Hiiiii guys !!!!!!!!! I hope u guys still remember me ………….. actually as I got time between my exams so I quickly wrote n penned down my thoughts …… hope u guys will like it …. pls ignore the mistakes as I hv written this just in half day ………. so pls read n tel me hows it thru ur comments ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

BABUL! CHAPTER 8 ( RAGLAK / RAGSAN )
Recap : raglak marriage is fixed ..
 
 
ENGAGEMENT !
 
Today is raglak’s engagement and both the families are damn excited for the function .. both the families are busy in preparations from the morning …
 
GADODIA’S
 
Shomi : shekhar just see na if everything is ready at the banquet hall .. i don’t want anything missing in my daughter’s engagement ..
Shekhar : don’t worry dear .. ram is there only …
Shomi : we hv got such a good friends na who r helping us … there ram bhaisaab is checking out the arrangements n here sujata is helping me …
 
Shekhar : so true shomi .. n our beti has also got such a good friend and ……………
 
Before he could complete raginicome there shouting ..
 
Ragini : sanskyyy sanskyyy !!!!!!
 
Shekhar : wht happened beta y r u shouting ??
Ragini : dekho na papa yeh gadha pata nhi kahan hai ?? subah se dhund rahi hun aur na hi iska phn lag raha hai ………… ( see na papa i dint knw where is this donkey ?? im searching for him  from morning n his phn is also not reachable … )
 
Shekhar : but who’s this donkey ??
Shomi glared at him who tried to control his laugh.
 
Ragini ( sits on the couch angrily holding a pillow ): huh .. there is only one donkey in my life that sanskaaar Sharma ….. n papa i just said his name na ……. that means u r making fun of me …
Shekhar sat beside her but she turned her face .
Shekhar : arre beta i was just trying to cheer u up..
Ragini ( hugging him ): but papa where is he ??
Shomi ( sitting on her other side ) : he has gone to take ur engagement ring ….
Ragini : mine ??
Shekhar : yeah that u will make laksh wear ..
Ragini blushes .
Ragini : but he could have told me na .. n  y is his phn not reachable ??
Shekhar : abb yeh toh vohi bataaega .. ( that he’ll only tell ..)
Shomi : acha now u go with swara ( her cousin ) to the parlour and get ready …
Ragini : and u ??
Shomi : i’ll also go.. but first u go na …
Ragini : okay ….
She gets up and kisses both on their cheeks calling swara ……..
Shekhar and shomi gets teary eyed thinking now their daughter will leave them in few days ..
 
Ragini along with swara goes to parlour to get ready .
 
 
MAHESHWARI’S
 
Ap and Dp comes in laksh’s room and sees all messed up .
 
Dp : buddy wht r u doing man ??
Laksh : see na buddy i’m not getting my perfume …
He said searcing under the pillow and then under the bed .
Dp kicks his bum and helps him get up .ap laughs .
Laksh ( rubbing his bum ) : wht was that buddy ??
Dp : arre tumhari aankhein hai ya tich button ?? ( these r ur eyes or buttons ?)
Laksh ( confused ) : wht ??
Dp ( points towards the table ) : look there is ur perfume …
Laksh looks there and finds his perfume there . he goes there rubbing his bum .
Laksh : but y did u kicked me ??
Dp : bhai hum aapke  pita hain aur aap hamare bête hain toh itna haq toh banta hai na ?? ( bro i’m ur father n u r my son so that much right i hv on u  na ??)
 
Laksh : jis din main baap ban gaya na main bachon se chun chun ke gin gin ke badla lunga dekh lena ……. ( the day i become a father … i’ll take proper revenge from my children one after another … )
Ap : laksh …..
Laksh : haan ma ….
He picked his clothes and went in the washroom to change while dp chuckled and ap nodded her head in disbelief ………..
 
Later they too go in their rooms to get ready .
 
SANSKAAR!
 
He was sitting in the car which was parked near the beach on marine drive , with engagement ring in his hands and tears in his eyes ..
 
Sanskaar : ginni .. today is a very special day for u n u r very happy n i ….. i want to be happy but i’m not .. n its not right .. i shld be happy coz my best friend is happy … my … my love … my love is happy .. my love is …………………
 
He burst out crying …. he kept his head on the steering wheel and cried .. his car was a sole witness of his pain .. his tears .. his cry .. his love ……………..
 
