The episode starts with Sandra noticing Bittu acting insane in market and eating leaves like a cow. Latko asks what is he doing. He says he is a cow and is eating his food, there are many bulls who want to take her to market and gift him food. Sandra takes him to mental asylum/haveli. Shanti informs her team about their arrival. They start acting again. Mishra asks what happened to Bittu. Latko explains they found him mimicking a cow on road and brought him here. Bittu asks why did they bring him here. Latko says its Sandra’s 150-year-old mental asylum. Bittu says he is 150-year-old then. Mishra and Shanti take him away and tie him down.
BBC walks in next and asks Mishra and Mirza when will they serve him paan and tea. Shanti and Mirza take him away and tie him up. Sandra asks what is BBC’s problem. Mishra says he thinks everyone as paan and teal seller. Noor enters again dancing and singing old song. Sandra says she will go now, but wants to meet Sakeena and Shanti before going. Mirza and Mishra call them. They walk in calling their names. Latko questions them. Mirza and Mishra say they had love marriage with nurses. Bittu enters holding knife and threating Mirza and Mishra families to line up reveals their true identities and their intention. Latko explains it to Sandra. Bittu brings evidence who backs him. Sandra says they cheated us and should vacate haveli in 15 days, she will open a real mental asylum here. Latko explains it and says he and Bittu will be mental asylum’s new in-charge. Sandra agrees and says she will stay in haveli for 15 days. Bittu threatens Brij to bark like a puppy.
Next day, BBC asks Mirza why didn’t he inform him about their plan. Mirza says because of his overacting, they will lose haveli. Bittu taunts Mirza and Mishra and orders them to prepare paan and tea and be in their limits. He continues humiliating them. Majnu asks Mishra why didn’t he prepare haveli’s fake papers before hand. Ashiq says his brother works in nagar nigam and will get them papers with a bit of bribe. Mishra praises Ashiq is most powerful among them now. At night, Bittu meets Sandra and Latko and reveals that he hired a lawyer to transfer haveli in Sandra’s name and asks how will she get Mishra and Mirza’s signatures on document. Sandra says she will use her country’s old divide and policy and make Mishra and Mirza fight to get their signatures.
