At home, the family enjoys time with Purab. Meenakshi’s mother praises Revati and Purab, calling them a perfect couple. In the office, Rishabh assigns Nikhil extra work, sending him away. He then offers Bhagyashree a ride, but she refuses firmly. Later, Bhagyashree breaks down in private, recalling Rishabh’s words about destiny bringing them together no matter what. Though she tries to console herself, she realizes his return has unsettled her more than she admits. Vinay notices her tears, but she denies crying. At that moment, Karthik returns with milk. Curious, Bhagyashree asks about the surprise. Vinay takes her inside, where Revati joyfully introduces Purab as her fiancé. Bhagyashree is stunned—she recognizes him as the brother of the man who once forcefully took over their Chennai home. Karthik confronts him too, but Padma steps in, defending Purab as a good man. When pressed, Purab admits his elder brother has yet to arrive.
The doorbell rings again. This time, Meenakshi opens it to find Rishabh, dressed in traditional South Indian attire, greeting everyone with a respectful “Vanakkam.” The atmosphere immediately turns tense. Vinay, furious, demands he leave and not create more drama. But Rishabh calmly clarifies that they are misunderstanding him—he has only come with an invitation. To everyone’s shock, Purab introduces Rishabh as his elder brother. The revelation stuns the family. Vinay, seething with anger, questions Purab for hiding the truth. Rishabh, unfazed, congratulates Revati and Purab, adding pointedly that Bhagyashree already works in his company, and now Revati will soon become his family’s daughter-in-law. Enraged, Vinay orders Purab to leave at once.
