The Episode starts with Pammi signing Sonia. Vandu gets Tara there and signs Kunal. He nods. The judge comes. The hearing starts. Kunal says I want to keep Tara with me, so I request her full custody. Sonia also makes the same request. Vandu asks Tara to shut her ears. Kunal and Sonia argue. The judge says I want to talk to the girl now. Vandu asks Tara to talk to the judge. Judge asks Tara can I talk to you. Tara signs no. Kunal asks Tara to come. Tara asks Vandu to come. Judge says let Tara talk to me. She asks Tara who do you want to stay with. Tara says I want to stay with my mumma. Sonia smiles. Kunal and Vandu worry. Judge asks Tara to say it again, not get scared. Tara says I want to stay with Vandu. Inder gets glad. Kunal sees Vandu. Sonia argues. Judge says don’t make noise, my work is to do justice, we have to be careful in child’s matter, I spoke to Tara during lunch break. Sonia says she didn’t take my name under any pressure. Judge asks Tara to tell everyone. Tara says Pammi came to my room at night. She recalls Pammi making her talk to Sonia. Sonia promises to always keep her happy. She brainwashes Tara. She asks Tara to say she wants to live with her mum. FB ends. Kunal and everyone look at Pammi. Vandu and Kunal smile. The judge says the decision will be taken in the next hearing. Sonia scolds Vandu. Kunal scolds Sonia and asks her to get lost. Sonia says Tara, I love you a lot, please come back to me. Kunal and Vandu shout no.
Sonia says I will not let you live in peace. Kunal says do anything, you won’t get Tara. Sonia says I will get Tara from you, just wait and watch. At home, Kunal scolds Pammi for plotting this with Sonia. Bobby and Guneet also scold her. Pammi says I m a mum, I felt Tara will be happy with her mum. Vedika says Sonia isn’t a good mum, Tara won’t be happy with her. Guneet says enough Pammi ji, you did a mistake. Kunal argues. Pammi says remember, one day, Vandu will take Tara’s support and come in this house as Kunal’s bride, that day Vandu will win and we all will lose. Sonia throws things in anger. Inder says stop this drama right now, you wanted to give Tara to Kunal, are you mad. She asks what did Kunal see in Vandu that’s not in me, why is he choosing Vandu. He shouts Sonia… you got divorced with Kunal, you don’t care about him. She says Vandu is snatching Tara and making Kunal away, I can’t tolerate this. She breaks things. Inder thinks I did all this to defeat Kunal, but why isn’t he getting defeated, Sonia is with me since years but her heart is stuck at Kunal. He says stop it. She says Kunal is just mine. Inder raises hand and shouts. Kunal and Bobby see Vandu and Tara. Vandu asks Tara not to hide anything from her dad. She feeds Tara. Kunal smiles.
Bobby says they are perfect for each other. Kunal says they have good tuning, they understand each other, Sonia and I couldn’t do this, Vandu did this alone. He gets Sonia’s message. Lawyer says court has let Tara stay with you, but there is no guarantee that the decision won’t change, I m your friend, Vandu isn’t Tara’s family, think of something to get Tara’s custody. Kunal thinks of Tara.