ROYALE BANQUETS ( 2nd floor )
 
The stage was set .. the lights .. the food .. the decorations .. the music .. the sitting everything was checked ……..
 
Shekhar and shomi were standing were standing with ram and sujata and were seeing everything .
 
Shekhar : ram bhabhi ji ( sujata ) .. thank you soo much for  …
Ram : common shekhar .. itne saalon ki dosti tune ek hi pal mein tod di … ( u hv broken our friendship in a moment )
Sujata : sahi baat hai bhaisaab …….. yeh thank you vagehra hamare saamne nhi chalega …. ( u shud not say thanks in front of us )
Shomi : par ….
Ram : nah bhabhi …. arre ragini is our daughter also so itna haq toh banta hai na ??? ( we hv that  much right at least ?? )
Shomi : of course bhai saab ……….
Sujata : but where is our princess ………..
Voice : i’m here aunty …………..
All turned around and are mesmerized to see ragini in a very beautiful lehnga with her hair tied up in a beautiful high bun and few strands of hair falling from left side standing at the entrance with swara and her friends ..

She comes near them holding up her lehnga ..
 
Ragini waved her hands in front of their eyes bringing them back in their senses ..
Shomi : ginni is that really u ??
Shekhar : u look so pretty ..
Ram : just like an angel ..
Sujata : looking so perfect n beautiful ..
 
Ragini blushes hearing their comments and swara hits her with her shoulder making her more blush .
 
Shomi and sujata puts nazar ka teeka behind her ear .
She bends to take their blessings but they stop her saying that daughters don’t touch feet . they hug her .. her eyes gets teary eyed and remembers dp saying the same thing ..
 
Ragini : ma where is sanskyy ??
Shomi : he’ll come beta u go …
Ragini : but …
Ram  : beta u go i’ll call him …
Ragini nods .
Shomi asks swara to take her to room so that she can rest there .
 
The girls goes from there after  taking pics with everyone .
 
Meanwhile shekhar and shomi attends the guests and sujata asks ram to call sanskaar .
 
After sometime ..
Dp , ap and laksh arrives with their family members .
Shekhar , shomi , ram and sujata welcomes them and introduces them to eo’s family . shomi does laksh’s aarti who’s eyes r searching for his lady love .
Shomi : come beta …
Laksh comes in takes blessings from everyone . he was looking very smart and handsome in his sherwani .. everyone blesses him and shekhar makes him sit on the chair set on stage for the bride and groom .

All talk for sometime and shekhar and shomi were shocked and surprised to see that dp’s bro , sp has such narrow thinking ..
 
Sujata drags ram to a corner .
 
Ram : sujata wht r u doing ?? wht will everything that in this age also u r romancing like a young girl ..
Sujata ( hitting him on his hands and chest ) : just shut up … n wht do u mean by young girl ?? do u think i’m old now ?? haan say ??
Ram ( giving a naughty smile ) : if u r not then ………..
Sujata (  knowing where the convo is going changes the topic ) : leave all that fist call sanskaar and ask where is he ??
Ram ( smiling ) : of course ..
He winks at her n she blushes and then leaves from there as shomi calls her while ram laughs as now also his magic makes her blush . he calls sanskaar but his phone is not reachable .
Ram ( thinks ) : where r u sanskaar ???
He leaves .
 
LAKSH’S POV !
 
Arre where r u ginni ?? how much will u make me wait ?? i want to see u .. come fast na….
 
 
Omi ( coming there ) : bhai sabr rakho bhabhi aa jaegi …. ( bhai hv patience bhabhi will come .. )
 
Laksh ( he said turning his face , irritated ) : arre tu yahan kya kar raha hai haan ?? chal nikal yahan se … ( wht r u doing here ?? get lost .. )
Omi ( making a sad face ) : matalb nikal gaya toh pehchaante hi nhi …. ladki kya mili humein jaante hi nhi ………. ( now that ur work is done u don’t even recognize me … u hv got the girl so u don’t even know me … )
Laksh : kya bakwaas kar raha hai ?? ( wht rubbish r u saying ?? )
Omi : as if u don’t know …. don’t forget that i only got all her info for u and ….
Laksh : thik hai thik hai yaar … ( side hugging him ) senti kyun ho raha hai bhai ??
Omi : chal chal rehn de … ( leave it ) look bhabhi is coming …..
 
