Avneil FF: Tum Mile – Episode 7

in avni’s bedroom

The sun has wake up and its light has finally succeeded in entering in avni’s room. The sunlight has found a little gap in between the curtains and it came in their room so to disturb the sleeping couple. Neel’s eyes are getting irritated by the sunlight and it opens unwillingly. But the irritation soon disappears when he finds his beloved snuggled with him. He smiles and caress her hair.

Neel says, “I missed this so much” and he kisses her hair.

But suddenly a thought crosses his mind and he bends over avni to grab his phone which is on the bedside table. He looks at phone and sees the time.

Neel says “7 o clock, oh no, I could be sleeping till this late!, if avni finds me with her then I am dead”

Neel quickly but carefully pushes avni, as soon as Neel’s embrace finishes, Neel notices a frown on avni’s forehead.

Neel says “oh miss ajooba I never knew that my going a little far effect you so much ”

He substitutes his place with a big teddy bear, Neel says “I hope this will give you some comfort” and jumps out of the bed.

He runs out of her room and goes in his room. He jumps on the bed and acts to sleep.

After some minutes, Shweta enters in Neel’s room without knocking and finds Neel sleeping in between blankets.

Shweta comes inside and sits on his bed, she says “Neel wake up, I know you are not sleeping”

Listening to Shweta, Neel is bewildered, and he gets up instantly thinking ‘how did she know’

Shweta says, “see I knew”

Neel says, “but how”

Shweta says “since avni was not here you won’t be able to sleep, you used to act like you are sleeping. Unfortunately, you can’t fool me”

Neel says “okay” thinking that Shweta didn’t know about yesterday night’s incident.

Shweta says, “but wait, you don’t look like this every day, rather you look fresh today like you have finally slept peacefully”

Neel thinks that his mom will get to know everything, so he says, “mom what’s the time” he looks at the clock and says, “oh its 7.15, I think I should get up else I will get late”

He jumps out of bed and goes to the almirah to get this towel.

Shweta says, “Neel I know everything”

Before Shweta could complete, Neel has rushes in the bathroom.

Shweta says, “oh this boy”

Shweta gets up and goes out of the room.

Meanwhile in avni’s room

Neela knocks on the door, when she doesn’t hear the response, neela opens the door and sees avni sleeping peacefully while cuddling with a teddy bear.

Neela goes to her and caress her hair and says, “good morning baby, get up now”

Avni slowly opens her eyes and says, “good morning” she gets up and hugs neela.

Neela says “I think you get a good sleep yesterday”

Avni says “yeah, this teddy bear is nice”

Neela nods while thinking “I know your teddy bear is Neel”

Avni says “what are you thinking”

Neela says “nothing”

Avni nods

Neela says “okay now get up and get ready, we will be waiting at the breakfast table”

Avni nods and gets up, she takes her towel and goes to take a shower.

At the breakfast table

All the elders are having breakfast, Neel comes in his khaki pant and khaki vest coat with a dark blue shirt, with sleeves rolled up.

Neel says, “good morning guys” and he sits.

After 5 mins avni comes, she is wearing a denim mini skirt with a white crop top, and a black leather jacket with black boots.

Seeing avni, Neel’s mouth went dry, and it opens a bit.

Avni says “good morning guys”

Prakash murmurs to Neel “close your mouth else fly will come in” and laughs lightly embarrassing Neel.

Avni sits adjacent to Neel as there was no other sit left. All the elders smiled at each other as their plan worked.

Bebe says “avni have poha I made this especially for you”

Avni takes poha and haves it. Avni says “wow so yummy, just like Ayesha makes”

Neel thinks “its her recipe only stupid” and laughs

Avni sees him laughing and ask, “why are you laughing”

Neel says, “I was thinking how could anyone like poha”

Avni says “and you know what I am thinking, how could a Mumbai guy not like poha”

Neel says, “coz I am a Punjabi guy”

Avni rolls her eyes and Prakash says, “If I find you two fighting again then you will land in big trouble”

Avni and Neel say together “sorry uncle/dad”

Prakash says “okay”

After having breakfast, Neel and Prakash goes to their work, and others have their chit chat session.

Around 11 am (in hall)

Bebe comes to avni and says “avni come we will go to temple”

Avni says “yeah sure bebe, but why so suddenly, I mean”

Neela comes and says “bebe don’t mind avni, actually she doesn’t believe in god, so she hesitates in going to religious places like temple”

Avni says “yes exactly”

Bebe says “it’s okay I understand but avni can accompany her grandmother to the temple, right?”

Avni smiles and says “of course bebe”. Avni never expected that people will love her or will accept her, but now seeing this gesture of bebe and Khanna family she is feeling contented.

Avni thinks “I never thought even in my wildest dreams that I will get so much love and above it I never thought I would get a family who will give me immense love and care like I am theirs only”

Bebe caught her that she is trapped in web of thoughts and distracts her by saying “let’s go”

Avni nods and says “yes bebe”

Neela smiles. Avni and bebe starts to walk towards the gate when suddenly bebe says “avni wait, you can’t go like this”

Avni gets shocked hearing bebe and starts to think bad that even bebe has problem with her being illegitimate. She gets dishearten that moment.

Bebe says “you have to change these clothes and wear something long”

Avni says “what” it meant to be stay inside but that word came out loud which shocked bebe.

Bebe says “what happened, have I said something wrong”

Avni realises what she has done and says, “oh no, you haven’t done anything bad, actually I thought you might have problem with something else, sorry my fault, don’t worry I will change these”

Bebe nods, and avni turns to go, she walks a few steps and again turns back.

She says “bebe”

Bebe says, “what happened bacha”

Avni says “I just have these types of clothes, what to do”

Shweta comes and says, “no worries, I knew that, so I have brought you these clothes, go wear”

Avni says “thank you”

And she runs to her room to change.

In the hall

Bebe asks “Shweta you are coming right?”

Shweta says “of course bebe, I am coming I can’t let avni go without protection when juhi is still out there roaming”

Bebe says “so you mean that I can’t take care of her”

Shweta says “bebe I didn’t mean that, I meant that more people will give more protection, also bebe you can alone teach people lesson”

Bebe says “okay its fine now, and by the way I liked the buttering”

They smile.

In avni’s room

Avni has changed her clothes, and is standing near the mirror and admires herself.

Avni says “I am looking good in Indian clothes too”

She wears her jhumki wearing and apply lipstick that complements the attire.

She is wearing a light pink Patiala suit with a coloured mirror embellished dupatta. She slips on her ballerina flats and comes out of the room.

In hall

Avni comes to bebe and Shweta and they both praises her. Then Shweta bebe and avni goes to temple.

Avni says “I was just helping a small girl, then out of nowhere a mad girl came on started shouting on me, mene bhi bol diya, jyada bakwas mat kar, tujhe jutti utar kar badi maarongi (I also told her, don’t utter so much nonsense else I will beat her with my sandels)
