The Episode starts with Bhagyashree shocked to learn that Vikram is the CEO of West Wing. Feeling betrayed, she walks out. Nitya and Sonia follow her, but Bhagyashree says Vikram hid his identity, and now everything feels like a lie. They leave her alone to gather herself.
Rishabh spots her sitting alone and considers discussing his salary. But before he can speak, Bhagyashree gets lost in her painful past. She remembers how, five years ago, she ran away from home for love, only to be abandoned. Her boyfriend never showed up. He later messaged saying he couldn’t marry her without her family’s approval or money, and told her to return home.
She tried calling her family, but saw a newspaper clipping where her father publicly disowned her. She called her sister-in-law, hoping to speak to her father, but was coldly told to stay with the man she chose. Rishabh, overhearing all this, is moved by her pain.
Bhagyashree reflects that she lost her father’s love for a man who only wanted money. She vows not to give anyone power over her life again and decides to stay strictly professional with Vikram. When Vikram tries to talk, she just asks him to join her in the meeting room.
Before entering, Rishabh tries speaking to her, but she assigns him the task of holding her phone and screening her calls. Inside the conference room, she delivers a confident presentation.
During the meeting, a call comes in from matchmaker Reeta. Rishabh answers it. Reeta says the groom is interested but needs Bhagyashree’s father’s number. Trying to help, Rishabh gives her the number.
After the presentation, Bhagyashree is praised for her work. Rishabh excitedly tells her about Reeta’s call. But Nitya scolds him for crossing a line and sends him away. Vikram, who overheard, calls Reeta and firmly says that the bride’s consent comes first.
Bhagyashree thanks Vikram and tells him that her family still believes she’s married, unaware that her ex had betrayed her. She admits she suspected Vikram too. Vikram clears the air, saying he only hid his identity to observe her work and assures her he won’t walk away. He offers her water, which she accepts.
Later, Sunny confronts Rishabh, who admits giving Appa’s number to Reeta. Sunny warns that Bhagyashree is private and that his job might be at risk. Rishabh quietly accepts the consequence.
As Rishabh is about to leave, Bhagyashree stops him. He apologizes. She says he didn’t mean harm and decides to give him a chance. She confirms his internship with a salary of ₹35,000, and promises a raise if he’s confirmed. Rishabh appreciates her kindness.
She adds they should keep things professional. Rishabh teases that he hasn’t submitted his joining letter yet, so he might get personal sometimes. He wishes for her happiness and even asks about her shampoo, leaving her surprised but smiling. Sunny returns to congratulate him, and Rishabh silently prays for Bhagyashree’s happiness.