Laksh looks at that side and sees ragini coming with her head bowed down with shomi n sujata on either sides and her sisters and friends behind her ..
 
Laksh mouth remains open seeing such a beauty coming towards him …. omi closes his mouth saying mosquitoes will go inside …
Laksh comes back in his senses and pushes omi .
Omi : yeh kabhi nhi sudhrega … ( he’ll never change )
Laksh forwards his hand to ragini when she comes near stage . she looks at him and have a cute eye lock which is broken by giggling sounds of her sisters who tease them .
Ragini takes his hand and sits beside him .
 
Shomi : sujata where is sanskaar ?? he has to bring the ring ..
Sujata : his phn is not reachable …
She shrugged looking worried .
Pandit ji : u can start the ceremony …
Everyone smiles .
 
Ap comes ahead and covers ragini’s head with a red duppata and makes her wear their khaandani kangan ( bangles ) and payal ( anklet ) and does her tikka … everyone smiles .
 
Shomi and sujata looks on happy yet worried .
 
Pandit ji : now u can exchange the rings .. first the boy will make the girl wear the ring then the girl will do …
Ap gives the ring to laksh .
Laksh forwards his hands and ragini keeps her hand on his while the youngsters hoot making them blush .
Laksh makes her wear the ring and everyone showers flowers on them and claps .
Ragini looks at ring and smiles .
Laksh ( through eyes )  : hows it ??
Ragini smiles widely and nods .
Laksh smiles.
Pandit ji : now girl will make the boy wear the ring …
Shomi looks at sujata …
Ragini looks at them , worried .
Ragini : ma where is sanskyy ??
Shekhar : ram ??
Ram looks on having no answer .
Voice : i’m here …..
Everone turns around and sees sanskaar standing at the entrance in a black suit looking extra hot and handsome with his hair spiked up!!!

Ram comes running to him. 
Ram: where were u beta??  N y is ur phone switched off??? 
Sanskaar: voh papa traffic bahut tha n battery khatam ho gayi thi phone ki….. ( there was a lot of traffic n my phone’s battery was dead…) 
Ram: okay okay come now…..  
He takes sanskaar with him. 
Sanskaar sees ragini n is just awestruck to look at an angel sitting in front of him but  with someone  else….  Ragini glares at him for being late. 
Sanskaar just smiles and takes out the ring from his pocket and gives it to her.  Everyone smiles. 
Ragini then makes laksh wear the ring.  Everyone claps and showers flowers on them.
Sanskaar moves aside and stands near a pole with a glass of juice in his hand.  Seeing his love becoming else…  It was not easy for him but he still managed to be happy for his friend.. He didn’t want her happiness ruined bcoz of. Him.. ….
His thoughts were broken by click sounds in front of his eyes.  He looked at his side to find ragini standing there. 
Ragini moves her eyebrows up to ask what happened??
Sanskaar nods nothing n sips his drink. 
Ragini pats his shoulder and again ask him what happened through her eyes. 
He looks into her eyes and then turns away coz he didn’t want her to read his eyes. 
Sanskaar again nodded no. 
Ragini ( irritated): kahan the subah se?? ( where were u from the morning??) 
Sanskaar: I hv gone to bring ring na… 
Ragini ; n u didn’t felt it imp to tell me haan?? 
Sanskaar: oh common ginni…. Now u eat LAKSH’S brain n please leave me… 
He said joining his hands with so much difficulty n pain…
  Ragini: that was mean sanskyy… 
Sanskaar: sorry na…  Now please go see how laksh is looking for u…  Go… 
He pushed her slightly and she went from there. 
Sanskaar saw her going far from him.  His eyes welled up but he didn’t let anybody notice this…

Later everyone had dinner and went to their respective homes!!! 
The episode ends with happy RagLak and sad sanskaar!!!!!!

so this was it …… do tell me how did u find the epi ……….. also ill try to update one or two chp if POSSSIBLE before 29 otherwise after that …………………..

n yes I also wanted to tel that I hv few more stories in my mind just need to pen them down …… n if u guys will support me i’ll definitely start few more stories after my exams ….. just need ur support and love and comments ;P ………………… so pls tell me ur thoughts on this chappy and also tell me will u all support me in my new stories ??????????????????????
