness—claustrophobia—and hatch a plan to use it against him. Bhagyashree refuses to join their scheming, but her friends are determined to teach Rishabh a lesson.
That night, as Rishabh encourages Purab to eat and assures him that Revati’s love will triumph, the power suddenly goes out. While checking the meter, Sonia and Nitya trap him inside and lock the door. Panic overtakes him as his claustrophobia resurfaces. Memories rush back of the time Bhagyashree once saved him in a similar situation. To his shock, he realizes she too has been locked inside with him. Seeing her terrified, he steadies himself and softly assures her that she isn’t alone—he is right there by her side.
Meanwhile, at Bhagyashree’s home, the family worries as her phone remains unreachable. Sunny arrives with a file and overhears a conversation, mistakenly believing that Bhagyashree and Nikhil’s engagement is being discussed. He congratulates Nikhil on the “good news,” leaving the family bewildered. Inside the locked room, Bhagyashree, trembling, tells Rishabh that his presence frightens her more than the darkness.
