The episode starts with Shanti requesting Zafar to reconcile Noor and Sakina’s differences and take Noor back home. Zafar says he really wants to, but don’t know how to. She gives him an idea of bringing Noor and Sakina to a market and leaving them alone there. Zafar agrees. Shanti takes Noor for shopping and Zafar brings Sakina to same market. They both signal each other and hide leaving Noor and Sakina alone. Noor finds it difficult to cross road and panics. Sakina noticing that without any greeting just asks her to hold her hand. Noor gets more angry and turns her face around. Their argument starts. Zafar noticing that runs and carries Noor away while Shanti takes Sakina from there.
Back home, Noor gets angry on Sakina’s rude behavior and gets a panic attack and feels shortness of breath. Shanti calls Ramesh and Mirza family. Dr. Kooda checks unconscious Noor and suggests to consult a doctor. Shanti reminds that he is a doctor. Zafar and Sakina jump LOC and walk in. Dr. Kooda says she got renovascular hypertension and her kidneys are affected due to someone angering her. Shanti points at Sakina. Noor wakes up and gets emotional seeing Zafar. Zafar pleads her to return home. Noor gets angry seeing Sakina there and asks Zafar to bring a green old trunk on the cupboard. He brings it. Noor says she doesn’t know till when she will be alive, so she has decided to gift her precious nawabi family jewelry to whoever serves her better. She praises Shanti for saving her life today and gifts her India’s first watch which her grandfather’s great grandfather first brought from a foreign country. Shanti rejoices seeing that while Sakina and Zafar stand shocked. Noor takes her jewelry box and asks Zafar to keep back her green trunk. Zafar and Sakina feel Ramesh and Shanti are manipulating Noor to get her wealth.
Dr. Kooda describes Bittu and his team whole story. Bittu taunts Zafar. Zafar says he doesn’t need any wealth and just wants his amma back home. Ramesh walks to them and shows a precious broach gifted by Noor for fixing her hukka pipe. He describes that Noor’s grandfather snatched it from a Britisher. Bittu jokes on Zafar that his ancestors were brave and he is a coward and wife’s slave. Zafar fumes and starts arguing with Ramesh. Bittu and his team silently slip off. They reach Noor and serving her express their concern for her. She says she wants to give them something for their concern and gives them blessings. They all walk away disappointed while Noor continues puffing hukka.
