Bade Acche Lagte Hai 3 19th August 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
The Episode starts with Sunny, Nitya, and Sonia arriving at the office, only to be left speechless when they spot Rishabh Kapoor. Calm and confident, Rishabh introduces himself as the new Managing Director of the company. His sudden entry into their professional world leaves everyone in utter shock.
Bhagyashree returns home, still reeling from the news. She questions aloud how Rishabh managed to infiltrate her company once again. Anger simmers as she vows not to let him toy with her emotions, no matter how much wealth and power he holds. Nikhil tries to lighten her mood by inviting her for tea, but Bhagyashree refuses, declaring that Rishabh has already spoiled the very first day of the New Year. Just then, Padma and Vinay enter, curious about her frustration. Before she can explain further, drilling sounds echo from outside. When they open the door, the sight shocks them—Rishabh is fixing his nameplate.
Rishabh greets Bhagyashree’s parents warmly and casually reveals that he is now their new neighbour. Vinay, unable to control his rage, demands an urgent society meeting.
During the meeting, Bhagyashree’s family appeals to the society members to evict Rishabh. But the LGBTQ community members light up with joy at his return and shower him with hugs and affection. Patil points out a harsh truth—Rishabh already owns half the flats in the society, making it impossible to force him out. Vinay brands him a fraud, but Patil counters firmly, reminding everyone that many of them, including Vinay’s family, live in flats owned by Rishabh’s company. Rishabh then suggests a fair voting system to decide the matter. The LGBTQ ladies stand firmly with him, tilting the balance in his favour. Upset and humiliated, Bhagyashree storms away.
Later, Bhagyashree calls Mayur and demands he book her a hotel room. As she packs her bags, Padma questions her drastic decision. Bhagyashree, however, insists it’s unbearable to live under Rishabh’s shadow—first he became her boss, and now her neighbour. She refuses to let him dictate her life. Padma tries to reason with her, but Bhagyashree stands firm.
The voting results are finally announced by Mukul Chadda—Rishabh wins the majority and is allowed to stay. The LGBTQ members cheer, while Vinay fumes and accuses Revati of tipping the scales with her vote.
Outside, Rishabh stops Bhagyashree from leaving and reminds her of the company’s housing rules—she cannot vacate without proper notice. He tells her bluntly she has no choice but to stay. Bhagyashree lashes out, accusing him of scheming deliberately. As she turns to leave, her dupatta slips and falls across Rishabh’s face. Memories of their past stir as he closes his eyes and kisses the fabric. Bhagyashree quickly snatches it back and storms off, leaving him lost in thought.
Back at the office, Rishabh addresses his employees, criticizing last month’s poor performance but assuring them that with him in charge, things will change. A few employees whisper cheekily that they wouldn’t mind working weekends under such a handsome boss. Rishabh then shifts focus to Bhagyashree, questioning her about her shampoo brand. He gestures to Sunny, who amusingly identifies it by sniffing her hair. Rishabh announces that their next product will be modeled on it and that Bhagyashree herself will promote it. She protests, insisting it isn’t her expertise and suggests Sunny handle it instead. But Rishabh remains firm, assuring her he will personally guide her for the sake of the company’s growth.
Elsewhere, Revati shares joyful news with her parents—her fiancé is coming to meet them with his family. Excited, they begin preparing for the big day.
Later, Nikhil approaches Bhagyashree, advising her to stay calm and patient. He hints that he has a plan to deal with Rishabh. Suddenly, the lights go out in the office. In the darkness, Nikhil drops to one knee before Bhagyashree, leaving her stunned.
Precap: Nikhil proposes marriage to Bhagyashree, while Rishabh watches on, burning with anger.
