The episode starts with Bhagyashree wondering who put peanuts in her food. Rishabh asks if she truly believes he would do that knowingly, given her allergy. Hurt, he questions if she hates him so much to think that way. Bhagyashree then asks why he carries the medicine. Rishabh recalls injecting her earlier and explains that he too is allergic to peanuts, so he always keeps medicine handy. He asks her to rest and assures her he will stay outside her room.
Nikhil finds out from a waiter that Bhagyashree has gone out with Rishabh. Upset, he leaves. Purab shows Revati’s photo to Gowtham. Naysa sees them and teases that they’re planning Rishabh and Bhagyashree’s wedding. Soon, Iyer’s family arrives, and Naysa taunts them too, sparking arguments.
At night, Maya enters Rishabh’s room under a false excuse. Since she’s drenched, Rishabh offers her a towel. Maya flirts and tries to seduce him. Rishabh firmly resists, pushes her hand away, and orders her to leave. Maya mocks his disinterest and walks off, but Bhagyashree overhears everything.
Padma then clears the air with Naysa, saying the marriage is not Rishabh and Bhagyashree’s, but Purab and Revati’s. Vinay adds that he tried to explain earlier, but she never listened. Purab asks Naysa to sign divorce papers and leave. Naysa tears them instead, declares she’ll never leave Rishabh, and storms out.
Outside, Maya fumes over Rishabh’s rejection. In anger, she contacts a news channel and falsely accuses Rishabh of molesting her, agreeing to give an interview. Nikhil overhears her plan.
The next morning, Bhagyashree wakes late and rushes to get ready, only to learn from Rishabh that the meeting is already over. He tells her to prepare for their Delhi trip instead.
At the Delhi office, Nikhil informs Bhagyashree about Maya’s interview where she accused Rishabh of molestation. Shocked, Bhagyashree defends him, saying he could never do such a thing. Nikhil mocks her for trusting Rishabh, reminding her of his past.
Maya then takes her false complaint to the HR manager. Rishabh denies it, but without proof, HR asks him to leave.
Later, Bhagyashree confides in her friends, insisting Rishabh is innocent since she was with him all night. She wants to speak up, but Sunny and others warn her against it, saying her reputation will be ruined if she reveals the truth.
Precap: Rishabh shocks everyone by admitting he molested Maya. The HR manager asks him to resign from his CEO post.
