Mirza takes Sakina towards doctor’s clinic. Sakina acts as having severe stomachache and says she cannot even walk. Mirza calls Noor. Noor, Shanti, and Mishra rush to her. Mirza says Sakina got labor pain. Noor says labor pain starts after 8 months. Mishra says they can’t take a risk and he will call ambulance. Sakina continues acting and says she is feeling better. Drama continues. Shanti insists Mishra to call ambulance as they need to take Sakina to doctor at any cost. Sakina says she is fine now and was having gas pain. She jumps and shows that she is fine. Noor stops her and reminds that she is fine. Mishra says Sakina would be fine if she rest. Sakina hurriedly rushes to her room.
Next morning, Sakina continues lazing around while Noor continues to cook and o other household chores. Shanti hopes she also relaxes like Sakina someday. Sakina asks her to insist Mirza for a 4th child. Shanti says she wanted 2 children and got a third one by mistake, so she doesn’t need a 4th child. Noor jokes that people had 12 children during their time Brij brings baby shoes for Sakina’s baby. Sakina says there was no need for that so soon. Brij says he was returning form his friend’s prayer meet and saw these shoes, so he brought them. Sakina feels guilty that she is fooling whole family. After sometime, Brij sees her running around and asks her to be careful or else she will slip and fall. She says nothing will happen to her as she is not pregnant, turns and sees Brij already gone. After sometime, Shanti offers pickle to Sakina. Sakina tastes it and says its very sour. She says pregnant ladies like it. She finishes whole bowl and feels nauseous. Shanti says her pregnancy symptoms started at last. Noor says she feels happy seeing Sakina’s nausea.
Mirza gets busy checking baby names in his mobile. Ashiq says if he is so busy, he can stay at home and do household chores and let him take care of shop. Mirza kisses his cheek. Bittu and his friends are shocked to see that. Mirza says he is searching a name for his baby and asks them to help. Mishra suggests Heena, Pakeezah, Zubeda which Mirza doesn’t like. Bittu suggests Ranjha. Anotther friend suggests to name him as their ex-president Kalam. Everyone like that name. Their discussion continues. Shanti serves dry fruit milk to Sakina. Sakina asks what will god do if one lies. Shanti says god will punish them. Sakina gets tensed.
